Okay FYI you can buy the phone from Spectrum but they dont offer any insurance on their phones so if the phone breaks you have to get a new one or buy from another company bring the phone to them unlocked and then you might be better off cuz youll have insurance on your phone why you think they offer such a cheap price for their service because they dont insure their phones where else can you go and pay $14 a month for phone bill when $19 for tax so its good and its bad
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Completely untrained unprofessional staff! Added a new phone to my account when I didn’t ask for one. Waisted so much time, I don’t have any words. We had to come to the store at least 4 times and the issue is still not fixed. Bad job, spectrum 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Real bad. Avoid at all cost!

Im there about 10:30am,15 people there, I am number 8 on the board, 1125 Im called, a lot of employees coming from the back and going back to the back, 11:30 about 5 employees come out to start working in the front who appeared to have been there all along, frustrating place
Worst review. Average waiting time is 45minutes to 1 1/2 hour. While it has 7 employees just standing against the wall behind the counter, only two are actually working with a customer. Its Kiosk for paying the bill is always broken in the way of not accepting credit nor debit cards therefore only accepting cash..The place is dirty as evidence on rugs. The tables are not disinfected against Corona constantly.. why do they hire so much staff and none work. The manager is sarcastic and offers no knowledge. But yet they are all focused on their cell phones on company time.. Avoid this store and I switched over to Optimum.so go there to witness this constant pattern of negative behavior. Its nice to get paid by the hour and not work to earn that salary. Hidden fees are all over the bill. For a service that is constantly buffering more than it shows operational.
Went there for the very first time, and I enjoyed my experience. The person who assist me was very nice. To make your experience go smoothly, make sure you stop at the kiosk to put you place in line in case you have no rsvp or if you do. It will determine your spot on the screen (your name will appear in order of service) didnt have to wait long as the help was sufficient
Store was some what crowded. Had to stand online to check in. Took about 45 minutes to an hour before I was called to return my wifi router box (This was the only service I went to the location for at the time). Staff moved as quickly as they could with custom needs. My return of the equipment at the counter was quick and easy and I received a receipt as proof I made the return. Also, there wasnt any hand sanitizer in the 2 dispensers unfortunately. I would have liked to be able to clean my hands after exploring the floor devices will I waited to be seen. Over all, I didnt spend more then 2 hours in this location.
I was in the shop for a few and a customer was complaining on the lack of service. It wasnt crowded in the shop. My turn came the person attending me didnt resolved why I came to visit, but tried to offer options. I felt before leaving that they were just trying to make a sale. I was not there to do that.
Bring a book... if in-efficient was a store.. 3 people helping 1 person. While 15 people wait 23 minutes. Before 2 other people come out to help... slow and poorly managed.. if everyone is upgrading their mode.s and cable boxes. You would think the manager would schedule more associates???? You think?
Outrageously long wait times. I was #22 on the list. Waited 45 minutes and had to leave. Came back #12 on the list waited 45 more minutes and left. Came back a third time same day #11 on the list. Been here 45 minutes still no service. They only have 2 people working at one time. Very disrestful of the community theyre serving.
I went to the bway one and help was minimal and not extra. Vague redirect is not help. Fixing issue right there is.The only minimal I like is minimal ⚡ electro, pain & drama lol...I AM ANTA.Then i went to the 125th st one and the guy Steven was above and beyond when I was redirected to him. For the first time I made my complaint and finally someone wrote it down in their system to record what I have asked about for months. Thank u Steven. Basically I was paying for.bundles and only receiving one for the past 9months and need it to stop or fix and credited. Someu. Dont and cant just throw my money in the window for something im not getting. My tv Im paying for was never installed by ruby who called to install my.internet. it never work. Tyler W. who was in support chat didnt help either when I tried that. He said right things and probably did his job but got me nowhere! Lol . Frustrating!Then was two time at Broadway store on 147st nothing. I experience great customer service etiquette but no actual help and no customer help.Some people understand why they there to help and not just find ways to have you go away and make it issue with the company that hired them to help go away. Others take it seriously and want to help you fix the issue and will help you fix the issue.u.encounter due to malfunction.or.proper function. I only want to encounter the.second. have no time for who wast my valuable time I take go to a company to get something fixed and not get it done cause someone is not helping enough.Other wise cool company experience with internet
Today I received outstanding and professional service from your Associate Glenn at the125th Harlem location. What stood out to me was when I arrived there was a long line of customers and I observed how Associate Glenn treated each customer with curiosity and professionalism. Glenn deserve all the accolades because it was hectic but he worked very well under pressure.Thank You,Tina Claudino
Their service is so bad that Im giving up their mobile and home internet services!Spectrum reps favorite words are we dont do that here sir or we dont have that in stock or we dont provide that service at spectrum sir or Even tho you have spectrum mobile and phone broke, you cannot purchase a replacement phone with us because you do not have it internet package!Then when I get spectrum home Internet service so I can purchase the phone that I desire, they NEVER have the phone in stock.. so Im stuck with this cheap phone that doesnt do nearly half the things I want it to do like the phone Ive previously broken!Plus they cant call other stores to see who and what phones they have in stock, so I the consumer, have to literally go store to store to see if they have the phone that I want.. in which to NO SURPRISE, they do not have!Go anyway else BUT Spectrum! Thank me later!
Long wait 😬😬 make an appointment to be seen quickly. There are 8 stations but only two staff members. Two male staff members keep walking around but arent serving any customers. They should have more staff working in the front to take case of the growing crowd of people in this store.
Had to wait about an hour just to get service verified/bill paid couple times Ive went (very annoying). Customer service representatives are knowledgeable and friendly enough but seem to be under a lot of pressure due to lack of manpower (the security officer in this location was acting like a customer service floor representative in regards to the phones this location was offering; only two customer service representatives were behind the service desk with about twenty people checked in waiting for service). The Broadway and 96 street location moves a little quicker but not by that much.
I went in there to pick up a new modem for my internet connection yesterday. It was my second time going to this particular office which is much closer to home. There were a few employees and I noticed that they moved very quickly. The employees were very professional and helpful. So far my experience has been great. Im considering getting a mobile phone with them as well. They have great prices and they also have payment plans.
PRETTY GOODBUT WHEN YOU CALL IS A PROBLEM TELLING YOU PRESS THIS AND THAT.AND THEN HANG THE PHONE THEY SHOULD MAKE IT MORE BETTER I WAS IN THE OFFICE AND I HAVE TO TELL YOU TO THE LADY THAT WORK THERE THAT I WAS CALLING AND I DIDNT GET THE RIGHT ANSWER THEM SHE DID IT FOR ME.DOES ANSWERING MACHINE THEY SUCKS.
I was in this place for 15 minutes waiting to be taken care of which if there were actually people working and being kind i wouldnt have cared. But that wasnt the case.. There was one gentleman slender and tall either hispanic or middle eastern who was actually working and a female employee who was a curvier african american doing absolutely nothing. She then proceeded to lift her head up and ask the mass of about 8 of us waiting what are yall waiting around for what you need? did you sign? And rolls her eyes, opens the door to the back where there are atleast 3 other visible employees and says somebody come deal with this Im Busy . Myself and the other customers in there had to not just find the machine to sign in on our own, i had to help one of them figure out how to work the machine to be placed on the list. The same female employee turns to another shorter lighter skin heavy set female employee either middle eastern or hispanic and says to her these people are all just hanging out like what do yall want?. It took all of my strength to not curse her out and let her know how nasty she was. If my husband wasnt there she wouldve heard me. I took myself my husband and walked out. Apparently she assumed I was just in there soaking up the artificial lighting for my health breathing in the fresh smell of carpet because I wanted to not because I needed them for something. That lady and her nasty attitude and her little mouth needs to be fired. I emailed corporate as well and let them know that I walked in there at 3pm and left 3:20ish in case theyd like to lie to save their lazy butts. The fact that these are the kind of people that work in customer service is ridiculous to me. Theres obviously nothing done by anyone in corporate or management to filter these kind of employees. We have spectrum at home my husband has spectrum mobile and I went in to get the Iphone 11 for christmas and decided Im fine with my cell company and my current phone. Why would I switch companies if this is how they are treating their customers in store? Were even considering changing to verizon or another streaming service maybe because were the kind of people where once you put a bad taste in our mouth its over and were already over paying for cable anyway. Spectrum is going to continue losing customers like this and yet they dont seem to care.
It was a disastrous experience. There were 15 people in line, and only 2 workers taking care of customers. The rest were wanderingand looking at the customers. Not a place to go to handle their business. I had to opt the the self service machine eventhough i had to correct the misspelled name on the account. Crazy!!!!
Just had a unpleasant experience at 125 Street location. Staff is unprofessional (including the Manager) Had customers waiting for a long time, meanwhile only had one customer service representative at the counter and other Spectrum employees just wasnt accommodating. The Spectrum employees was too busy talking to each other instead of taking care customers that wanted to pay a bill but wanted to forcing you to use the machine (but they have to understand that everyone itsn computer literate or would like change back)Im never going to the 125 Street location again...
Just had a terrible experience over the phone with a Thug named Robin that works at that 125th st. location. Told the guy I was a cable CUSTOMER for over 20 years and he said so what this is the mobile division if you dont like what I have to tell you cancel everything! Very disappointed in a company Ive been giving my hard earned money for over 20 years Thugged out Robin

2021-08-10So very disappointed in this place. It looks clean and well-kept, but the wait time is absolutely outrageous. All I needed to do is drop off a piece of equipment and I have no idea when Im going to be brought back. And staff I dealt with at first was very unfriendly.Three people just left rather than wait longer.30 minutes later I finally get to step up and turn in my equipment.The final representative I dealt with was pleasant.As an existing Spectrum customer, I had hoped for better.

2022-08-10This is the Harlem,NYC location. The wait time had been reasonable. My needs were addressed quickly and the lot had the AC high, giving relief from the oppressive heat. The staff had been quite nice given that I had been nursing my 2m old daughter shortly after arrival.Overall for Spectrum users this location is reasonable to get services for your services.

2022-06-27Came in to the store to replace the cable box. Tbh I am used to coming in to crowded places but this store was different. Its clean and comfortable. Mr. Randy called us just a few minutes after checking in. Well knowledgeable and bilingual, a plus for those who needs it, and friendly. Even was kind to let my wife and I know of additional ways to saving on our bill.Overall, a pleasant experience.

2022-08-18Be ready to wait a while at 125th spectrum facility theres no organization at all, either their kiosk is broken or doesnt take cash. If you stand there long enough you will see at any part of the given day them hudled together especially the men laughing and having conversations especially the short one in all black im going to guess he is the supervisor or manager. They also have no control over the customers they are constantly skipping people and also the staff is doing the same as well through their system even though people have numbers on the line, the staff also seems to have trouble doing their job can we say training. Once again the wait to just pay your bill could take up to 30- 40 minutes to pay. I suggest if you have to pay a bill to spectrum and your a senior citizen or someone who doesnt have debit card be prepared to wait. Suggestion is to to head to the spectrum on 96th street. The worst customer service ever.

2022-06-05Watched as Associates clients. They were very attentive, customers were pleased 😀. However, why werent they not wearing masks. NYC/State is the epicenter CoVid-19 and its variants.
