Meals are a lil small if youre a big guy, but, judging by their customer base in house, its all about healthy eating lol.Very good food though.

Got this order to go, I guess the small green mush in the corner is the avacado looks nothing like the photo... Also I asked for the yogurt on the side and it looks like they put it in and scooped it back out because it had onions and stuff in it throughly disappointed.
I really love Panera and this one is no exception. The staff was all very polite and helpful. I love that you can order without talking to anyone, if you dont want too! The little screens are super neat. Food was delicious. Update, I tried one of the new bowl meals, this is a Mediterranean bowl. It is to die for. 🤤🤤🤤🤤
At 3 :10 pm lots of people waiting for food. Well it is delivered by one girl. On August 16th. And a half bowl of soup.
I don’t normally leave reviews but this was ridiculous. I ordered a sandwich and coffee and waited for over 20 minutes. They obviously didn’t put my order in. The second time I told them my name, they made my sandwich and handed me the coffee which had been sitting out the entire time I was waiting so it wasn’t hot anymore. Panera is usually a go to when I’m traveling, but this was a major disappointment.
I had wanted a loaf of sour dough bread...the lady behind the counter sais, yes, I believe that is sour dough.In short...no, it isnt sour dough...and wbile it was a decent tasting bread...it wasnt what Id ordered...and at $9.00...one should be given what was ordered.I also noted that the shelves on the back wall that always have trays of various breads...Labled breads...were empty...whats happeming?
Better than fast food, usually efficient and the atmosphere is chill if it is a slow part of the day. I give a 3 as a pretty decent score for chain gigs.
Food was so so. I feel as if this location has really gone down hill the last year. Also, the workers making the food all had their mask lowered beneath their nose, some around their neck. Not smart during a pandemic when youre dishing out hundreds of meals.Also, forgot multiple items.
The food is healthy, fresh and yummy. Service is great and everyone is friendly. Cost wise it about $15 to $20 for a meal and a drink for a guy. It can get busy during the weekend meal times
I must say I love Panera bread always have never had anything wrong till today. I ordered a youpick2 with a chipotle avocado chicken melt and a bowl of French onion soup my sandwich was completely wrong and so was my soup. I also asked for utensils and there was none in my bag. Kind of disappoint as I’ve never had a bad experience yet. I wasted $39.17 for my whole order except the mac and cheese and flatbread pizza. I’ll be calling in the morning.
Everything was nice and clean and the young lady at the check out was very nice and accommodating my only issue was they hardly had any fresh loaf bread and not a very good variety/selection.
I am giving 1 star because 0 isnt available. The food is good. However, they have a weird problem. They just dont pack everything for to go order I have been ordering during the pandemic. They made mistakes thrice with my order. After those incidents, I started checking the order before picking it up. I checked order twice and they did fine. I didnt check today and one out of 4 half sandwiches I ordered was missing. The manager here should absolutely be fired!!
The employees always go above and beyond to take care of their customers. You can tell they really are enjoying work rather than just going through the motions.

We originally went to Popeyes (but left after being ridiculed by staff after asking about ingredients). Panera was a breath of fresh air, the staff was kind and welcoming, and very considerate of our dietary/allergy questions. Also the food was very delicious we will absolutely go back to dine. Thank you Panera!!!

I ordered for curbside pickup. Upon getting home I noticed that they didn’t give me an Asiago loaf of bread like I ordered. I ordered one Asiago bagel and one blueberry bagel. I got two Asiago bagels and one cinnamon bagel??? I get running out of stuff especially late in the day but then they should tell me. I don’t agree with just putting other stuff in that they think can replace what I actually ordered. It’s very annoying.

The food wasnt great. Pizza was rock hard and the sandwiches were wrapped with the pickle so the breads were soggy. Order date 6/25/21.Then, Ive been working with corporate over a $30 mistake on a gift card for 4 days that has now cost me $45 in bank fees. Do better for the little people Panera.
Always busy in here. Lots of people who sit at the tables working on their computers so it’s hard to find a table to eat. Prices are too high in my opinion. Food is decent.

Thanks for the lovely lunch today! Stopped here for a quick lunch while driving through on vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our ginger hibiscus tea and frontega chicken panini! We enjoyed our lunch on the dog friendly patio. The staff here was delightful and exceeded my expectations! Its very comforting to know that no matter what Panera you go to, you will receive great customer service and delicious food!
I ordered a meal for my daughter and I got home thinking I will enjoy the sandwich and soup as soon as I bite on my sandwich I discovered this lettuce that is black but the rest are fresh very disappointed and didnt eat it after discovering it.
This location thrives in its consistency to provide a 50% chance that your curbside pickup order will be correct.

I have eaten at Panera bread for years. Today I went there with my boyfriend and his two kids, and the food was awful. We ordered a chicken salad sandwich that was so bad it made him sick before we even left the restaurant. And a steak sandwich that literally had no toppings. The quality and quantity of food was terrible. I cant imagine going back there again. Its a shame it used to be delicious and a great quality meal.

All dining room tables were dirty! One couple I watched had to get a worker to clean off a table. When there is only 6 people in the dining room at 6:15pm. The soda area had fruit flies all underneath it. The area was dirty!Workers just walking around like they have nothing to do. Very sad to see a good place go down so bad. Oh now a worker is out cleaning the tables. Wow 45 minutes after we sat down!
The food is always fresh! And so delicious! The new crubside pick up is an awesome addition with the current situation with Corona. I always spend more than I would like but Im never disappointed!

I absolutely love this place. Fresh, belly filling food..I usually get a serving of mac and cheese and the chicken grilled sandwich without the chicken, a tea with anti oxidants and Im good to go.The food served is warm and so fresh.I love the tomato soup in a bread bowl which is out of the world. The bread from soup is hard and delicious.All in all this is one of my favorite places to hop in to..!
The Fuji apple salad is Delicious! The pecans and feta cheese is an amazing flavor combination. Quick and friendly service. Clean pleasant atmosphere.
LOVE! My friend and I ordered in the tablet to skip the very long line! Ordering was so easy and Id definitely use the tablet again! Food is always delicious! I tried their mac & cheese for the first time, and really liked it!

I love to have their Broccoli and Cheddar Soup with a buttered roll on a cold, wet day. The staff is always friendly. An enjoyable respite from a cloudy Winters day.

Not bad I love the Soba Noodle, sadly it isn’t there anymore, I do hope they add it again. The sand which is meh, the bread is very soggy. The chips are good and crunchy. The chicken noodle soup and the cookies are fantastic! Apples and fruit are always fresh. Smoothies are a bit sour. In general, not bad at all.
I love Panera. Great-tasting, fresh ingredients, fast and friendly service for the most part...But tonight was interesting. We just ordered two salads to go — they were delicious, but one was supposed to be a Fuji Apple Chicken salad. When we got home, there were no apples or chicken! Lol. It was probably a long night, and someone just forgot (the two most important ingredients of the salad). We have been coming to Panera for a long time, and this was an exception to their excellence. We’ll continue going, despite this amusing episode...

They have good food, lots of healthy options, and good drinks too. I had one of their cold premade teas and it was delicious--not too sweet at all. It is clean, cozy and a nice environment. The workers there seem to be happy to work there. Good business hours, too!

Love the food but Ive been upset on my last 2 pre-order. First one didnt receive the correct choice of bagels. Substituted she without telling me. Second one they got pickup date wrong. When I arrived, no order. Was told they canceled my order the night before and refunded my charge. Manager did give me some free for the mix-up. Not sure Id preorder again.

I like Panera Bread; I particularly like their salads. This time I had the strawberry poppy seed salad. It came in a chilled bowl and was fresh and delicious. Pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, pecans... They always add the perfect amount of dressing so you get some with every bite and none left in the bottom of the bowl. The bagguet on the side was fresh and tasty. I mixed their unsweetened tea with the agave lemonade for my drink. The place is clean and service was very fast and friendly.

One of the best locations in and around Elmira for Breads, soups, sandwiches. We visit regularly and their service was excellent. Especially the ordering kiosks saved our time from standing in que all the time!

Love their food, havent been in about a year until last night, most of the staff was great and friendly but our cashier had the personality of a log. She just stared at us, didnt even ask us what we wanted, was very awkward. Even after I asked her how she was doing tonight, no response, just hating life it seemed. I think someone needs to give her a cookie.

Generally a great place to go. Was a little concerned with service speed last time I was in. Line out the door and wasnt moving fast. Maybe it was the holidays! But otherwise great location and food.

Panera is always great bread, but this location suffers from many of the same problems common to the chain. They frequently sell out of things, even early in the day. Also, not amazing at takeout, with issues like not remembering drinks and/or not having lids for large cups posing occasional problems.
You would think that it would be expensive but its not. And has the best fast food Ive ever had
I truly enjoy the food from Panera and go often. I love the salads. Last evening I got a to-go BBQ chicken salad. Half way through the salad I found a very long light color hair. I hope that other people do not have this experience. By the way----my hair is brown with some gray so it was not mine. BUT---I shall return!
For $57.00 my coffee was very weak and tasteless Our salads tasted like they had been in the refrigerator for a week, chicken was the same. This use to be our favorite place to eat. The menu has been down sized as well.The dining room was clean.Our food was served in plastic dishes and plastic silverware 👎🏻Sadly we won’t be going back ☹️

Delicious food; it can be a little pricey but its worth it for the taste. The service is also very fast. My favorite thing is using the kiosk to avoid the desk lines, and being able to customize my order. The downside to this though is the kiosk does not inform you when your Panera account has earned something, like their free bagels etc.
Easy access from I-86 and great alternative to greasy fast food. Service was quick and the facility was clean. Some outdoor seating available.
I was there at around 2PM and coffee was barely warm. I like Panera in general, and this one is clean and cosy. Staff was friendly. Just keep your hot coffee hot, please!
I was eating my food and then taking a drink and it was spilling everywhere. In my food, on the table, on my expensive clothes. Later found out there was a HUGE split in the cup, employees should check their cups before handing them out to customers. Thank you.

I am the coach of an out of town college volleyball team. Usually when we walk into any type of restaurant we get the look of doom as we sport about 17 girls. This was the complete opposite. The gentleman at the counter took immediate control, went quick, and didnt hesitate or mess up one thing! The manager than thanked us so much for coming in and gave us a complimentary item for the coaches! In my many years of coaching I can say that an experience like that has never happened. Our food came out organized and perfect and they even told us that we can just leave our plates on the table that they can clean it up. I couldnt morally let my girls do that, but even the suggestion from them alone with knowing they are not a full service restaurant is going above and beyond. Thank you Panera for an amazing experience!

My to go order was given to someone else at a table....after several minutes waiting, and seeing other to go orders picked up that were placed after mine, I asked why my order did not appear on the to go order board.They went to the table it had been given to and brought it back....I told them I did not want that order...I wanted a newly made order....not sure that happened and when I opened the sandwich, it fell apart and looked like a big mess so I threw it away....wasnt taking a chance someone at that table had handled it.I was given no apology.Wasted $11Wont go back...

Very tasted bbq chicken flatbread, wife had the chicken tortellini, grand daughter had very creamy Mac n cheese with a side of yogurt. Nice and relaxed atmosphere very enjoyable experience.
The food is good. They always take a long time to bring my food.( accidently make it a to go.so its sitting on the shelf or just forget to bring it to me). Im usually witt a young child so its not convenient.

I love Panera. Food is pretty good, I use to enjoy thier french onion soup with a baguette. The lemonade and coffee is pretty good. Service is friendly, and never really had any issues. Today was different. I ordered curbside pick up. They gave me a time to be there,I was there 5 mins. early and they ended up 15 mins later then they said. 2nd I get my food home and notice a couple things my baguette was just thrown in the bag, no cover nothing just thrown in the bottom. Then I notice the portions were WAY smaller. Which is fine if Im not being charged the same price. I will no longer be using thier curbside pick and will just eat in.

2022-06-28When I dine in at Panera its great. When I get takeout everything is half of the size it is when I dine in. Its ridiculous. Why would the sizes be different? WHY WOULD YOU WANT MORE PEOPLE IN PERSON?!Is this a universal thing or just this location? Someone please help me out here. I dont get it. Why would the sizes be different? Why am I getting punished for getting takeout? It doesnt make sense. KEEP THE SIZES THE SAME!!!!When I get takeout I get a thimble of soup for $7. The portions are ridiculous. I would love to see what a half soup looks like when I get take out.Update 6/20/22 I lowered my review a star because Panera advertises PICK 2!Great but guess what when you pick 2 ITS THE SAME PRICE as if you bought both things individually. Its shady and cheap and carny to advertise a pick 2 when theres no savings.

2022-02-06My first time here. My roommate had gift cards and it was her turn to buy.We both had pizza. Yes, it was good.They gave us a pager thing so we could sit and have a drink while we waited for our food. They ended up sending a girl to us with the food and she asked if the pager went off. No, it died!

2019-03-24A peaceful place, smiling attendants, delicious food, pastry and bread. The music at the background is soft and relaxing. It is a clean restaurant. Parking is plenty. Restrooms are clean. It is very busy at lunch time. Soba noodle and edemame blend is the favorite, bread is good, soup is delicious. I recommend this place.
