2020-03-14I have recently purchased an online water leak prevention system from RIM. Not only did they help me research the best product but gave me different price point options. They recommended the best product for my needs. The product was delivered on time, I received a call when the driver was on the way and when they arrived. They asked me whether they could bring in the house if I was home or where they should leave it outside. Very professional, quality run business with a customer service mindset. Highly recommend to anyone in the market for plumbing supplies.
