I am a real estate agent and my client recently had an inspection done by Rossi Home Inspection. I have to say, Ive attended many home inspections, but Dan has managed to impress me! He was available on a short notice and was very accommodating. He used a drone to inspect a roof (which was funky shaped and would be very hard to inspect in any other way). He patiently answered about a dozen of questions my buyer and I had as we went through the property. Dan even made sure to open up and electrical panel to see if everything was in order. Both buyer and I received an inspection report the very same evening. Dan follow up with me in a text to let me know he is available to answer any additional questions. As an agent I always want to recommend professionals that are not only good at their job but also communicate well and easily accessible. 5 starts!

My fiancé and I hired Dan to look at a house we were thinking about purchasing. We were not expecting such a detailed report including pictures, advice, advanced tools, detailed descriptions upon each of his findings, and just the overall thoroughness of his inspection. At first we were overwhelmed with the thought of needing to find someone to complete a home inspection on a property we were interested in. We of course went straight to Google. Dan was my Inspector, and I felt very comfortable working with him. Paperwork and other tasks were completed on time, and I received the inspection report the same day. We used Rossi Home Inspection for a home in Fire Island. With little notice Danny was able to accommodate and make the trip out - on one of the coldest days of the year. My son looked at a home on a Saturday (2 weeks ago) liked it very much and we wanted a home inspection done, I contacted Dan that evening and he met us at the house on such short notice the next day at 10:30am. Dan came highly recommended to me and did not disappoint. For him to drop what he was doing and meet us on a Sunday no less was tremendously appreciated. I’m in the construction business and have been for many years so I have very good understanding of what an inspection done correctly entails. Dan explained all the things he was looking for and simplified everything for my son by thoroughly explaining all the possible issues and concerns. He spent a ton of time answering all our questions and did not leave any stone unturned.Later on that night my son received a full lengthy report along with pictures making note of areas of concern as well as recommendations. I’ve seen many inspection reports before and this report listed EVERYTHING!!Dan went through all the mechanical systems , the electrical system and spent a good amount of time looking to make sure the home was structurally sound. He crawled into the smallest crawlspace below the house and observed a few things that needed attention, his attention to detail was super impressive. Dan is by far incredibly knowledgeable and the most impressive home inspector I’ve ever run across. It’s easy to see Dan really loves what he’s doing and takes pride in doing so. Couldn’t believe how fast they reacted to my online request for an inspection as I was on the clock to get one. I had Rossi to come and check my roof condition before I have solar panel installation. He did the pretty good job by checking all the roof and attic. He also walk me through all the issues and explain what cause those issues and how to fix them. The inspection report comes out very detail and professional. Fully Recommended.

2022-03-03I called Dan Rossi two days ago based on the recommendation from a real estate office to do an inspection on a new home I plan to buy. He was able to come out the next day. He was very professional nice and thorough. He got the report to me in less than a day! My attorney remarked on how thorough the report was! I would definitely recommend and use this service again!

2022-05-05Dan was awesome, I have a crazy Schedule and had to coordinate at time where the homeowner and myself would be able to attend the inspection. Dan made it work and was super quick to respond to text massages right after I contacted him. Very detailed work and did a great job explaining what he was finding while doing his work. 2022-07-02Recently used Dan Rossi for a home inspection as a first time Home buyer. Dan was great. He thoroughly went through the house with me explaining what issues it has and what corrective actions I could take to remedy them. The report Dan wrote is wonderful for outlining what needs to be taken care of. He has reached out to me after the inspection to see if I needed any help in deciphering whats in the report, but he has made it so easy to understand I did not need help. Going forward if I needed another inspection I would use Dan again and I would recommended him.

2022-06-23Dan was AWESOME! We were connected to Dan via our real estate agent. We reached out the night our house offer got accepted, and within 30 minutes we had an appointment for the next day.Dan arrived about a half hour early and did a full inspection of the outside of the house and used a drone to help see the roof.Dan was extremely through and walked us through everything step-by-step once he finished his inspection, making everything very easy for us to understand as first-time home buyers.He delivered his inspection report same-day and was very fast to answer a few questions we had via email.I would highly recommend Dan!

2022-04-18Dan was great! I needed him at a home the next day(i called at 7pm) and he made it by 830am the next morning for me. Dan was extremely thorough in explaining everything to me, as well as answering any questions i had. His report had pictures, with information on everything pertaining to the said picture.
