😈👻🥳Pretty Solid Party City! Sometimes can be a bit cluttered but the staff is friendly and overall its a good location for party goods and holiday stuff. Candy is great too! If you need balloons or stuff for graduation parties they also carry that was well! Definitely a great stop if you need goods for your events.Overall Rating: 8/10 🥳🥳⭕️⭕️⭕️

Worst place ever! Rudest employee of all time. 2 hour wait for a balloon. Really? And you are rude! $10 for 1 balloon with a 2 hr wait with a rude employee.

I was looking for last minute decorations for a Pride Lunch while viewing the NYC Pride march/parade. I was happy to obtain the following balloons: large rainbow, shine/sparkle, red, yellow, blue, pink... they made a beautiful grouping. I also found a multi-colored paper lantern garland and pop-up sparkle sprays. Service was polite, accurate & quick. Much appreciated. Will definitely return.

Items that were listed as available for immediate pickup on the website were not available in this store. That was disappointing, but I was able to find enough things to make up for it. There was an overwhelming smell inside the store. It made us both feel sick as soon as we entered. It was a musty mold smell. We would have spent more time shopping otherwise. The gentleman who helped us at the counter was very friendly. Hopefully they address whatever is causing the odor quickly.

Opted to purchase balloons from party city over the dollar store, purchased two balloon bouquets paid a $1 to have each bouquet covered by a huge bag to contain them. Brought them into the house as recommended by the gentleman in the Mt Kisco store. Next morning many of the latex filled with helium balloons were drooping. As if the poor service and customer interaction wasn’t bad enough, I thought but the fact that many were already NG just put me over the edge.

We left Party City unhappy. They had a bunch of stuff in a 50 cent bin and it rung up full price. When we questioned it, we were told that customers put it there by accident and then told it was a $1.00 instead of 50 cents. When we offered to show her where we found them, she cut us short and insisted she knew exactly where she put them. Well, we cancelled the order including items we were planning to buy at full price. We have been customers there since they first opened and have had good experiences. This visit wasnt one of them. It may be a while before we return again...

Went shopping for some costume accessories in January and the selection was very limited, I would expect the store to carry a good selection of wigs, mustaches, etc. year round. Additionally the checkout process took forever as they didnt have enough staff at the register.

Needed two matching angel costumes for my church Christmas pageant...didnt think it would be so difficult! Called three stores in advance to make sure they had the item I was looking for! I was on hold with each store for over 10 mins. With the service people laying pass the phone bc no one could find the item! Went to the Yorktown store and they did not carry the one I wanted but kindly called Mt. Kisco store for me. Told they had two. Immediately went to the Mt. Kisco store to find they only had 1!!! Had them contact the Wappingers store. Told they had 2 and would hold them for me! Decided not to buy the 1 in Kisco but wait. Bad decision! Directly went to the Wappingers store to find that they only had 1!!! Ridicilous!!! Each service person that called gave the item code but were given false information. Called to speak to the Mt. Kisco store and explained my situation. Asked them to hold it till Wednesday. She said she couldnt do that unless I paid over the phone!!! Therefore, I drove all the way back again!! Very poor customer service! Remember when stores wanted to please their customers and go out of the way to help them! Those days are gone!Signed,Very Unhappy Customer
