I must say. He by far has one of the best landscape companies on long island. The owner anthony is friendly and easy to talk to. He only hires professional workers whom do the job right the first time. Best value for your buck hands down. Keep up the good work guys. God bless

Had these guys come and adjust my sprinkler locations, fixed bad valves, topsoiled, leveled, seeded and treated my entire property. The guys worked very hard and were very professional. So happy to have found a landscaper that actually cares about their work! Highly recommend them!
Been using Softwind for 2 years now. Highly recommend for not only weekly maintenance, but anything you need done in your yard. My summer lawn looks like a shot from the PGA Tour.

Our lawn and yard has never looked so bad. We had to spend additional money for another company to come trim bushes/hedges. We also spent $$$ and time doing work, weeding, seeding on our own bc of their lack of performance. Ppl hire landscapers so they don’t have to do it! What a waste of our hard earned $$$ and time! Each time we’ve complained to the owner he said “he would take care of it” and each time NOTHING was done.Look closely at who is reviewing this company on google, Facebook and yelp! It’s a lot of the owners family and friends.
I am very satisfied with the quality of work. The prices are competitive. They always show up as scheduled and anytime I call or text with a question the owner gets back to me immediately

Terrible landscaping business.Never even showed up. I believe these other reviews must be fake after dealing with them! Good luck if you try them but I would look else where

2022-07-30Where do I begin,Unreliable services, poor communication and unprofessional, on several instances I had to make complaints. Its Friday and my lawn has not been cut or contacted to be advised Its will be cut or the reason it hasnt been cut. Attempting to overcharge me for applying for treatment for small areas is ridiculous. My grass under your care has worsen of course of the season. Blaming the previous landscaper is not the answer. Continuing to spray at this venture is not the answer. Mowers are butchering my lawn and spreading crabgrass seeds on my grass. All the information provided to me in the beginning have not been honored. We Ended up hiring another company to clean up the horrible job do ne to our lawn.I think its unethical when the owner and his friends provide reviews on his own business.Buyer beware!!!

2022-05-26Unreliable. Poor communication. Very overpriced compared to others in the market, considering the quality provided.Showed up outside of the agreed upon schedule and did the work while no one was home.Stopped returning calls/texts. Had to have other companies come in to do additional work to make the yard look better, and to redo the in-ground sprinkler work. Also had to have them repair the non-working gate Softwind left behind as we were still waiting for the owner to take care of it for over a month.All that and our newly planted yard is half weeds. Buyer beware.

2021-04-01Softwind did an awesome job with the sprinklers and sod installation at my house. They price was very fair and the quality of the work was excellent. Anthony was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions quickly and explained everything completely. Nick, Brandon and Marco all did an excellent job with the work. You can tell they take pride in the job and worked very hard to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend Softwind for any sprinkler or sod work and I will use them again for any future projects at my house!

2022-01-31Called after having our pool installed and the yard was a disaster. Anthony was there the next day and gave an estimate. Explained he was busy and would be a couple weeks and would put us on the schedule. Kept in touch with updates and started in the few weeks he said. Nick and his crew leveled the whole backyard, added new sprinklers, graded with new topsoil, added a sports court, moved a shed, laid sod and did the front gardens. Unbelievable work and finished when he said he would. Also, came back right away a few times to fix minor issues when I called. Would highly recommend softwind.

2020-06-24Anthony and his crew did a great job assessing our yard based on our needs and complete overhaul. Their sprinkler revamp updated our system perfectly; great coverage for the whole backyard. The sod removal, top soil leveling and new sod were all top notch. We had a TON of rocks to be removed; Anthony made the best recommendation that allowed us to get it all out quicker versus our initial plan/thoughts. The backyard is perfect!

2018-08-14Great landscaping company. Very pleased from start to finish. There office staff is very professional and anytime I have a question or concern they deal with it in a timely matter. They are fairly priced and do outstanding work. I priced out a few landscaping companies in the area and there professionalism plus price made my choice easy. Anthony is very on top of his crew and always on time week to week.

2020-06-03Buyer beware: 100% Unreliable. I booked Softwind Landscapers to blow out my sprinklers last fall. They took so long to come that by the time I realized they weren’t coming I had a lot of trouble finding someone to blow out my sprinklers. Anthony Briody did not return my several voicemails or my several messages on his Facebook page. I finally posted my experience on Facebook today and he had the comment removed. Anthony then proceed to message me personally on Facebook until I felt it was necessary to block him. Since they don’t want to be held responsible for their mistake, I’m sure there will be a comment from Softwind right here below mine justifying their inability to hold up their end of an agreement.If you book them, just have a back up plan in case they don’t show. Also, please note that negative reviews posted here are replied with excuses every time. But do you notice a pattern?
