Great experience!I’ve dealt with a few hard ware managers in the past regarding deliveries. They were efficient and delivered my materials at the due date. No hassle, no drama.5 stars all the way.

My go to hardware store, the are even more.than just a hardware store. Even if you are doing construction or a large renovation, they have everything you will need.
These guys are liars. They will hit your car and lie about it. My car was hit and the mgr agreed to show me the video. He asked if I had proof and I stated I have a witness and showed pics of their lift with my paint and vice versa. He then claimed the camera angle doesnt show where I was parked. When I entered the store I can see clear as day that they have a perfect view where I was parked.
As a Handyman with 15 years experience, its hard to be unimpressed by the ineptitude of people who sell hardware for a living. They were condescending, dismissive, and rude, on top of not knowing what I was asking for, or worse, not having knowledgeable people on staff to provide an alternative, after 2+ visits on the same day. Stay away from these place at all cost. Not worth the headache.

2021-04-11Excellent service. They had all the items I required to fix my apartment. They even had a paint machine to create my own color which was amazing since I could not find that specific color at the local Home Depot. The prices are great and the store has a huge variety of items.

2021-05-07These folks were super helpful! I meandered in on Friday afternoon to buy lumber for a small diy shelf project. I was on a super tight time frame so they took my number and called me as soon as my order was ready. Nice local shop with attentive service and everything I needed. I’m gad to have found a lumber spot that’s a local, family-owned operation.

2021-02-26These guys are the best! I just spent an hour going over every detail of the color and paint finishes for my bathroom and they were super patient and willing to troubleshoot until i was happy. More affordable than Benjamin Moore, open earlier than other hardware stores nearby, and not rude or intimidating like other guys can be to women asking lots of questions at a hardware store!

2021-04-13My go to hardware store whenever I want to do DIY projects for my apartment. You can absolutely find anything at a more affordable price, living in New York can be difficult when stores like Home Depot are not in reach. The customer service is absolutely terrific.

2021-08-10Spent over $2000 Materials. One day I asked the guy on the register i would like return few cinderblocks and exchange with few bag of sands. The guy replied to me to rude and said you can leave the cinderblock but I won’t give you refund. Buy don’t any outdoor Materials they won’t exchange with you or store credit. Very poor customer service and over priced.
