I am scheduler for my patients at a LTC facility when it comes to their appointments I Prefer Safe Care. Dealing with many van drivers and companies I always call Safe care FIRST. The Waiting is very minimal, staffing is always professional and courteous to my patients and families .

We were driving on the highway and van #6816 was driving erratically and had their blinker on when they’re weren’t turning and it was very un safe and confusing

If I could put zero stars I would. This transportation company has transported my younger brother who is only 12 years old for several years now. Selective drivers help bring his chair down the 4 steps in front of our house and others watch my mom struggle. In all honesty, the ones that actually assisted us were African American and the others weren’t. They show on their social media that they have equipment but they never used it. My mom reported one of their drivers for almost dropping him once. This company disgusts me and should do better since they do assist those who actually need help.

Shaun was excellent. Very professional, reliable and caring. I was very anxious about my drs appt in orangeburg. 3/27 He was extremely helpful and had a calming manner. Most definitely use this company and ask for shaun. Youll be glad you did!

I would very highly recommend Safe Care to anyone needing stretcher or wheelchair transportation. The drivers were professional and friendly, which made a difference when I was already feeling less than comfortable. The vehicles provided a smooth and comfortable ride. And the price is outstanding... less than half the price of the transports arranged by the hospitals on my behalf. For my follow up care I will be using the professionals at Safe Care.
