Everyone is always helpful and I like how big the store is, and how much of a selection they have.
Vintages online arent accurate. Waste of time to order unless u call and verify first

Owner is rude. They are still not permitting customers inside the store, so when I asked for a recommendation for a middle-range white rum at the window, he said Bacardi. Thanks for the help, pal. Waste.
3 weeks for delivery???Probably has bad credit and can’t get product! Do not trust. Ordered over a week ago and was told will not ship til next week.

2022-01-23This is a local wine and liquor store that attempts to carry as much variety as possible. They do a pretty good job at it actually. Dont go in all snobbed out asking for some obscure item, you will be snubbed.The staff can be helpful IF you get the right person. Over the years Ive encountered very helpful people working there and Ive encountered clock punchers. Its best to know what youre looking for before going in.As far as their online order goes, they are a local shop! Lets try to remember that!

2021-10-31Ive been a satisfied customer of Raeders for nearly 10 years now, and I cant believe its taken me this long to write a review. Raeders has the largest selection of wine and liquor of any store that Ive encountered anywhere in New York. Their liquor selection is stocked with everything from your everyday affordable bottles all the way up to high end, rare, and collectable bottles. If you dont see something be sure to just ask someone there, and theres a good chance they can help you find it. The wine selection is extraordinary. They have all of your popular, affordable name brands, as well as an enormous selection of high end, rare, collectable, and/or older vintages bottles. Again, if you dont see something, be sure to ask as the whole staff is extremely friendly, makes excellent recommendations, and is always willing to help. Raeders truly is a hidden gem on Long Island, and there really is nothing else like it that Ive encountered. If your love wine, you must visit Raeders, highly recommend it!

2021-08-17I can’t speak to how these people run their physical store, but, I can tell you their online store is a hoax. They offer wines they do not have. They take orders for these wines, then apparently attempt to find them to fill the order.I was looking for a specific wine of a specific vintage, and was willing to pay expedited shipping for the wine. The order was taken. I asked them to let me know if there was an issue. No contact. When I called later to validate the order and get tracking info, that’s when they informed me they did not actually have the wine.Do not order online from these people. They are clearly unethical, and showed no remorse for their business practices.

2021-04-03They have been my wine/liquor merchant for many years. They stock many wines that are highly rated at good price points.They are able to find wine and liquor that I want to try but they might not stock. Family owned and run makes a difference

2018-08-12Though he didnt have the habanero infused tequila, he said hed order it and thats great service. Lets see if I actually get it. I have to say that my family and then I continued shopping at Raeders since my family moved to Roslyn in 1956 ... Great service. Their selection and knowledge of wines is impressive.

2017-07-27They are nice but totally let me down when pursuing a brand they didnt carry. I spoke with 3 people over a week and a half till I found that they couldnt get it. Disappointingly not apologetic for the runaround. Now I only go to the place across the street which is definitely 5 stars!

2017-02-21Great wine selection, great service if they know you or if you are willing to buy their more expensive wines and spirits. Otherwise, you may or may not be acknowledged as you enter. Always someone attempting to upsell, which can be annoying.
