This is a very belated review of a truly exceptional, patient and knowledgeable staff! Our kitchen was completed over a year ago and the final step was the backsplash I couldnt make my mind about. After many samples we brought back and forth, I had my winning pick and couldnt have been any happier! Thank you again so much!!!

Sherwood has a very large selection on tiles as well as slabs of granite. The staff lets you browse and is there if you have any questions. There is so much to see. Check them out.

If you are redecorating and thinking about tile, this is the place to go. They have a large selection of tiles: wall, floor, shower, accent etc… The staff is knowledgeable and super helpful. Thanks to them, our bathroom looks amazing.

No where on the website does it say you have to make an appt. Only one lady in store having a personal conversation with another lady, door was locked. She answered and said no one here to help you, you can come in and look but, standing at the door like a private residence. I said yes Id like to look and walked by so she locked the door and went to continue her personal conversation because I heard them gossiping. After I was done looking I had to wait for a break in conversation and asked are you going to unlock the door? She could have stopped gossiping and maybe tried to help show me around but I guess shes the guard on duty of locked businesses. I didnt like the atmosphere if my business is less important than gossiping.

I was very impressed by everything at Sherwood. First of all they have a HUGE variety of tile that can accommodate any budget. Do not shop at the big box stores down the street, the tile at Sherwood is higher quality and the prices are very comparable. We are just doing a spare basement bathroom so we didnt want to spend much money, but we were shocked how inexpensive it was.The staff there is a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable about their products, are very friendly, communicate very well (calling about special order delivery status, etc.), and dont get pushy about trying to get you to spend more money.I never write reviews about businesses but I was so impressed by my experience that I felt obligated to do it. Even though we only spent about $600-800, they treated us like we had a $10k job- that means alot to me.If you go to a big box store you wont get the same selection/quality in tile, comparable customer service, and you will regret not going to sherwood. Shop local and you wont regret it, especially at sherwood!

We walked in and no one acknowledged our existence. We were in the showroom for at least 15 minutes looking at everything and left. Not one of the three people in the store could be bothered to say hi or have a nice day. We won’t be back. Ever.

Walked around this store for about 20 minutes waiting for someone to assist us, figured they were just busy, another couple walked in and employees rushed to help them. Apparently if youre dressed in the attire one would expect to wear while tiling youre looked at as though you have no money.. Their loss. BIG MISTAKE. I have taken my business elsewhere.
