Went to the restroom before seeing a movie. Prior to using the restroom, I had heard another customer complain to a supervisor, Ron, that the water for the sinks in the restroom was scalding hot. Ron apologized, but then looked to his subordinates and shrugged when he was told that the customer was the third that complained about the water. I then went to the restroom to use said facilities. I went to wash my hands, and just like the other customer stated, scalding hot water came out of the tap. I attempted to brave the water and just wash my hands as you do, but ended up lightly burning two of my fingers on my right hand. I then proceeded to inform the employees there and the new shift supervisor, as Ron had left presumably. The supervisor told me she was sorry and would look into the matter. I dont know if she did as I went to go watch the movie. I stated to her that this issue needed to be addressed now, as the other supervisor, Ron, did not seem to care. It would only be a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt and/or decides to file a suit against Regal. In conclusion, I did not appreciate Rons cest la vie attitude nor did I appreciate the hollow apology that myself and the other customer received. It seems that during the lockdown some of Regals employees lost their ability to serve customers well.
The female manager is very unprofessional. She will yell at the workers right in front of customers even when they make the smallest mistake. She is rude to her staff and I can see it makes some of the staff uncomfortable. Rather go where the managers treat their staff right than give my business to a place that clearly does not know how to treat their staff members.
Annoyed with the extra static in theatre12. Annoyed that I sat next to a couple that just kept talking. Also online would not let me skip a sit to get distance. Yet they were worried about keeping mask on as we entered and yet sold popcorn to take mask sitting right next to a stranger with no distance. Wheres the logic. Movie was great though kids enjoyed.
A staple of the community since it was Hoyts years ago. Good location and lots of parking you get some decent seating and good quality picture. The concessions are expensive (like any movie theater) and there is usually minimal staff but the place is generally well kept and clean.
My husband and I took my daughter here and I was absolutely delighted that I could order our popcorn and drink from my phone and they would send me a text when it was ready, however our popcorn was cold and tasted stale and I didnt receive a text so I sent my husband out and even though my husband stood in the designated pick up line no one helped him, until the ordering their food in person were all served. However there was an employee just standing around while he waited. Over all it was a great experience except the popcorn thing, the man checking our tickets was very pleasant and the theater was clean.
Ticket prices are good on Sundays. However, fandango must have lied because it said a movie was playing here when it definitely wasnt. As a result, we ended up in the front row at a different movie and let me tell you my neck was so sore afterwards! The reclining seats were nice but probably the front row is NOT a comfortable seat (at least in theatre 4) so avoid those at all costs.
Regal Cinema at Binghamton is a great place to see movies on the big screen. The staff is very friendly and considerate. They were closed for a long time because of COVID, but are now open again. Masks should be worn by people who are not fully vaccinated, but in a full theater I would recommend wearing one anyway.
Went to see a movie on 6/5/2021 at 1pm. My Crown card is so badly worn I was not able to get points. I asked the manager on site, if I could get a new card, he replied that cards are not longer given out, I would have to download the ap. That answer was good enough for me and was on my way to the theater to get ready for the movie. He spoke up and said that my card should be attached to my phone number, when I said they tried and it didnt work and stated possibly linked to an old number he started a power strip. His response was, I know I wear a shirt and tie and I should have all the answers and he started going on and on about his power. I was fine with the whole AP thing but he wanted to keep showing is authority. After a few minutes of him spewing off his importance, I stated I was done and walked away. He went over to my daughter and proceeded to talk to her stating I didnt understand, I wanted points put onto my card and again, bragging about his management position. I asked him to stop talking to her and we walked away. I FULLY understood I needed an AP and was going to do so when I got home. I also NEVER asked for any points to be put on my card. This man has an ego trip going and should NOT be in the position that Regal gave him. I never raised my voice but sure wanted to. I feel sorry that if anyone has a concern and he is on duty....they will get his shirt and tie speech which is his way of saying....he doesnt know what the heck he is doing.
Movie theaters can deliver a somewhat premium viewing, but they all have cons. This movie theater is no exception. However, what sets this place apart from the competition is the price and luxury for that price. Ive been to a lot of movie theaters and this one by far is one of the most comfortable seating in the house. The small swing table is a plus and for the price you pay. It delivers and then some. I absolutely love this movie theater for what it is. The CONS...yup......it a bit sloppy at the register and depending on what your watching. The crowd can get a bit noisy. Overall, I love this joint for the purpose it was meant. I do recommend it, as this is on the luxury side of entertainment and $16 is about right for the best seat in the house. Grab some popcorn and enjoy!
Their deal days are very much worth it, they even hold them for the newer more popular movies! Plus Tuesdays are half price popcorn day for card members, which is a great perk to begin with considering the card itself is free to sign up for! The seats are quite comfortable and recline to just the right position for a pleasurable movie viewing experience! The cinema itself is always quite clean, even the restrooms, and the staff are always friendly and inviting.I would recommend the cinema to anyone who asks.
Very comfy seats, regular movie prices and nice screens. If youre close and itching to see a movie, see it here because its a pretty nice, large theater. However, this theater is showing its age, as outside of the new very nice seats it feels like literally nothing else has changed in the 20 years Ive been alive. Some of this doesnt need to change and is fine as-is and shouldnt change, but things like a whole line of sinks not working in the womens bathroom probably sucks a lot when a big blockbuster comes around and everyone is there at once.Hopefully, I just caught the theater at a bad time and its all good, I would definitely still recommend.
Iβm rating this place 5 stars based on the incredible experience I had yesterday. This lovely employee, her name was Haley, went above and beyond in order to help me and my husband out! When we got to the register to get our tickets, She was so kind and helped us find our regal card so we could get the discounted tickets. She was extremely patient! And then to top it off, she came around from behind the counter to help us carry in our food and drinks without hesitation as my husband is in a wheelchair and I had to push him. 10/10 recommend this place and I hope to see her again next time. Well done Regal!
Clean, spacious and comfortable. Screen was good and the theatre where we saw the movie was spacious. Only issue that I got used to after awhile was where our seats were, the lights to guide the aisles were overly bright and distracting. Overall a fun experience and if you take advantage of the lower prices on Sundays it makes it even better.
Tuesdays and Sundays are discounted non 3D movie days. Student and other discounts may apply online or in person most days you go. People tend to forget some sizes of drink and popcorn qualify for refills. It doesnt hurt to ask about such things. Unlike the other brand theaters the seating reclines like an easy chair. Concession waits are to be expected when you go to the movies. Arrive a little early and be patient. Movie Theaters operate on a thin margane and must balance cost of operation like labor. Getting out to see films on the big screen is well worth your time. This place tends to be clean and well staffed. Busy times and days happen and are to be expected.
Great theater. Nice comfy seats that recline with a small tray table to set your delicious morsels upon. There is a gaming area while you wait or sit at some tables. Plenty of choices on yummy morsels. Our theater was clean, nice. Only suggestion is for a small bench or so by the bathroom to set your stuff on rather than the floor.
This theater is still relatively fresh off of remodel which introduced reclining seats and refreshment trays. Comfortable and generous seats. Its a convenient location for me, so I come here often. Admittedly I dont eat at theaters often, so I cannot speak to the refreshments.Youd be wise to purchase your tickets in advance. Seats are chosen at the point of ticket sale, so if youre buying in the theater be prepared to wait 10 minutes for the person ahead of you to try to make their seat choice. I stood waiting for two guys to make up their mind what seats they wanted. After 5 minutes of deliberating one of the guys asked the ticket salesperson Which end of the screen is the front of the theater? It was another 5 before a decision was reached. Buy ahead.
This place is fine if no big movies are playing. Severely understaffed or poorly trained staff had me waiting more than 15 minutes for popcorn on 2 separate occasions @ a single showing. Both times I was put aside because of guests who had already waited for 30 minutes for their order. I might without ever paving my order. I havent had issues when there were no big movie openings, but put two packed theaters together and the place falls apart.
They put new seats in a few years back and claim they recline. The only thing that reclines are your feet so youre either stuck viewing a movie with your legs up at a 90 degree angle to your body, or have your legs down. We hate going there for that reason. Ticket prices are pretty good however.
Clean and well maintained just saw Bad Boys for Life which was good! The service at the concession stand was fast and part of the order wasnt ready and they told us to go get our seats and that they would bring it out to us which was cool. I would go back just have to wait and see what movie catches my eye next!
Went to see a movie with my 84yr old Mother. Handicap accessibility was very good. Lighting was great. Volume of movie was a bit to loud. We had a very pleasant experience. The only draw back was When I went to pickup the tickets beforehand at 11:15 they were not open thought they are listed as opening at 11am. Made having to Waite in line to get them a little inconvenient, as my Mother can not stand for that long.
Review updated: Used to say...Nice theatre, reserved seating. The usual high priced concessions are available. Staff are friendly. Cleanliness can be spotty in between shows, but overall a good experience most times. Now says: Manager here does not know how to treat customers. Wont go into details, but he sold seats out from under us while we were waiting where he had told us. When we asked him about it, he just shrugged his shoulders and said, what do you want me to do about it? When I questioned his lack of customer service, he informed us he had been in management for over 25 years. Pretty lame imho. Last time we were there was about a year ago. We no longer go to Regal.
Went to see Shazam. Stupidly used Fandango to purchase tickets then unable to connect for service so had to purchase 3 more tickets. I will own it that I should have taken a screenshot since cell service doesnβt work well in theaters. The next day, spent over an hour and a half on the phone to try to get reimbursed or movie vouchers. Cory at Regal finally said he would send me three vouchers. Great! Wonderful! Thank you! Two weeks pass and still no vouchers. Call back to Regal and speak to Luke who says theyβve been too busy to put them in the mail. Too busy... Iβm a Nurse so maybe next time someone needs my help Iβll tell them I was too busy. That is the most nonsense, infuriating excuse.Needless to say, Iβll spend my money elsewhere or better yet, stay in the comfort of my own home and eat good popcorn that isnβt outrageously over priced. After my last phone call when I left this review, 3 days later I did receive the ticket vouchers. So I will say, they did do right in the long run.
Great reclining seats. Clean theater. Note that the passes have a $1.50 up-charge (even the no limitations one). Save your passes for the evening showings. If you use them for matinees, it is not cost effective (you end up spending more than just buying a reg matinee ticket).
It is really nice place where you can order food and pick your seats ahead of time. They have redone it to make it more like the one in Vestal with lean back seats that are like couches. This had to cost them a ton of money and so maybe the prices are a little bit high but if you want to cheat movie go to the Endicott Cinema if you want to go on a nice date take your girl or boy here. It is nice because you can sit close to somebody and cuddle on those couches and you get free refills on large drinks. The sound and screen of the movies are great and its high quality.
They have improved the theater seating and comfort level substantially over the years, however if i were to nitpick, the recliners seats they installed actually do not recline quite far ebough to keep you entirely comfortable throughout a movie compared to The other big local theatre, AMC.
Perfectly average movie theater experience. Overly priced tickets and concessions, but very nice seating with plenty of room and the latest releases. I do wish paper towels were provided in the restroom. Electric hand dryers and then using an inward swinging door is kinda gross.
The employees are friendly and the theatre is clean and neat. However, I dont like the new recliner seating. In order to add the bigger chairs they had to put the front seats lower and closer to the scene to fit more seat. At AMC this is not a problem because the seats go all the way back. The seat here dont recline even half as far so when sitting in the front you have to crane you neck to see and by the end of the movie you are in desperate need of a chiropractor. please fix this as it really stinks that you have pre order tickets or go on slow days just to make sure you get a decent seat.
Nicely appointed, clean theater but bring serious bank if youre buying any concessions! For 1 adult and 2 children to attend a 10 AM matinee, one popcorn (which was supposed to be 1/2 off, but I didnt get any discount) and 2 small drinks, it cost me $42!!! Outrageous!! Id rather wait to see movies via an online source than waste my money on that again! And people wonder why movie theater attendence is way down... Fewer people can afford to pay the ridiculously high prices involved. Thanks, but no thanks.
This place has good matinee prices for sure. The recline seats are comfy, but not as comfy as other places. The exit sign light reflects on the lower right portion of the screen, which is pretty annoying when watching a movie. My guess is the screen was replaced at some point, and they didnt consider the exit sign. I get that its the fire code, but pretty distracting.
Theatre is conveniently located on Front street across from BCC, lots of close parking and entrance is located at a signalized intersection. Building is clean and bathrooms are right sized for most end of movie lines.Seats are moderately comfortable but start to hurt my lower back and tailbone for longer movies. Safety aisle lights are stupid bright and annoying if you get a seat near the stairs.Overall enjoy this Theatre whenever we visit Bingmaton/Vestal area.
I gave it three stars because its everything you need in a movie theater but its not much more than that. Ive seen a lot of great movies here and the bathrooms are clean, but the building and decor are nothing special. If youre used to more extravagant cinemas, youll be disappointed by this one. If you just want to watch a movie and get on with your night, then this place is perfect for you.
Not the biggest fan of the trays that swing left and right but not up and down, but the reclining seats are comfortable and big enough to compensate for it. It was basically empty (saw two other people than me and my wife in the theatre), maybe because I watched the movie (Deadpool 2) at 4pm on a Monday. They have variety of games on the main lobby area (?), like mini golf and they even give a dollar (I think for charity) if you get it in the hole.
Me and my family went to go see a movie thinking it would be a good experience. Boy were we wrong. It took forever to get snacks at the concession stand. Waited so long that we barely caught the beginning of the movie. And when we finally did get in to get seated the theater was filthy. I would not recommend Regal family Cinemas to anyone.
Typical Regal cinema from my experience, clean, well maintained facility with comfortable stadium/ recliner seating. full food menu available ( hotdogs, hamburgers, cheese and chicken strips), kid friendly--although, I have to say I dont always understand their showtimes. Last Saturday, the 1st kids movie playing didnt start until after 6 pm.
I used to go to Regal many many years ago and I stopped due to them having fabric and DISGUSTING seats. After our areas major flood I ended up being a regular at Loews UNTIL they remodeled. I love their new chairs! Its is modern, they have small swing tables for your food and it generally seems well kept. Their concession stand could use some help though. It is a large area but never seems to have enough staff on hand to deal with the crowd.
Always fun. Great movies, prices are getting a little steep. Not to mention the snack bar. Which youll pay an arm and a leg for soda and popcorn and other goodies that they have on hand for sale. If you want to take your family be prepared to drop $100 with relative ease...
They did some upgrades which isnt half bad. Prices are about average and generally you arent waiting too long to grab your tickets and head into the movie you want to see. Some weekends if you go there and come out, you can see some hot rides over in Cracker Barrel as thats a meet up location for some of the car guys. Discounts for students and also discounts on the slow days of the week which is nice.
My opinion of this theater is no doubt clouded by the fact that I spend (misspent) a good portion of my youth sneaking in and out of it. It would have gotten 5 stars, but the new doors and cameras make it difficult to see a film without going the more traditional route of paying for a ticket.
The good:- You can order food in the theater.- pick your own seatsThe bad:- highway robbery prices (paid 10.35 for 2 waters)- seats dont recline very far, uncomfortable viewing angle- tiny theaters, tiny screens- waiters walking around with those annoying red glow sticks every 15 minutesOverall, just go to AMC if you have the choice.
This theater offers the best ticket and concession prices in the area for new releases. It also has the more seating available than the AMC in Vestal, so you are more likely to get good seats and less likely to have to deal with sold out shows. They offer reserved seating and they have very comfortable reclining seats with convenient slide out trays to place concessions.
I never take the time to review anything but Iβve also never felt the need to take my time in order to do so.Home for a visit and took my mother to see a movie last night, but online I accidentally booked tickets to the wrong day. The very nice guy at ticket counter told me he could exchange the tickets but he just needed a manager.*****The manager came over and acted very annoyed to have been bothered. He was condescending to not only myself but the young man working the counter. Heβs over all demeanor was that he was above it all. If he couldnβt have exchanged the tickets then he shouldβve politely said so and he shouldnβt have put me down for making the mistake. He acted worse than my middle school students at least they all know not to bully... That type of attitude is unacceptable we are not living in Mid-evil times with class divisions and social hierarchies and quiet frankly if we were living in that time movie theatre manager is very far from the top. The man had one job to do and that was provide coustomer service. Iβve read complaints about the managers here in the recent reviews and I have to say they all sound like this guy. Iβll be sending a complaint to corporate as well. Perhaps they need step in a revaluated his position. He may need to step back and gain some perspective. Some training on how to do his job or loose his job... hello regal your manager who worked 2-22-19 around 7pm is a jerk and is costing you reviews and customers.
One of 2 large theaters in the area. The Lowes theater in Vestal has nicer seats, but has much, much smaller theaters and sells out very quickly. Regal Cinema, has many more seats, so you can always get a seat. They have recently updated the seats to have high backs, power foot rests, and a nice tray table that can fold out of the way if you desire. The ticket prices are average, and the sound is good. The only complaint is that loud sounds from nearby theaters often creeps into your movie theater, making it sound like thunder. Its not a big deal, but you do notice it during quiet scenes of your movie.
Went to see A Quiet Place and unfortunately the theatre was anything but. Some rude jerks thought it would be funny to talk loudly through the entire movie even with people asking then to be quiet. Turned into a shouting match. I also dont understand why they allow people with no obvious disabilities to buy seats in the row that is distinctly marked for people with disabilities.
I like Regal for two reasons. The first reason is that the theater itself is quite small. Theres something nice about a small theater with less people. You have more space to move around and it doesnt feel like youre confined with 75 strangers. The second reason I like Regal is because of the perfect incline are there theater seats. They do not go as far back far back like at AMC Theaters. AMC Theaters have chairs that recline too much, making it way too easy to fall asleep. Regal has just the right amount of incline to enjoy movie without drifting off into nappy land.
No wonder Regale ticket sales are down to a record low with a contrived seating arrangements and disappointed patrons walking out.Its not the opera its a movie with general admission tickets and seating. It was never a problem going to the movies before but the seating issue has ruined many a happy ending.
I find the chairs (recliners) in this theater dont come close to the recliners in AMC vestal. Every seat in AMC is a good seat.... In this theater the first two rows are terrible seats, the screen is up way too high and needs to be lower to the ground. It would make the first two rows much better seating.
A movie going experience unlike any other. This place was packed for a Sunday evening. It didnt take long to find out why. Apparently Sunday is some sort of reduced price movie experience. It cost $11 for two of us to see a new movie. CRAZY! It was a little stressful because of assigned seating as Ive never experienced that at a movie theatre before. The seats were big comfy and leather. They also had a swivel table on them and electronically reclined. This place must have time traveled back from the future to bring all of its awesomeness to us. Would have given them 5 stars but the stressful nature of a new experience coupled with the longer than normal lines threw me off a bit.
Went to see Ralph Breaks the Internet today. Ordered tickets on Fandango. Scanner didnβt work but employee was very nice and had no issue. However, the signs were wrong outside the screening room and we didnβt know until more than a few guests were told they were in the wrong screening room. Missed the beginning of the movie and interrupted others when entering the room when the movie already started. Disappointed with this but otherwise the theater experience has always been satisfactory.
Im not sure why they send ushers with flashlights to walk across the front of the theater TWICE DURING EVERY SHOWING. Its incredibly distracting, and its the reason I try to never go here.Edit, one year later: the new recliners are comfortable, but this insane policy of sending an usher with a flashlight through the theater a few times is still happening. Why purposefully distract everyone from enjoying the movie?
The angle of the seats in the theater is perfect for viewing and every seat is pointed directly at the screen. The place is well-maintained and you can just tell when walking in that its regularly vacuumed. The only downside is that their ticket prices are higher than Loews, even for their matinee shows. But you can tell that the money is definitely reinvested into the place.
Kinda wish that they had comfyer seats. The service was kind of terrible and time cuz we arrived on time when the movie was supposed to start but they made us wait another hour before you go into the movie theater because I wasnt cleaned. But otherwise the prices are great
It was awesome other than the fact I understand they have to have cops there but just because you have a couple tattoos doesnt mean they got to sit there and stare at you 24/7 and they could get more people working there because I missed part of the movie I paid for and I showed up 15 minutes early so I could get a drink and some popcorn and because they had one person working where you get the popcorn in the drink and thats person spend most of their time Jibber Jab and with other employees I was five minutes into the movie before I even got to sit down so yeah other than that it was a great experience
Was looking forward to seeing this movie...The seating arrangements are horrible of there are 3 seats together you cant pick 2 if seats are taken on either side. We asked for our money back and when we got home realized they had only refunded one. Last time going there....
Really disappointed Regal is now doing reserved seating. We used to come here rather than Lowes specifically for that reason. If I have to deal with that though, Lowes is a better option, the seats are MUCH more comfortable and the service is better. The manager at Regal is rude also. Will not be back.
The staff and management are good, but the company as a whole has little regard for quality. Most of their screens were built too low and thus catch the bright green exit signs reflection. Also, auditorium 7 has a reflection from auditorium 12 that they have no solution for. It ruined Avengers Endgame for me. No big deal, I only waited a decade to see it lol.Auditorium 5 has terrible speakers that cant handle base. They just shake uncontrollably and drown out all of the other music and dialogue. It ruined Godzilla for us. That movie is nothing but base as the monsters roam around.Lesson learned: go AMC in Vestal or go home.
Went today to see Cars 3. Only the front speakers were working. Three times we asked for the volume to be turned up and was treated like an annoyance. It was a bit frustrating. Then after the movie the manager didnt have time to speak with us. Our experience was not great customer service after buying 12 movies tickets today plus, drinks, plus popcorn. Very disappointing.
Three people on their cell phones during the entire movie. The attendant walked by several times and said nothing. One person selling tickets with 20 people in line. Clueless about what is going in in their own estaishment. I would have said something to the people on their phones, but these days you never know what someone might do to you. The one girl thought she was a gangsta.
We had multiple bad experiences and voiced this with Regal and they couldnt bother to reply or try to resolve the issue. If youre a parent and youre bringing your kids, heres a warning: My kids couldnt see the screen when sitting in the back row because the seats in front of them blocked their view and theyre not young/small children. We will continue to visit AMC.
Think its still closvid due to captain Cuomo of the SS Froto .... sit right back and take a nap because el captain and frodos gonna be happy when he controls every aspect of how he thinks we should be and then him and frodoe do th opposite.. bet hes in the theaters watching cartoons
For the Binghamton area, theyre overpriced. The sound system in the theaters is really good, and they have a wide selection of movies on screens with a great visual experience. But if you want to get the most value for your money, theres other theaters in the greater Binghamton area you should check out instead.
Regal has recently renovated their theaters with new, more comfortable seating. If you have ever been to AMC Loews in the town square mall, you are familiar with the type of seating I am talking about. Cushy recliners make a much more comfortable movie experience. There are plenty of theaters available allowing for a wide selection of movies to be playing at any given time. Easily the biggest theater in the tri-city area.
Sunday morning, came here with my two children to watch a movie. My children and another family with four children and two adults watching a movie. They complain that my one year old is being to loud and theyre going to kick us out of the movie.Meanwhile this families children have been talking and laughing and being loud the entire movie. Its SUNDAY MORNING... Seriously..
When I come to this theater, I do enjoy the comfort. But this Regal theater hates showing Faith films. Great movie last week (Greater- life story of Arkansas walkon football player who became an All American but then died in a car crash. Did Regal show it- nopeFriday, Hillsong (ever hear even one of their songs? Ever go to church?) has a true life movie out; Let Hope Rise. I see this Regal will not be showing that either.Management - feel free to rebuttle! We just dont get it!

2022-07-10If youre ever in Binghamton, NY on a visit, or a resident of the area, make this business the place to enjoy any of your movie interests.Regal Cinema is along the city bus line, (for those without a motor vehicle) and offers immersive sound and video in a clean and accessible auditorium. The refreshments are fairly priced and the staff are generally courteous to the needs of the consumer.Completely recommended for all π

2022-02-12Have been going to Regal theater before it was even Regal! Always loved this theater location. The bathrooms are always stocked and plentiful. Really big drinks and popcorns great for date night sharing! Husband and I both find the recliners comfortable and the tables handy for resting concessions or a drink on if needed.

2022-03-18I felt very comfortable going back to the movies after two years. The seats are comfortable to recline in. The movie wasnt too loud. The rating was perfect for a family. We saw Dog.

2022-06-21We saw Top Gun Maverick and loved it! The new recliners were neat. I wish they had the old school box office clerks rather than some computer kiosk.

2022-02-28The whole experience was amazing. The workers are super nice, the movies are great quality, though when I went to see Uncharted two of the seats we had were broken. Other than that everything was great!

2018-08-17The reclining seats are awesome and Iβm so glad they installed them. Other than that the theater is pretty standard in terms of cleanliness and the price of food. They have a section to have kids birthday parties at which was interesting. Would recommend the cheaper matinee.

2022-01-17Treat, very clean, staff is courteous. Tickets are automated, so download the app & get your tickets via your phone. They only have 1 line that takes cash, expect to use you debit card to purchase treats.
