Tried taro milk bubble tea here and it was delicious. Quick service and you can customize it with less sugar and bubbles too!
Its quite expensive but tastes pretty good! Bubbles are a bit small for my taste. Got the lavender milk tea and it tastes pretty lavender-y to me. Bubbles cost 50 cents.
Nothing special. Bubbles were smaller than the majority of places in the city. The green tea was more bitter than Im used to and the prices were fairly high for what you got. Overall likely wouldnt be back soon.
The tea was okay, not exactly something I’d buy again. Service was okay, but rather slow considering there wasn’t much business.
Boba is bad and tea is passable. Made me embarrassed to have spent 8 dollars on it
For the love of bubble tea its great, you cant go wrong! 😁❤ I had matcha milk tea then later in the evening going home got a coconut milk tea with tapioca grass jelly & lychee jelly its quite good. Stop by! 👍👍😍
One of the best bubble teas I have had in a long time. I tried the taro with bubbles and it was no disappointment.
The Thai Tea was very tasteless and bland. The Panda bubble tea flavor was ok. Definitely won’t be back.
I don’t care much about bubble tea price because uhm...it’s expensive everywhere but I was expecting good service at least. I was in a rush, ordered super quick, paid for it and forget to mention that I don’t need sugar. So cashier told me that I supposed to tell before paying and now she can’t do anything, the girl was making my tea throw away the cup and looked very mad. I said sorry and took the final cup...she put sugar anyway and I had to throw away. I’m kinda disappointed and not looking forward to come back.
First off they are not temporarily closed theyre open...I should have learned my lesson the first time.....first time I ordered 2 drinks to go and they packed it by the time I got on the train someone pointed out that the bag they packed them in was leaking. So needless to say I didnt get to drink anything. Today I again 2 drinks and again got on the train and the cups were leaking.....so I spenta total of $25.58 for ordering the drinks twice and not once was I able to try them. Never again. They do not seal the film on the cup properly since both times my drink spilt from the top of the cup.
I tried the vanilla and also the taro bubble tea . I highly highly recommend the taro bubble tea. It was really refreshing. Can’t complain about anything.

Nice tea and interesting options. Very generous with their toppings, youll always finish your drink and have a lot of pearls left. My only recommendation would be change the shape of your ice because pearls get stuck in the ice and I then spent far too long trying to get them with my straw like a monkey at a zoo. Highly recommended.
My experience was great. There are so many bubble teas and slushies to choose from. And they have food! You know its a good place when they have FOOD and BUBBLE TEA. This will be my go to spot when Im near Columbus Circle. I had a 3 Cheese Grilled Cheese which was amazing and a Panda Bubble Tea. You can tell its gonna be a good place when Panda is in the title. I will be back to try most of the flavors, foods, And those desserts. I just wish you had more locations.We had trouble finding you like other customers. We thought you were above ground, but once we found you we couldnt get enough. Will. Be. Back. Its a must. ♡
Located in the underground subway market, panda Bubble tea might be easily missed. But once you have some, you will easily find your way back! I ordered a large almond milk tea with boba and spend ~$5.08 with their rewards program and the Yelp check-in discount. The almond milk tea was not overly sweet and was on the milkier side. However, for being one of the rare boba shops near Columbus circle, Ill gladly make another trip here for a quick boba run.
Sorry. There tea is just horrible. There is no tea taste in it at all. I mean its tea right? So 🤷🏼♀️…Their fruit tea basically just taste like water with sugar and maybe a little bit sour flavor. And their milk tea is just milk water with sugar.I went there twice. Cuz Id love to give it a second chance. But the second time I went there still disappoint.Service is like whatever. They act like they dont care about their job. They dont care about what they doing. They dont care about whether or not you going to make a purchase there.I never tried their dessert. Maybe its good. I always pass by there whenever I go to downtown. But not gonna go there again.
Staffs are very friendly. Oreo Milk Tea is one of my favorite, something you must try!!! Is located at turnstyle underground market, very convenient for people like me work around here to get a bubble tea to refresh my day!!!
My new favorite bubble tea place! they have so many fun toppings like mango stars and popping bubbles. i usually get kft but if there were more panda bubble tea id def go here :)

They have tons of flavors for milk tea which i was very happy about! Bummed they dont do lychee milk tea or Id be all over that. Ive tried their rose, almond, taro, and coconut. Almond is my fave so far!
Best bubble tea in town! Peach black tea is my favorite! Highly recommend! They also have the best pearl, so soft sweet and chewy!

I used to come here on the regular and used to recommend it to people I know who like bubble tea. My customer service experience today was so bad I don’t plan on returning nor to I plan to continue recommending their business. Seems to be going downhill.
The tea was great however the bobas were a bit too hard. The location is perfect (turnstyle) to pick up before heading into the subway!
I dont usually write reviews, but this experience required it. Absolutely disappointing customer service. Waited almost half an hour for a panini. They could clearly see us waiting, but didnt say anything. When asked whats taking so long, one girl said to the other (in Chinese) that they never put the order in, and then said 2 mins more... It was a lot more than 2 mins for it to come out. And even when the panini came out, no apology, no explanation, nothing. Everything was paid for by card already, or else I would have left after the first 10 mins. Panini was OK, but the not worth the long wait, especially for the price. Not expecting to give it another shot.
Milktea without milk or tea but cost me 6 dollars? Im a bubble tea lover, this is definitely the worst Ive ever had. It literally hurts my throat.

Tried the Buffalo grilled cheese (7.62 USD - including tax). Nothing special, you can make at home. Probably not their specialty. Service was also slow, had to wait for more than 10mns for just 1 grilled cheese.
Fast service and tolerant staff. I tend to ask a lot of questions and to not decide very fast but the store clerk was super attentive and even recommended me the Panda Bubble Tea on the picture with an excellent attitude and answered all my questions willingly.
The mochi ice cream here is prepackaged and frozen HARD. Almost broke my teeth…

I didnt like the bubbles in the bubble tea but I did like the tea also btw its in the underground market so if youre trying to find it with Google maps your not going to find it and thats the tea sis

2022-02-23This is inside the underground market. I always try new boba places. Got my standard jasmine milk tea half sweet with boba. The bobas were on the small side but good. The drinks were made standard with non dairy creamer. It satisfied a craving but nothing super special. The other drink was the Nutella milk tea, it was like a chocolate milk.

2022-06-01Their bubble tea is good for when I’m craving it. However their hours definitely need to be updated. I’ve walked by many times between 11:30-12:30 and it’s either closed or just being opened up. I stopped in once at 12:30 and they said the boba would need 30 more min.

2022-06-17I ordered a oreo slushee and it tasted like dirt. i told them the drink was horrible and asked if they could make a new one they told me no and just added tea and more oreo crumble. worst 9 dollars spent ever. gagged a bit!!

2022-03-17This is my first time trying milk tea. I thought the green colored milk tea was jasmine green tea, but when I got the milk tea it was white. I asked the staff inside and he told me that what I wanted should be matcha milk tea. When I queued up to buy another cup of matcha milk tea, he already made a free one for me.

2018-11-11It makes me happy to find a Bubble tea place thats inside the train station before going to work. One thing I really like is that they also have food. Another would be that their tapioca is very sweet, soft, and chewy. I would like to see more flavors for the tea and milk teas, but it was pretty good, service aswell.

2019-11-25The tea was ok. Even tho the bubbles were a lot smaller. But the worst prt was the grilled cheese. I paid $6 for unmelted unflavored cheese. I do not recommend grilled cheese from this place. Or bubble tea
