We loved working with Stacy K!!I ordered from the a la carte wedding section of their website. I sent them a description of what I was looking for and a few pictures for inspiration. When I arrived to pick up our florals, I almost cried when I saw them. They were absolutely beautiful. Everyone commented on it and the uniqueness. The mothers loved their corsages. I especially like the addition of succulents in the corsages and boutonnieres as we are going to try to plant them!Stacy K, thank you so much for everything!! You are A+++++ amazing.
I ordered these flowers & this card for my sister, and they came out SO beautifully! The shop was communicative & quick about the delivery and were very kind over the phone. They are locally owned and you can tell they put so much love into their business. I would absolutely recommend Stacy K Floral to everyone!
3 weeks ago, I was bummed out that perhaps COVID would mess up yet another anniversary plan. Luckily this didnt happen. I can thank Stacy K Floral for that. I sent Ally a picture of the bouquet my wife was holding on our wedding day 4 years ago to see what can be done to help revive some beautiful pre-pandemic memories. They managed to replicate it in such a way that it was reminiscent of our special day. It was the ultimate surprise for her. We loved it!To make things more special, it wasnt delivered to our home, but rather to the restaurant that I made reservations at, Avvino. They were both willing to work with me in making this surprise dinner special.Thank you Stacy K for making our night out very special. We really felt a personal touch to the beautiful bouquet.
I have been a customer of Stacy K Floral for the past 6 years or so. She makes the cutest trendiest headpieces which I immediately was drawn towards. Such a sophisticated classy extra touch for those special occasions and when you want to stand out.However, this past year with the onset of the pandemic, was when I truly embraced my time and experiences at Stacy K Floral. Staying at home increased significantly due to the changing environment. Quite frankly, I needed a way to boost my mood, purify my air, and find a new delightful hobby in the midst of all of this uncertainty!Ill tell you this- I do not know the first thing about plants. But the staff @ Stacy K are professional, educated, and top notch at their craft. And they are such good teachers! So patient with me and explaining what plants are best, whats a great floral arrangement etc. They can put together a flower arrangement and make it look like the most gorgeous, prettiest bloom fest in the face of this earth. They can add texture, add the right colors and compliment everything perfectly. Not sure about that negative review below as I have bought numerous arrangements here as well and have never had a problem. Stacy K and all of her staff here are a pleasure to work with. The flowers are very lovely and all the designs look amazing online, very unique. The only downfall id say is I ordered the picture on the right (2nd picture -$250 value) from the website, but knocked $50 off the price to get to my ideal price point, thinking it wouldn’t change a ton and ended up getting the picture on the left (first picture - $200 value). The people that received the arrangement said it didn’t look like a $200 arrangement, so I wish I had ordered what was actually on the website to see if truly did look the same.
I ordered flowers on line for my aunt and she advised they were exquisite. They emailed me to confirm delivery and were a pleasure to deal with. When I order flowers from a distance I always wish the shop would send me a photo of what they send. If Stacy K did that I would have given them 10 stars!!

I live in Maryland and was looking for a florist in Rochester to send flowers to my grandmother for Mother’s Day. The selections looked great online but they are even more beautiful in person. My grandmother raved about her flowers for days! I ordered the Yellow Splendor. Delivery was smooth however I never received a delivery confirmation email. Not sure what happened there. Overall, highly recommend!
Absolutely beautiful shop! Floral and plant arrangements in the store are stunning. Single blooms are VERY expensive in my opinion; if you are shopping for a bouquet, I dont think I would return; the prices for some flower varieties were priced much higher than other local shops. Service was friendly and I would return for maybe their gift area.
Stacy K is fantastic! She was so easy to talk to, and she totally understood the look we wanted for our wedding florals. She also had some great ideas for ways to keep within out budget and not sacrifice on beauty. They came out even better than we were hoping for, and we got lots of compliments from our guests. I contacted Stacy to create corsages for our scholarship winners who were being honored at a banquet. I placed the order over the phone with some direction of what I was looking for, but gave her complete creative freedom. I have seen Stacys work and knew she was very creative. When I picked them up, I was just amazed at how beautiful the corsages were. I had a limited budget, which Stacy worked with, and the corsages were beautiful! During the banquet, I heard numerous compliments about how different and beautiful the corsages were. I highly recommend Stacy and will use her again in the future.
I recieved a bouquet of flowers from Stacy K. It was the most beautiful and professionally done arrangement I have ever seen to say the least! Every last aspect of the flowers & arrangement, even down to the paper used, was done of extremely high quality. I can tell that a lot of care & thought was put into my individual arrangement. Danielle at Stacy K did a perfect job with the flowers for our wedding. I dont know much about flowers at all, and it was such a relief to be able to just show Danielle some photos, talk to her about our overall vibe and personalities, and then be able to trust her to put together something great. She knocked it out of the park! All of the pieces they created had great texture and color, and really suited us and our wedding. Several of our more horticultural-minded guests gushed to me about the flowers, especially over blooms that they said theyd never seen before. I cant recommend the Stacy K team highly enough.
Highly Recommend! Stacy K has excellent customer service and does fabulous work. I was pressed for time and needed a sympathy floral arrangement delivered in 2 days. I took a chance thinking I wouldnt reach anyone but I emailed the company and within 8 hrs, Stacy got back to me putting me in touch with her staff and coordinating an arrangement for Monday morning. Loved working with Stacy and her team for my wedding. She did a phenomenal job and kept within our budget. I shopped around at other floral shops and they were very put off by my lower budget and didnt seem to want to work with me. Not Stacy. My boyfriend ordered flowers from Stacy K on Valentines Day and they were by far, the most BEAUTIFUL bouquet of flowers that I have EVER received. He mentioned how lovely the staff was in meeting his needs and wants. Stacy K and her team did such a wonderful job with our November wedding. At the initial consultation, it became very clear to me that Stacy Ks vision goes far beyond assembling beautiful bouquets, she has a complete vision of the wedding she is creating. I went to her with some very general ideas and after checking out my Pinterest page, she immediately starting showing me pictures of arrangements, vases, and other decor that I absolutely loved. I was very concerned about the color of the Chiavari chairs that came with our venue (black when I really wanted gold) and Stacy immediately proposed a solution that was not only cheaper than renting all new chairs, but also much more eye-catching. In addition to designing the bouquets and table arrangements, Stacy K and her team also brought in gorgeous damask table cloths, decor for the ceiling, and set up all of the additional decorations that my parents brought in to supplement the decor we rented from Stacy. We put the design of our wedding entirely in Stacy Ks hands and it came out SO beautifully. We could not have done it without her. If you are looking for a unique design for your wedding, look no further than Stacy K. You will not be sorry!
Stacy K Floral is truly a unique experience. I was introduced to Stacy K through one of my co workers at the time, who happens to be her brother in law as well. Her arrangements are reasonably priced, have incredible long lasting quality, and more importantly a unique style and flair that others can only dream to duplicate. Stacy K and her team were amazing!! She did all of the floral arrangements and decorations for our daughters wedding at Bristol Harbour Resort. Was trying to find a place in Rochester that would deliver a bouquet on the same day and having no luck. Either it was prohibitively expensive, or the conversation with the person on the phone did not leave me confident about what was going to be delivered.Then I called Stacy K - an awesome experience all around. Danielle took care of me and was so friendly and helpful, and the price was very reasonable. Id highly recommend to anyone.

Ordered flowers for my wife and set up delivery time. When I found out my wife was leaving work early I new I would have to be the “delivery guy”. Called the store and explained the situation and they rushed my order so I could pick it up early. They even added a few extra flowers to cover the cost of the delivery fee. Flowers were beautiful and customer service was great. Will use this business again for sure.

I cant thank Stacy enough for the flowers she provided for my wedding. They turned out INCREDIBLE. I feel like I had a hard time articulating throughout the planning process exactly what I wanted, but Stacy nailed it!!! The raspberry bouquets she created looked AMAZEBALLS against the dark grey bridesmaid dresses!!! And my bouquet - stunning doesnt do it justice. The soft pinks were the perfect complement to my dress. It made the entire look feel so soft and romantic, exactly what I had hoped for! And I loveddd what Stacy did with the pieces we put on the ceremony Arbor. They were the perfect pop of color! Amazing, amazing, amazing. :)
As is the case with so many other couples, we had to work within a budget. To look at our arrangements, you would have never known that was the case. Everything was absolutely stunning.Stacy was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient with helping us create the look we wanted for our reception. And judging from the gasps from not only the wedding party, but our guests, as well, we werent the only ones pleased with her work!She truly made our space beautiful.

2021-11-23I was the maid of honor for my sister’s wedding last October and Stacy K did an amazing job with the bouquets. I was really nervous because my sister and I had a very specific idea of what we wanted the flowers to look like, but they were absolutely perfect. 2021-09-05Stacy K was so easy to work with! Stacy and her team understood exactly what we were going for! Another florist would not allow loose greenery on the guest tables, only recommended greenery garlands (which were out of our budget). Stacy K was all for loose eucalyptus and other greenery on the tables and it was beautiful! They didnt blow around at all at our outdoor reception! My bouquet and the arbor was beautiful. The team also set up all of our table decor and did a wonderful job! We couldnt have asked for more from Stacy K and her team!

She was very professional and organized to work with and was super accommodating to some of the last minute requests I had!She even included complimentary arrangements for my venues bathrooms which were a lovely touch!Compared to other florists I had looked into, she was the definitely the best price-wise and I didnt have to compromise a bit on quality!

2022-05-11I had a very disappointing experience with Stacy K. Ive used Stacy K about four times, I live out of state on the West Coast and have used her flower delivery service for my mom and sister multiple times. The time I am writing about is this past mothers Day. I ordered flower bouquets and gift boxes for my mother and for my sister and they are by no means cheap but I thought I trusted her service and quality and it would be worth it. I was mistaken though. So if no one is aware of their policy someone has to be present in order for the flowers to be delivered they will not leave them by the front door due to the risk of theft. They called me a few times because the driver was trying to deliver bc no one was home I did not get the call so they decided not to deliver the flowers to my mother. They were able to leave the flowers by my sisters front door though so it seems this policy is dependent on discretion of the driver. I then received an email from the Stacy K team saying that the delivery did not happen. As soon as I saw this email I responded back and said please deliver the flowers as soon as possible but being 3 hours behind on the WC, the driver had already gone home for the day and it was too late to deliver. They told me that they would redeliver on Monday. I was so upset to hear this news as I am out of state and couldnt be with my mom on mothers Day I wanted her to have a little something from me and she didnt. Ive never personally experienced this before with flowers not being able to be left on the front porch. Just something to keep in mind for anyone else that may be in the situation. I did give this small business and opportunity to make things right because I was so upset I explained the situation and emailed their team with a little bit of back and forth with the team and Stacy K did reach out to me and was not apologetic for my experience and was very defensive about the driver and their policy. Lastly the flowers were delivered on Monday and my Mom received them and sent me a picture and they are brown on the edges and some are wilted. I did send a photo of the brown flowers to Stacy and ask for a refund and she offered to have a driver come and pick the flowers up tomorrow and then she would give me a refund or she will bring a fresh bouquet at no additional cost. I think it is absolutely ridiculous to come and pick up a brown bouquet of flowers in order to get the refund and its not just the brown flowers that were the initial problem it was the fact that I didnt get these delivered before mothers Day. So I did request that a driver come and pick up the flowers so I was able to get a refund. I told my mom this option and she agreed because she was not happy with the flowers which is very sad. I would also like to mention there is no genuine apology in this email there was no remorse, it was terrible customer service for a small business that should be treating their customers much better to keep their business. I will absolutely never spend another dime at Stacy K. The prices are outrageous and the service and quality does not match it.Update: a complementary bouquet of flowers was delivered along with a refund for the inconvenience.

2022-07-02Stacy K did the flowers for our wedding last week. We were a bit nervous because she was booked for full weddings so we did a la carte. This meant that we did not have the consultations and sample bouquets. However, the team worked with a few inspiration pictures and somehow came up with the perfect bouquet and flowers. Everything was exquisite and they delivered to two locations for a minimal fee so that participants could pick up their flowers the day of at the location they were beginning at. I cant recommend them enough. I only have a handful of our photos as a sneak peek, but I included two here that have samples of their work. Also, we did not have a traditional wedding party and thus people wore a variety of outfits and somehow these flowers went with everyones outfit! 2022-03-30This is a $100 bouquet. 3 roses, a couple other flowers and a lot of greenery. Was very disappointed in the value compared to other large florists in the area. (The tulips in the back were another group of flowers from our family) The two stars is because they were open on a Sunday which was nice

2021-08-20I was trying to do something nice for my guy in NY because I live in WA and the package I sent was delayed for his bday. We wanted it to be more masculine and Stacy K floral hooked us up with a fantastic succulent arrangement. They were so responsive and accommodating to our specific needs. As a wedding planner, its important to me that I work with other wedding professionals that have integrity, professional, and will take care of my clients. Stacy and her team are extremely creative and artistic and amazing at what they do. Their work is original and unlike many other florists. I always know when I see a Stacy K arrangement because of its unique style. I recently had the pleasure of working with Stacy and her team on a wedding and, despite all the challenges this pandemic has brought, they were kind, professional, responsive, flexible, and cognizant of keeping everyone safe.
