Says they close at 930. Pull up about 9 and as im walking to the door they lock it. Go to drive thru and nothing but the sign sure is on.

2022-06-23Normally Subways are notorious for having horrible service. But this subway got me out within five minutes and the employees were nice. And the lettuce was actually green instead of brown. Five stars. Simple but effective.

2022-07-03Not from the area but every time I’m in Batavia they never have any bread made and then they look at u like ohh well wheat is the only option if I could give it zero stars I would!!!

2022-02-12The customer service by one of the employees was very rude and she got very snippy with me. The other employee working was very kind though. Also the soda was very watered down and gross.

2019-08-17I have to say, two of the best ladies I have seen in there. Both friendly, aware of the menu, suggestive selling without being pushy. On top of that, our subs were made perfectly. I couldnt ask for anything more unless it is to have my peanut butter cookies back, but the raspberry filled the slot. Great job girls. I will be back!!

2018-10-16I probably don’t need to say anything about the food because you know what to expect at subway. But I will say the M&M cookies were on point on my visit. Restroom was clean as well as dining area too. I was greeted and taken care of by a friendly staff person. I’d return to this location.

2018-04-21This Subway is one of the best in terms of the quality of the sandwich and service. I have been here scores of times and continue to be highly satisfied with my experiences. You may find around Western New York some Subways have jerky high prices but this one is always one of the most reasonable.

2018-10-16Sandwich was not fully toasted but I was very hungry so critiquing it wasnt on my mind and I did the sandwich. I do recall hearing the young ladies complain about there oven not operating properly!!
