The worst experience ever ! Workers are so rude they call you out your name make you feel uncomfortable and are very very very unprofessional! If you want a great hair store to visit in buffalo go to OASIS HAIR & BEAUTY Ali helps and makes ALL Customers feel appreciated.

One of my favorite places to buy hair. They always have a deal going and the workers are very pleasant. Ive been a long time customer and they have always been very helpful with any issue. I recommend Id your looking for hair products for a good price
I enjoyed that this business uses social media to advertise sales events at their location. I also enjoy that when I walk in I am greeted with several hellos. The staff does not follow me around the store. Instead they allow me to look for what I need and ask them for assistance. They are very helpful. I never leave empty handed.

I always forget why I dont like Prestige Beauty Supplies , Ive been in there 4 times my entire life. So today I go in there and Im admiring the new selection of fake bundles and wigs as I walk around to get some hair curling wax and I heard the counter dude say something in Arabic, then a guy starts following me around the store this is the 2nd time. So I asked was that guy following me , the guy at the counter has a attitude and said no he was already in that aisle (no he wasnt) I said you know what Ima just go to another store , i didnt want to spend my money with RACIST ass people ......this guy says even better and threw down my card.

Large selection of hair and beauty products and a few fashion and appearal items here and there. Plenty to choose from and the prices are decent, however some things have prices marked and other things do not have a price tag. The staff is ok, some more friendly then others.

One of the oldest and best beauty supply stores im buffalo. You can find you la girl pro concealer, wigs, shea butter and hoop earnings however they dont have a huge selection nor do they keep up with hair trend products.

2022-08-12I love this store I would of gave it five stars but I was looking for kinky coily tracks and they did not have it and I dont think they carrie kinky coily tracks or clip ons but they had so many other things I needed things that I cant get at other stores and the prices were grate they had little hair clips ear rings and really cute hair bonnets I would definitely go there again

2022-02-19Hello world prestige Beauty is absolutely great to go to because we dont know something about a hair care product the gentleman in the store really does know. It always bad for me that every year store Ive saw in Buffalo there is not yet one woman working in the hair store, or none of the workers are in a diverse setting. Why is that management when most of your workers should be able to be of color or even Caucasian descent because those to me from what I see on the constant basis are the customers that come and patronize. And Im not saying that should be that way because they patronize no Im just saying bringing a diverse group of people. Its something to think about if you dont change it like I said before the gentleman in the store is very well respected and very well skilled on the hair products everyone needs. 2022-02-03I dont buy many hair products but they do have an atm that only charges 99 cents so I always go there to get money if i need cash. The place always has pleasant music, ample parking, clean surroundings, plenty of employees, always seems well stocked never see empty cases or racks . I have no clue what that stuff usually costs but theyre always advertising sales. And my girl actually walks in from time to time and seems to always find what shes looking for. So although Im not an everyday customer I can say theyre always polite and welcoming although Im a male in a beauty place and never even buy anything I just use the atm.

2018-11-25This place is well organized and the staff knows the products. I went there with my wife few days ago to find a product for her cousin. We were able to find exactly what she wanted and the price is really good. They have a lot of hairs for woman, not really a place for men, but as for my wife i give it a 4 stars because of service and products.

2021-01-31I usually go to Prestige to pick up something in a rush as its a little bit of a smaller beauty supply store which is fine because they still usually have what I need. But the customers some times can be a bit much. VERY disrespectful... its embarrassing!!! I just really think that if they asked people to nicely leave because their using profanity, or being disrespectful that would set the tone for no nonsense in this store and others... POST SIGNS; No respect, no sell!!!!
