New chicken sandwich is terrible. Had to throw out mango smoothie. Service is terrible and they want you to tip when you place order?
No I didn’t order an Oreo McFlurry. Just got surprised by the mouthful of bitterness at the bottom of the cup. Also this store needed to be swept badly.
Nice healthy salad choices, fresh soups on a chilly day hit the spot. Servers are friendly and order comes out right.
Staff werent engaging, I stood there at the order window to ask about their wifi and one staff just looked at me and walked away. It wasnt until I verbally asked for help did I get a response. The one person said they didnt have wifi and so I asked another person who told me that there wifi wasnt working. There needs to be improvement in some of their commutation skills for some staff. They do make good food though 🤌🏾🤌🏾
The staff at this Panera are incredibly friendly and helpful. My order was long and complex, and the young lady taking my order was very dedicated and patient. When I noticed that I accidentally ordered the wrong thing, she was helpful in getting me a refund. Great service!
Antwone was super helpful with a last minute catering order for pick up within two hours. This meant the world to our family considering the circumstances it was needed for. He went above and beyond. Thank you again for your kindness. Didnt have ingredients for certain items, so we had to choose something else. Asked for iced coffee with almond milk and they used regular milk! Had to throw it out. Ive been to other locations where food and service was a lot better. 🤷🏽♀️
I always love stopping here for a fast, yet magnificent quality meal. They do such a great job on every order. Anyone should try it out!
Do not waste your money. I ordered a half steak sandwich and French onion soup. The soup was flavorless and only had some pre shredded parmesan dumped in the middle. It tasted like someone just put some sweaty onions in beef stock and forgot to salt it. The soup however, was the star of this show as the steak sandwich had so little meat on it that the meat to bread ratio was like 1 to 10. I actually asked the guy making the sandwiches if they forgot to put the meat on it. He said I dont know man, it comes in bags and we just put whats in the bag on it... Oh and this half sandwich and beef broth costed 16 dollars. You could go to any deli around here and get two sandwiches with 10 times the meat for that. Dont waste your money here.
My turkey avocado sandwich fell apart as soon as I grabbed it, which was fine, however, this was when I found a long black hair sitting on my tomato. Still ate it because I was hungry, but it was overly messy. The Mac was good, and I enjoyed the lemonade. Also I explicitly remember my mother ordering a second Mac and cheese that never was included in my to-go bag and receipt for some reason. After this mediocre experience, I would much rather make my mother and I our own lunch next time... wasn’t what I’d consider $40 satisfactory meal.

What can I say, its Panera! I had the Strawberry Popseed salad. Its delicious. Its seasonal so I like to take advantage whenever it is on the menu. Parking at this location was tough since there are other businesses at this location. However I recommend it.

I tried to phone in an order for pickup. I was told I would have to place the order with a credit card. Im weary of giving my credit card info over the phone to a stranger and Im not comfortable bringing my baby into the store due to covid. So I guess Ill be sending my mother to pick up her own orders from now on. I wont be ordering.
Disappointed ☹️. Soups were very salty. Sandwich is really nothing special. Expensive for what you get which is in my opinion, a higher class of fast food. Im skipping Panera from now on and going to a diner.
This is another location that shuts-down its internet just when people might want/need to use it. Seems like a bunch of these eastern PBs like to do this absurd thing. Ive crossed this entire continent and Im baffled by this. Its not a Corporate mandate, its an individual decision... because Im in one right now that doesnt do something so dumb. (Look ma! Its noon and I have interwebs!)So... sorry. This is not such a bad place, but this policy looses you all kinds of stars. (Mainly as a reminder so I know to never go back there.)
The Autumn Squash soup was delicious paired with my Chicken Carbonera sandwich.
Great food options. Flexible to meet my gluten free needs. Ordered the Turkey BLT which they placed on greens as I didnt have the bread. Looked up there soups to ensure gluten free choices. Cashier was helpful and friendly

Place was great. Easy to order, lots of choices, good fresh food, etc. We sat outside & they carried the food out. We ate outside & enjoyed it. We had two toddlers with us who sat in their high chairs the whole time. When the fussing started it was the perfect time to leave. Great Choice
I come to this marvelous restaurant often as I enjoy the special air that is characterizes this restaurant. The crew is extraordianrillyremarkably cordial and well trained. The service is extremely rapid. Not to mention, the food they serve is excellent. I visited often and I was always joyful. The price is fair. I recommend this place to to everybody.

A standard Panera. Staff are great about wearing masks and theres hand sanitizer throughout the cafe for added assurance. Food is usually fresh and ready quickly.

Fast, friendly, and professional. The folks here havent disappointed us once. The breads are fresh and the soups warm your soul. This Panera is a great place to grab a quick bite at affordable prices. Occassionally they will serve lobster rolls also.
Fairly easy to get to from the highway and main thoroughfare. Appeared quite clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was good. A little pricey but its clean food so, worth the extra price, in MHO. Only complaint was with my turkey and advocado BLT..... they were really stingy with the advocado. I was expecting a couple of nice slices on my sandwich but only got a couple of small chunks instead. Otherwise, my beverage and food was excellent.
This place is slow. Tried to place an order via app and the website for rapid pick up and both kept giving me errors. Had to go in to the store, wait in line, order, and wait in line again at the pick up counter. Wasted so much time just trying to place the order online that all in all I spent about 40 mins just trying to get one sandwich. Definitely wasn’t the quick option when I was in midst of traveling upstate.
I have been to several Panera Breads and they all differ. I have been to ones out of state that were just ok. I have been to ones in this state that have been just ok. I will never go to the one on Central Park Avenue in Yonkers New York again. The staff do not know what they are doing. They are not educated on their menu options. They bring you the wrong food and by the time you get the order you placed your food is cold. It is a chaotic mess in there. The concept of ordering food, picking it up and sitting down may have been a good one, but it doesnt work for this establishment. I would rather go somewhere & sit down and be served then go through the chaos that exists in a Panera Breads. Just not my cup of tea.
The food is excellent, that is when you get what you order!!! I have ordered multiple times and have received the wrong items. I dont know what it so hard about preparing food that is ordered, must be difficult read the ticket. Just a pain in the ass. Website says if we mess up your order we will give you a sweet treat for the trouble, out right lies. Dont use the app to order food. Call ahead and make sure they repeat your order and then make sure to check your order before leaving the store.

I never have the best experience at this location but i periodically give it a try again. The other night was my last time giving them a chance though. They never asked for our panera number nor did we get a receipt for our $40+ meal. It took about 10 minutes to get a knife to spread butter for my son’s bagel while we waited for our to go order. And when we got home my husbands sandwhich had half the amount of meat it should have had and we had an extra sandwich that we don’t even know if we paid for because we didn’t get a receipt! The manager was seemed to be doing her best helping make the food but she was very rude.
Love the healthy choices and the service is usually quick. My family and I are all gluten free though it isnt life-threatening for us. There are several salads and dishes that we can safely eat, and a darn good gluten-friendly cookie. Yay!
Ordered Chipotle Chicken half sandwich, the chicken meat does not taste like a real chicken, I fear it’s a extremely processed chicken breast for longer shelf life. Management, go try Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich.
They are currently on my frequent visit list, due to my urges for their Green Goddess Salad!They are usually busy, and a bit noisy, but the food is always good(and fresh), and the servers are always very friendly...
I love Panera, if their was 1 thing to not enjoy is the price... But then i forget about all that when I take my first bite of their delicious 😋 food. They have something for everyone like kids vegan/vegetarian and carnivores lol. The environment is also welcoming. Cool 😎 laid back, low lighting. Very nice place to meet up with friends and chat, or do some work on your laptop. Im sure they have like a million outlets lol.
I enjoy going to Paneras. The soups and sandwiches are delicious. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is always clean, even the bathrooms. Kudos. A great place to eat and contemplate.
Jess was awesome at the front end and making my food , from the second I walked through the doors she was smiling and so happy ! Very patience and helpful with explaining the menu! Thank you Jess for showing me good leadership . Anyone reading this ask for Jess when you go !!
This Panera ALWAYS gets our orders wrong when we order online for pick up, they usually miss things out that youve paid extra for. You shouldnt need to check you order before you leave and this is difficult anyway when its a salad to see if anything has been missed.
I ordered a turkey avocado BLT and a strawberry poppyseed salad. The service was excellent. The prices were two. For two of those orders it came to $31 which was a little expensive in my opinion but it was good food.
Came here two days in a row, both times directions for the orders werent followed correctly.First time my mother ordered a salad with no bacon, salad came with bacon. We sent it back to get a new one, waited about 10-15 minutes until I went to the counter myself and the lady apologized because they didnt even start remaking the salad, it was just sitting on the side.Today, I ordered a salad with no tomatoes, cashier even repeated after me when I said no tomatoes, but it turns out I got my salad with tomatoes and no red onions instead.So disappointed. Staff needs to follow directions more precisely.
They put my sandwich directly on top of the plastic tags with our order numbers on them that youre suppose to put in tag holder on your table so waitress can deliver order to your table.... People put their hands all over those tags & they put my sandwich on it?! I told manager on duty but she was young & though she looked horrified when I told her she just said, sorry but didnt offer another sandwich. Youre not exactly saving with their pick two menu
I usually like Panera. But this time it was not as good as usual. I had a gift card on the Panera app. But from some reason I couldnt pay with the gift card. Had to cancel my order and reorder online. Not everything arrived, but of course we got it as soon as we notified the team.
Over priced for what you get .Marginal food at best. It has been years since I have been back to Panera until today. And I was just reminded why I do not come to Panera. If it was not for receiving a random gift card it would have stayed years till I ever went back. But heres to more years without Panera in my life ...... 30 $ for 2 people sorry no not worth it.
It was a meet and great with a women I met online. The service was good, we both had the Strawberry Smoothies and picked a table in the back corner. The meet and great went great and the Smoothies were good.
Horrible customer service. Theyre either forgetting food or giving dirty utencils out. And for rapid pick ups, arent they suppose to have your drinks ready for you?? Isnt that the purpose of rapid pickup? So I dont have to waste time in the store?? I have to get my own drinks?? Arent we paying enough already as it is for the food??? The last time I visited, the order, for some reason, took an inexplicably long time. The manager was nice enough to give me a free pastry. The sandwich was not out of this world, but it was pretty good.Clean, orderly establishment.
My selection from their menu was hot. It was delivered to my table cold and the dining area was not clean. I usually order to go sandwiches and looks like I will continue to do just that.
Panera Bread is good fast food. You can always get something on the healthier side here, although you need to be careful. Some of the items appear healthy and are certainly not. Overall I like these establishments and I would recommend them.
We enjoy this brand. The food is good. The atmosphere is pleasant and there has never been a sense of being rushed. There is enough variety for nearly every appetite.
I love Panera Bread; consistently good food and service.
My husband picked up the summer strawberry caprese salad for me. It consisted of two very small tomatoes cut in two and three strawberries the size of blueberries cut in half, the mozzarella cheese was four shavings so small I had to look for them. A big bowl of lettuce. So basically I got a big bowl of lettuce, it was ridiculous. The picture on the menu is a joke don’t bother ordering it unless you just like lettuce for lunch.
Expensive for the small portion you get . Soup very salty. Soda from the soda fountain wow it suck. too much syrup comes out. The sandwich was good and fresh but small.
Man, its so nice to be able to grab a sandwich and sit outside to chillax. So happy Panera was open. 👍Now if only there were better choices for sides (apple or chips).
This is our first time coming. Food was very good. They had forgotten my chips and forgotten to put cheese on my ham and swiss cheese sandwich but they made it right and gave me a treat to make up for it. I would return and highly recommend it.
Did rapid pick for 4:50... had to wait an extra 20 mins standing there, while the employees were busy literally dragging their feet as they walked and clowned around. Wasn’t busy at all. Got home, no chicken in my food which was supposed to come with it. I called in order to rectify the situation and I guess they couldn’t be bothered bc someone picked up the phone and hung it right up. No hello, no anything. It’s not a corporate store it’s individually owned so I guess I get the shaft and the owner keeps my money.
Newburghs Panera location is the only one in my opinion who makes the best Café Mocha. Just the right ingredients. Thank you
Food excellent. Hey whats up with their model that makes people wait for ever to be served. Had to walk out 50% of the time. Its as if they want to fail. What a shame. I like their product.

The food was delicious! The workers were very sweet. The mac and cheese was AMAZING and so delicious, the drinks were so good and refreshing Im definitely coming back.
No stirrers, sugar or fresh coffee, along with glacially slow service. The only reason I gave 2 stars was for the Cinnamon Crunch Scone, which was very good.This was by far the worst Panera experience I have had.
This is awful, I had a sandwich which was 90% bread and 10% pickles. Fun fact that sandwich was a Cuban that cost me $10. It was not worth it, don’t waste your money here. Just go to the five guys that’s right next to Panera, much better there.
Service was good, food was quick and tasty. Prices are high for lunch of 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup.
At approximately 10:15 am on June 3, I went to Starbucks, which is located in the same shopping complex as this Panera Bread cafe, to buy coffee. When I arrived at Starbucks, there were numerous fire trucks parked outside the cafe, and an employee informed me that they were closed due to a fire. Consequently, I went to Panera and ordered a grande coffee with two shots of espresso. This is a beverage that costs me $4.19 at Starbucks, but I paid $7.75 at Panera. The coffee was good, I must admit, but in my opinion it was not as good as Starbucks’. I am a frugal retiree, and I feel like someone who has been sucker punched because of my experience at Panera.

This location was on point. I came in and ordered via the kiosk and the food came very quickly and the woman who brought it to our table was super nice. All around great experience.
The food was fresh and met expectations for the chain. Location is amongst other not so healthy options. The restaurant was clean and the servers were friendly. I would recommend.

Went here on Wednesday evening, of this week, got broccoli cheddar soup and bacon mac and cheese. I have had food poisoning ever since from the broccoli cheddar soup and my fiance got sick from the mac and cheese. I will never eat here again.
Not Impressed with the Customer Service OR quality/quanity of food, This store will be out of business In a year, if the quality isnt Improved. BTW The French Onion Soup wasnt worth the stop! :(
Just left there and they have NO IDEA of what good customer service is, cashier that mumbles and will not make eye contact, panini that was server so soggy it stuck to the plate... no need to give any more details. DO NOT EAT HERE. The person who brought the food was very nice,but then the food.......
Nice manager and employees. Last time I was there my order was wrong (they forget the chicken - first time this happened to me). Manager told me I can pick any free dessert.
Their online ordering was all messed up, and I was constantly assured my order would be filled (but it took a half hour for staff to do so, and in the end I had to beg for it several times.) Since it was breakfast for my 4 year old daughter, this was not acceptable. She had to wait too.

Every time I go to this Panera I’m always in a line and it never moves. Wish you would hire more people. Although I do love the (overpriced) food, waiting 30 minutes is not acceptable.

This locations is always dirty, short handed and food is sub par. If I desire Panera I go out of way to go to Fishkill. Panera needs to go back to basics and be more affordable. They have made portions smaller yet prices high and they make more profit.
Everytime I seem to go to this Panera, there is ALWAYS an issue. They are always out of certain foods or out of bread bowls. Multiple times I have tried to order soup and in a breadbowl and they say they have no bread bowls. Then they serve me lukewarm soup and throw a tiny bag of chips along with it. I have seen the employees playing around and tossing things around like theyre playing a game. The restaurant as a whole seems a little dirty...I always notice garbage on the floor or residue on the tables. They are also really understaffed, there is always a line that is thousands of miles long with only one cashier working.
Poor experience. 95 percent of the time my order is wrong. This store can never seem to get it right. Only reason I give an extra star is because the manager offered me a free lunch. Get it right the first time! Check your order before you leave!
So even with the Coronavirus still around you receive bread unwrapped and at the bottom of the bag. The chicken is very dry and tasted old.
Food generally good. At busy times, however, they tend to screw up orders fairly often. If you order soup, expect to get shortchanged on volume, every time.
Panera bread has great coffee. They also make these breakfast souffles with artichoke and spinach that are amazing. If you havent had breakfast here you absolutely must.
Placed and order for pickup they forgot two things I ordered so I had to go back and get them. Also payed extra for avocado on my sandwich and my sandwich never had avocado or any of the extras I requested.

The food and service were great. We were able to find a nice table easily at the time we went. It can be expensive so really check the menu and select what best satisfies your hunger and budget. :)
The food is great, but the prices are a bit steep. I love the fireplace in the middle of the seating area. The seating area always looks clean and well kept.

Why dont any of the Paneras refill theyre hand sanitizer dispensers? Ive been a customer for years at both the Fishkill and Newburgh locations and they have NEVER had solution in them. I see so many people leave the restroom without washing theyre hands. At least give the lazy customers another opportunity to not spread theyre germs...😊
Went into the establishment and the lack of professionalism was insane. After leaving the restaurant, a couple short hours later, I received a fraud alert that my debit card (used in Panera) was trying to be charged $952 on Flight Clubs website.
The food is alright. BUT they always forgot something in our orders! 3 times in a row!!! Come one! Slow service, not sorry about messing up our orders. Panera NewBurgh?? Fix it! Quick!!!

I came and it took them a half hour to bring oir food after we had tk tell them. Then they said that they had only grilled cheese bread left. So they made the italian combo on that bread with 2 1/2 slices of meat. There response to it was its been a long day. So disappointed.
Food was great. Took nearly an hour to get our food when people behind us in the line where getting their food fist. Is was as if they had forgot about us.

They need more people working there. The line was to the door. Portions were really small this time and they served soup in throw away cups. They should be using dishes they can wash for eat in dining.

I normally go to the fishkill location, however I tried this one and received my breakfast sandwich without any bacon (rapid pick up). They compensated by giving me a handful of bacon with what looked like cheese bits all over it. Will not be returning.

This is the worst Panera Bread I have ever visited and I am a regular for Panera. The staff here shouts at each other, food is way below standard and me and family got sick immediately after eating here.

Black west indian lady was rude as hell and a male manager . All the managers are rude as hell . The lady got mad because i was waiting for my food at the counter because i ordered take out ! She kept tellin me go sit down (rudely) when i told her my food was to go she packed my bag and tossed on the counter like i was a damn dog
The place was disorganized and they were missing key ingredients in the menu. The bathroom did not have paper towels. Also,my chicken looked questionably pink...

I placed an order to pick up. Last time they forgot something but I thought hey it happens. Well, got home and they forgot something again. I called to complain to the manager and no one answers the phone. Its not like the place was busy. The employees are completely incompetent.

Younger white girl with glasses works there for mad long doesnt even know how to give customers an attitude when they ask questions about the menu without making herself look dumb she messed up the order after clarification 3 times and then stormed off when asked for missing items we just ordered

This location is an average Panera stop. Long lines seem to be typical and the wait for them to bring food to the table seems above normal for a Panera Bread.

I honestly believe Subways Broccoli and Cheese soup is better. I also didnt care much for the tuna sandwich.

2022-06-25Staff was not friendly at all. Ordered a strawberry chicken salad to go and when I opened it later there was no chicken. And the 2 cups of dressing were 1/4 full and watered down completely. Lettuce was 1/2 filler nonedible lettuce as well. Horrible!

2021-10-30UPDATE 10/26/2021 - internet was down!!! and bathroom was not as clean as my last visit. I actually saw unflushed paper towels in the one stall (why do people do this??) and the other stall the toilet seat had visible ??? on it that was tough to wipe off with toilet paper. eww. I peed here but hovered. Then I left to find another place to work. This was over lunch hour.I havent been here since before the pandemic. It was the same as I remembered but now they have pizza and Chinese food? (Ok flatbread and teriyaki broccoli but still). I had the Greek salad and squash soup both were just as good as I remembered.they had almond milk for my coffee and the cup for water was double the size it used to be. All good stuff.At the end of my meal there was a little fruit fly hanging around which I could have done without. It was crawling on my phone when I was trying to get to my review page. Its gone now.Ok now the bathroom...two stalls. Hot water in sink. Not touchless soap dispenser but plenty of soap in it. Touchless paper towel dispenser which was empty when my friend was in there but full when I was...that means they are servicing it regularly or I got lucky. The stalls both had some sort of crumpled paper on the floor...was it left there since the paper was refilled or was that not part of the servicing? There was a rubber stripping around the stall doors...did someone complain that waiting patrons were peeping? Well it was definitely an after market addition added with duct tape so I guess Im glad they responded to whatever complaint led to this add on. Heres a tip for all paneras... If you activate the paper towel to come out and grab it with both hands as it is being dispensed, you can pull on it and get a lot more paper towels. More bang for your buck. 2022-04-30My sister and I have their to die for French Onion Soup and the chicken, peppers and avocado 1/2 of sandwiches. The cranberry lemonade was a first and it was refreshing. For 99 cents you can choose from an array of dessert. I had their browny and my sister chose a blueberry scones. Most of the employees wore masks and we also wore mask.

2022-04-068 months pregnant ordered a warm Baja bowl with chicken, received a Mediterranean bowl no chicken went to ask for a revise of my order, they scraped the olives off threw beans and corn on top of the first order (feta cheese still in bowl) and threw in four pieces of fatty sandwich chicken on top! When I went to ask for a proper bowl was told that’s how they make every bowl. I eat at Panera weekly in NYC and never ever had anything remotely this disappointing both in the food and the way I was treated. Will never return!

2022-06-24We have had Panera many times, but this location rips off customers ordered through grubhub by putting almost no protein on the sandwiches. We ordered both a Tuna & Roast Turkey and each sandwich had no more than 2 oz of protein on them. So little, we decided to weigh them to make sure. Absolutely a rip off. The only reason we didnt give 1 star is because the order came fast. But to pay $43 for 2 sandwiches and have them arrive with almost nothing between the bread is just inexcusable.

2021-05-021st time in Panera in a long time and this visit didnt disappoint. I had the Chicken Chipotle flatbread & cesar salad and there was nothing left. The Flatbread was perfectly cooked and toppings had some great flavor but not too overdone. The Cesar was prob one of the best Ive had because it was perfectly dressed- meaning the salad wasnt drowning in a puddle at the bottom nor was there a piece that was dry. It was still crisp and fresh and completed the meal. Lastly I had a green tea that had passion fruit... yummy! I dont usually like sweetened tea but this wasnt saccharine at all. 2018-10-15I love panera, I get food here ALL THE TIME. but tonight I ordered my dinner, I got the you pick 2 and ordered the brocolli cheddar soup and the modern caprese sandwich half (which was $6. $6!!!) And this is what they gave me. It looks like they slapped together whatever scraps they had left and sent it out. Very disappointing!!!
