Spectacular service, amazing training of the dogs with Maureen. The fence is amazing, I have a 5 acre property and the fence is on the perimeter. My dogs run free all day, I never worry, the fence is a product and the receivers for the dogs are so durable. Love my fence!
We had a very rambunctious and hyper puppy that wanted to run rampant. It was extremely stressful but then we got the pet stop fence and everything has been great since then. John and Jeff trained our dog and weve been happy ever since.
The fence that I had installed is working wonderfully. The dogs love their freedom and I love the freedom from worry. Thank you for doing a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know!
I got an electric fence a few years ago. Everything was excellent at the installation and since then. I give them top marks. One time I accidentally messed the fence up and broke it, and they came out immediately after I called them. Very happy.
Pet Stop of WNY has been a lifesaver to me and my family. I can let my dogs run outside without any worry about anything happening to them. They can run around freely and play in the yard safely and contained.
I made the mistake of installing a major brand of hidden dog fences and it did not contain my German Shorthaired Pointers, so I contacted Pet Stop and they replaced the system and trained my dogs! I just want to say thank you!!!
I have kids and two dogs and because of that, Pet Stop has been a lifesaver. I can let the dogs outside without worrying about them running off or being distracted by the wildlife in the area.

2021-04-09Excellent service. Ive been a customer for over 18 years. Original fence still works after all these years. Trained 3 labs on it. Makes me happy to see my dog enjoy her yard safely.

2020-04-30We are so impressed with Pet Stop on so many levels!1. The training they come out to do is amazing and thorough! Its not like a one-day and done, they keep coming back. ..and even when you think youre done, if your dog goes through, they come right back and help retrain. They also will keep adjusting the collar and the frequency as well as the length of the warning zone.2. The additional resources they offer are incredible. They have options as far as technology and additional resources (like they have an option to put a transmitter in your house that would keep the dog away from areas that you may not want him/her to go).3. The staff is phenomenal. Every person we have worked with is professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, through, and friendly.We cannot sing Pet Stops praises enough!

2019-02-25We went with Petstop5 years ago when we moved and needed our yard contained for our 3 dogs. Their installation is top notch and carefully planned, John and his crew are great! Fast turnaround if you have any issues or need to modify your area. Highly recommended!

2020-06-20Ive been with Pet Stop for years. I had moved and got a system installed recently and my husky is loving his room to run. Thank you for making this possible for all of us. We are able to enjoy spending time outdoors with him less stressed and it definitely saves our arm sockets..lol

2015-07-24I have worked with John and his team at Pet Stop of WNY for about 15 years now. They put in two electric fences for my dog, one at my first house, and then went back to them for my second house as well. John is just a great guy to deal with. I can call his staff up and they will be over immediately, which shows how responsive they are, they dont just put you off. I recommend.

2018-12-17I have their system, it is superior. I have had work done on the property by contractors and the line broken on several occasions. I call John and Linda, and someone is here within 24 hrs. I love this company. I have 5 acres with the Pet Stop electric fence on the entire perimeter, my dogs roam free within the boundaries. Thank you Pet Stop.❤️

2018-10-14Absolutely cannot day enough about this company. They weren’t sure the fence was going to work for my dogs and wouldn’t even let me pay until it was successful. They also came back to train until it was successful. All the staff has been friendly, on time and wonderful with my dogs. Highly recommend!

2021-04-02I had an emergency. Old fence by another co. was not providing enough security. PET STOP came in immediately and remedied the problem.Price was right.Everyone was very helpful.Definately recommend.

2019-11-08I worked with John and Jeff on a repair of an existing pet fence in my backyard and they were both extremely professional, reasonable, reliable and they understand how much our pets mean to us. I highly recommend them !!
