This is by far one of the best auto shops Ive had dealing with. Very clean, organized and the staff and owner was very professional. Went in for a 4-wheel alignment on my Subaru Crosstrek and Fernando was able get the job done perfect in just over 30 mins. Now, my vehicle handles like new again.

Steve & Kim,Ive been living in Yonkers for over 37 years and for me this is certainly one of the Premier Automotive facilities in the city. The equipment is 1st class, they use high quality parts and do things on time ... something very hard to find.Ive had Exhaust work done there before and the price was very reasonable .They offer just about every automotive service you need there and also have a full service Repair/Gas station a 1/2 mile down the road just before Tuckahoe rd where I also have had work done and the Gas prices are usually the lowest around.Hector at the Gas/Repair station has done a great job with my car repairs when Ive gone to him. I recently went there with my Daughter who lives up north a little bit and after being there one time she will now go there to for work needed on her car. Very happy to have found this Facility, also Very happy to check that off of my list of hard to find quality services. Thanks... much Appreciated.
My extended warranty recently expired on my BMW so I was in the market to find an honest and fair priced mechanic. Fantastic & honest mechanics. Came in on two separate occasions; first needed my tires balanced after a snow storm. Explained what was going on with my car, they fixed it & I was done within an hour.Second time, I came in after going to the dealership for an oil change and left with a list of “problems”. I was very concerned because one of those “problems” was a rear subframe for a 2017 car.. I brought it in, 3 mechanics plus the owner took a look and explained and showed everything to me. Ended up needing an alignment, rebalancing & eventually rear shocks. I’m sure everyone has gone through a similar situation with the dealership, and they gave me peace of mind & saved me $$$. A new repeat customer will be back.

I recently got my brakes and rotors changed here and I can’t say enough good things. The mechanic who assisted me was direct with the whole process. Told me exactly what I needed to change, how much it would be and how long it would take. I also appreciated his honesty and the fact he did not push me to get other unnecessary things done. It was a quick and easy process. I also got a flat tire changed and everything took less than 2 hours. During my time here I also met the owner Sammy. He is wonderful! He made sure I was satisfied with the service and if I wasn’t he was eager to help find a solution that would ensure I was a happy paying customer. Which is what makes this place five stars!! He truly made the difference in my experience. To know that he wasn’t all about the money, all about business. I came in for rear brake pad replacement and he tried to upsell me front pads I had replaced a few months prior. The owner was upset I wasnt buying new rotors as well and tried to charge me for putting the wheels back on. Snake oil mechanic at its best.-- I just saw the response from the owner and: Mr. Saw Mill Auto Alignment, SIR, I brought in a Scion - not sure what youre describing with the Jetta but it sounds like a similar problem you had with someone else. You didnt ask me to leave, but you belittled me to your coworkers. And I had to watch like a hawk to make sure someone didnt steal something from my car or sabotage the repair. I will never forget that.

Great place to do your wheel alignment, Esmelin does a great job and explain what is wrong with the alignment or if you need other parts that are worn out especially on European cars. Richie was also professional and answered all my questions. Great establishment to do business with, will definitely return for future business.

Fernando was the best!Had an issue getting my alignment right.Seems to be a mismatched rack and pinion.He worked on it until it was right. I highly recommend these guys know their stuff.
They put cheap oil in my bmw and I paid for mobil one. The oil was burning and missing 2 quarts after 2 weeks. I took it somewhere to change it again and a month later the car is still 100 percent.
Richie and the guys did a wonderful job on my 2003 suburban they changed my brakelines and my oil change and my gas line my truck runs and sounds great and the price was very reasonable for the great work they did

Curry Chevrolet diagnose my car with needing front struts which I allowed them to do because of an extended warranty I have after the service was perform the card never steered right I stopped at Saw Mill Auto Alignment they took me right in turns out one of the struts were not installed right from the dealership they fix the strut did wheel alignment car drives amazing straight now thank you Sammy and all the guys

2021-11-16I came in with an alignment request that seems the shop had never had before. I spoke with the owner/manager knowing that it isn’t close to factory spec or very street friendly. They did everything in their power to get it as close as possible to my provided specifications. They even called the alignment machine’s vendor and redid the front camber a second time (thanks Fernando!).Since then I’ve done two track events on this setup including driving to and from each track. One trip 2 hours and the other 8 hours each way. All of it went perfectly with zero issues. 4 total days hammering it around, not a single hiccup and driving it around town its still solid and vibration free. A big thank you to the staff at Saw Mill Auto Alignment for making it possible

2021-12-07Recently put new tires on my car so I decided to come here for a wheel alignment and everything went smoothly. I recommend you come early though. There was another car ahead of me so I was in and out in about an hour and my car feels great. Will come back again.

2021-05-27They were able to do an alignment on my lowered car, after Subaru of Yonkers said they couldnt. Even though my car was actually higher than when I had it when it was in FL and the Subaru dealer down there had no issues. Either way, would definitely go back for my future alignments and I recommend this place if you have a lowered car for your alignment needs

I was stunned to see how well my car drove off when I left the shop - like NEW! Additionally, the mechanics there treated me with great professionalism and respect. 2017-05-09AVOID AT ALL COST OR FACE THE COST. CARELESS AND IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE. NO ONE WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY MISTAKES EVEN AFTER BEING CALLED OUT ON THE SPOT WITH PICTURES.I have a limited edition Audi S4 B6 Convertible that I baby and keep in impeccable conditions. I came in Saw Mill Auto Alignment for an oil change (I brought my own high quality oil, filter, and other parts so all they needed to do was the fairly simply labor). I watched, Richie, the mechanic lift the car incorrectly and carelessly catching part of the side skirts with the lift. The result? a hole, dents, stress marks, and ripped side skirt on all four corners where the lift held the car.I calmly and respectfully asked for a solution. Richie, the mechanic tried to insist that it was already there, but I took pictures of it all while the car was lifted and even pointed it out before he brought the car down. After not being able to denied the damages he sent to me to the owner of the shop to another location. When I went to talk to the owner the owner blamed the mechanic while telling me, in a rude tone, that he had nothing to do with it and not to come to him with this issue. Went back to the mechanic and he insisted that the owner was the only one that could provide a resolution. It will cost me $1016 just in parts to repair the damage. Will never be back at this place.
