The single worst experience I have ever had with an airport in my life. We had to go on and off of multiple buses just to get to our ride because whoever is running this god-awful place kept telling him couldn’t pick us up somewhere while we were in transit, and this happened multiple times. They kept forcing him to pick us up at different places while we were going to the place he just got told he couldn’t be. Whoever is running this place needs to fix this.

Just be careful, they pic you up and live the airport then if someone by a new ticket, they will return and pic then with out considering your time and flight needs. So if you have to be there on time dont count on your this service. Costumer service is rude and dont really care when you call to make a complain.

We were told our Air Link shuttle driver would be 20 minutes to 40 minites. 1 1/2 hrs. later the shuttle started the milk run dropping passengers off.Take a cab or U ber and save yourselves a whole lot of headaches.

The employees of The Port authority of New York and New Jersey are the most arrogant people l encounter 99% ,one time l call the police becacuse l had an emergency, the police officer refused to do a police report.He sayed Next time dont be calling for fu.......litle ch.....like this..they are not friendly at all.

If you arrive at terminal B, walk down to terminal C to get ground transportation. It is worth it. Port authority has screwed up car services and taxis at B
