Shipped a package to a hotel in Florida and lost the tracking number and receipt. When the hotel said it hadn’t arrived by the guaranteed time I called Print and Post Master and they were able to tell me in less than a minute that the package had been delivered and who signed for it. Hotel found it. Exceptional service and very pleasant!

This is the only FedEx place Ill use. Having moved to New City from upstate NY in 82 & using regularly through my sons college & resettling years in past decade, plus for my own ebay etc, they are the epitome of excellence & always so helpful & extremely patient. Recently retired, moved to Haverstraw & a non-driver, I take a taxi/Lyft there to do any FedEx or UPS shipping. Why mess with perfection?

I do a lot of shipping as I sell on eBay and several other platforms.I use this business weekly and sometimes daily!Rob and his friendly staff always ship my packages as economically as possible as well as safely. I always leave with a smile and know my packages will be handled exactly the way I want them to be.I get many positive comments from my customers, which is very important to me!So, thanks Print and Postmaster Ltd, I would highly recommend this business to anyone!

I would like to thank Print & Post Master Ltd for another successful college move, this time our Daughter to the University of Arizona, we’ve used them since our son & daughter were in summer camp and our son went to FSU.Rob & his staff make it easy, this year we brought in the clothes, shoes and linen’s folded and in plastic bags and they packed it up for us. All 5 boxes arrived on time and were packed better than my wife and I could have done.We live in Congers, but we choose to go to this store in New City because their very helpful & they have everything we need.Sad to hear Sara has moved on, I hope you see this review Sara, best of luck to you and your family, amazing things in Florida.

Customer Service, going above & beyond!!!!This past June my family left New City to our dream location, Seattle,Wa. When we realized we couldnt fit anymore in the moving truck I had 10 boxes that still had to get there. They were my kids toys, photo albums, irreplaceable things. I brought the boxes to print & postmaster ltd with my own fedex account labels. 9 boxes arrived, beat up, but acceptable, but one box never got there. Called fedex, they told me all packages were delivered. Called Rob at postmaster, told him my situation, I know it wasnt his problem, he said hell look into it.Well I received a email from Rob July 5th, with all 10 package pickup verifications. All 10 packages were received at the Seattle hub, but only 9 were delivered.Rob had no interest in this, I know, but he gave a S*^t, and our package was found at the depot, missing label, delivered by FedEx express truck July 7th.Hope u and Sara enjoy the case of wine, a grateful friend.

We recently suffered serious damage to our property! It has been a confusing blizzard of faxes and overnight letters to our insurance company and bank.Without hesitation we simply get in our car and drive from Pomona to New City where we know those at Print and Postmaster will quickly and efficiently help us sort out the best way to send off the required paperwork!What a relief!We are very grateful.

They slapped a label on what I was shipping without even putting it in a box. It was destroyed en route and they said it was our fault for not asking them to box something that clearly needed a box. Had this been brought to a regular fedex they would have never shipped something like that. Spoke with Charlie about it and he was so rude I was shocked. Told me I was “clogging their phone.” I thought to myself, “The owner, Robert, would die if he heard how he spoke to me.” So today I decided to give them one more chance. Robert was there and I spoke with him. He was also rude and told me that he was there when I was on the phone with Charlie and heard everything. When I asked if he heard the part when he told me I was clogging the line he said, “Well we had a big shipment coming in.” And in the middle of the conversation a fedex delivery man came in and he started arguing with him where he was also rude. Didn’t even address me. Just cut me off to fight with fedex. Unbelievable. Guys- go somewhere else to do your business. This guy doesn’t care. He really doesn’t.

I use this company regularly to ship all over the country. All of my packages arrive on time and in tact. The people there are always courteous and friendly and I am in and out of the store in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend Print & Post Master in New City.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!Today I went to drop off a box to be picked up by UPS from this location, and the person who was there (only one person) , helpful at the beginning, but as soon as more customers (1 or 2) was in the store, he turned unprofessional and disrespectful My total time in the shop was 5 min.I know you are not doing any business with people like me, just dropping off boxes, but dont have the option if you are not going to be kind about it.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!He said I cant keep talking when he was telling me the store will not be open tomorrow ( schedule very clear in the website, Saturdays included) and I said I read the schedule online.RUDE!!!!!I took my box and went to another location..DONT GO To PRINT AND POST MASTER!!!!!!!!!!!

Really horrible experience this morning Saturday, November 16, 2016. at print and post master, New City . The customer service representative did not even acknowledge made no eye contact and did not say One word to me let alone a Hello Goodby or Tank you. She obviously doesn’t understand customer service norms whatsoever, Was rude should be retrained or terminated. My last time to this hole in the wall.
