Extremely happy with the service we received. Family owned business. Prompt answering e-mails. Needed a new pool liner and have someone come out to look at damage on one of our pool walls. They could have tried selling us a new pool and was completely honest with us that the wall was very sturdy and repairable. The team of workers completed the job in a timely fashion and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. They even folded our pool cover that was laying on the ground for us. I would highly recommend them!!! Due to covid-19 Royal Pools and Spas is worth the wait.
They are great . I get my water tested every year and the get my pool clear and on track fast. I have tried other places in the past but royal pool is the best
I called on the phone to request cleaning services & found out they only offer a weekly contract for $150/wk. No services are available for one-time bi-weekly or monthly. Very disappointed.
My wife and I went in to inquire about a new pool. The gentleman (mike) was very helpful and informative and we signed up and paid for a site visit. We were told we would be contacted the following Monday. It was over 3 weeks time when we were still not contacted and call to request a refund. A refund was granted, but 3 weeks of time was wasted.
Service is great. Problem is they over charge for multiple chemicals you already have. The other thing is when the techs come to clean your pool they take your skimmer if its better then theirs and say they didnt. So if you want stuff taken from you and get over charged then this is your company to use.
Two years ago i am happy to say we went with the Royal team to have our Radiant Metrics pool installed. Initially, i was worried choosing a service provider just because they sold a pool brand. Well i shouldn’t have been. The experience started with Coleen and Mike, who helped walk me through what to expect and how to approach the purchase. Then Matt came out and did site review. Pool was installed on time and in budget.My biggest concern was how the inground steps were going to meet the pool and get back filled around one half of the pool? Well they did an amazing job with all the excavation. I can’t say enough good things about the install.After instal both mike’s and coleen have been overly patient while we were taught the do’s and don’ts of keeping the pool. Any issues that arose were handle quickly and smoothly, and Beth is sure to always follow through! Don’t just buy a pool on price alone, do as i did, buy a team!
Had a party in 2 days and called them to check my pump. Helper came turn on my pump and said I need to buy new system for $1000. Didnt even check anything and charges me $162 to come and turn on my pump. High way robbery. Poor customer service. By the way. I checked the pump and all it needed was a $30 impeller. Be very careful calling them for help
This place is the worst for customer service, rude people starting with Debi and going to a worst guy called JP. Bought a $8.000 spa from them and tried to get the weekly maintenance done only to be left hanging by this horrible and unprofessional company. Service was schedule for a date and nobody showed up. When called to ask why, was told that they needed a credit card on file. Problem solved and they couldn’t come to clean right away, well after the original appointment. I asked why a different day since I was counting on them coming on Monday. The very professional answer from the unprepared, uneducated person was “You can count all you want, we never confirmed anything with you”.I told him to F off and hung up.Stay away from them. Their prices are very high as well.
Was able to do a rapid diagnostic test of my pool water with recommendations, so that my son and I could enjoy some backyard activities

2022-05-01This is a great pool company. Installed radiant oxygen pool last summer. Love it no chemicals. This year we purchased a heater from them. It arrived within 2 weeks. I had electrician doing the work for the heater and realized I needed pool company to come and install it to pool. As busy as they are right now they came the following day to help me. They open and close my pool and guys are always professional. Highly recommend.

2022-06-14Absolute WORST experience that I have ever had as a home owner.They falsely advertised clearing debris off a pool cover. They have provided the service in the past. They showed up and said we cant do it. After inviting people over for memorial day weekend, they refused to open up the pool leaving us all completely stranded! they actually left us stranded on THREE occasions because three more appointments were made that they dropped the ball on. Apparently giving them several chances which YOU WHO ARE READING THIS should do.Do not hire these people if you want any kind of decent basic service. They arent for the customer at all, they will defend their employees ridiculous behavior and enable it. Even if it is illegal behavior, which their technician illegally recorded us without our permission on our property.The supervisor Kevin is responsible for this incident. On several occasions he had the opportunity to fix the issue and did not. After his team, specifically Erica, resolved the issue with us, after the issues were amended both sides, Kevin decided to cancel the appointment anyway and again did not provide what was promised because he wanted to fulfill a grudge against us for challenging his authority. There were many witnesses to both incidents and phone calls with Kevin on speaker to which more reviews will be coming.Absolutely disgusting. We will never work with this company again and will spread the word of their terrible service for forever and a day.

2022-06-17WORST POOL COMPANY EVER I PAID FOR A SERVICE for a pool opening when the employees got here the then told us they no longer offer that service yet It was paid for. Kevin is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with! Don’t waste your time here found a great company that’s opening my pool tomorrow!!

2021-06-10We just had our first pool put in by Royal Pools and Spas and the support and customer service that we have received has been incredible! The team members that we have dealt with have been extraordinary. We had an issue with our filter when it was first installed and I didnt realize until after the service department had closed so I sent an email. That same night at 9pm Beth called me and walked me through what to do. In addition, someone was at my house my 9 am the next morning to repair the issue and to go over the system with me. I would absolutely recommend working with Royal Pools and Spas.

2021-04-20Called the company for a pool equipment repair and was charged to check it but got refunded only to be told they researched my address and will not be able to work because someone else already worked on my pool.. I am certain this is not about another company having worked on my pool before it is personal grudges you hold because I wrote a negative review on your company demanded a refund and got it. It took your company half eternity to cost a job that is not major, that was why I grew impatient with you and you dont have professional way of handling issues. You can deny it but deep down you know it is the fact.1. You can not tell me you only work on pools installed by your company.2. The job I am calling you out on has nothing to do with the Crack job and there is no Crack on my equipment this time3. You are only responsible for whatever job I gave you or that you worked on.It is really disappointing and unbelievable to see a company do what you just did. Give flimsy excuse. Your company is supposed to be professional but I guess you not.

2021-05-26My family and I had a Horrible experience at the Newburgh location . They sold me chemicals I did not need. Went back to return the 2 items the next day and the store manager was very mean and would not take them back . Beware of this place . Also in my opinion they are up selling their Phosphate chemicals. They are 60$ for a quart and they said I needed 3 for a total of 180$ . When the girl cashier was ringing me up the store manager had to chime in and say the phosphates are very bad this year . I found it very Strange he Butted in to our conversation. I also got my water checked in 3 other places and they said I didnt have any phosphates in my pool at all . I would Definitely shop somewhere else. Thanks
