Asked the cashier if they had stamps for mailing. He said isle 1or 6. Signature stamps smh. Asked customer service guy (not wearing a mask while mandate is in effect) no clue same thing. Asked copier person. No one knew what a postage stamp was. The guy had to Google it on a phone and see look at a picture. You should train your staff to know what you carry in the store. Their heads are just buried in their phones. It’s basically self service, an automated register would be more helpful. They’re no more helpful than going to the website. Hate to see businesses close but you can’t expect to retain customers with this kind of poor service.

They are conveniently located on Jericho turnpike and have plenty of parking. Handicaps spots galore.! Clean store and usually has anything I come in for. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Short staffed?! They have the poor kid in copy and printing doing everything by himself. He does shipping too. Where’s his manager? There’s four other employees lingering near registers and I was there twice in the same day- no one came over to help him, no matter how long the line was. The manager here doesn’t know how to manage their employees because he should be getting help. I came back two or three hours after my original visit and what I went for wasn’t even finished. Doesn’t that tell you they need to be better at staffing here? Smfh.

I called ahead to see if they had a particular office chair was in stock. When we got to the store my family and I were ready to make the purchase but the employee there was completely rude and seemed like he didn’t want to help us. He even literally threw a chair on the floor when we asked for the price of another office chair. He then took his time, looking for the office chair I had originally called for. Their store looked like a complete mess and inventory was just dumped all over the floor. Needless to say, with his poor customer service, we decided to walk out the store instead of wasting more time and getting the run away from a immature teenage employee. A complete waste of time.

Roxanna the manager is great she is kind hearted and is very catering to anyone that shops here. I hope someone like her makes it to the top of this company. I needed my business cards printed due to a meeting I got accepted last minute and she was very helpful to complete the task.

Truly the worst customer service ever in the print department. Had to get a notary stamp made and even after making sure they got all the information necessary to make the stamp still wasn’t done properly. The girls behind the counter were too preoccupied talking about which guy picked them up and which man gave them their number to make sure my stamp was done correctly. If they worked for my company they would have been fired for being unprofessional. Now because of the incompetence it will take another two weeks to get my stamp, Holding back my work.

I called the store to ask what is the Fax number for the store and the associate said we dont have a fax number we only fax things out and I luckily found the fax number on their website. The employee are nice, just need more informational training.

My father and sister purchased an HP laptop from Staples on August 16, 2012. Within 3 months, the laptop had problems charging. We called HP, and after spending over an hour on the phone, we received a replacement charger. A few months later, the same problem occurred. Clearly this had nothing to do with the charger. The charger was brand new. When we went to the store. we were expecting the store associates to honor the warranty my father had purchased, and fix our computer. Instead, they gave us the run-around. We did not have a receipt, but they should have been easily been able to find our receipt. I went to a Best Buy once without a receipt, and they were able to find my receipt within a matter of moments. The store associate claimed he would have to spend an extraordinary amount of time locating our receipt. That is a complete lie. You could find sales information on a customer even if you ran a small-time electronics store and used Microsoft Access. Exactly how old are the POS systems used in this Staples? When I called the staples warranty people, they kept giving me the run around as well. The individual I spoke to stated that the original person who we purchased the lap top from had never even registered the warranty we paid for! I expect staples to make this right. Fix our laptop. That is all you have to do.

Not a good experience I was trying to return a phone cable. I was informed they have to be returned within 15 days of purchase. I was not aware of this I didnt see it posted anywhere. Spoke to manager no help. Will purchase online in future.
