Very clean, very comfortable hotel that allows my daughter and I to save money on hotel accommodations without sacrificing quality. The room is smaller in size , but perfectly comfortable, and the bathroom is on the smaller side BUT so is the price charged for a night in the hotel. My daughter and I are wine lovers and come here several times a year to visit the wineries and enjoy the scenery and relaxed life in the Finger Lakes. I would rather pay less for a clean, comfortable hotel room and have more money available for wine and travel. By the way, the hotel also has reliable WIFI; a refrigerator; and a microwave in each room. We stay at this Super 8 often and have found the owners friendly and helpful.
Surprisingly this is a really good hotel, i stayed 2 nights for about 110 which was an amazing price. The room was clean and nice and its right next to everything food wise

Very very rotten ordeal staying at the super 8 in bath New York the innkeepers were really hostile towards myself because Im an American and they are Indonesian I dont know what their problem is but I would not recommend anybody stay there especially if theyre of the European accent the rooms are horrible the service is horrible
The front desk lady staff was very helpful and made our stay comfortable. The rooms were neat and clean. Its also a nice area with easy access to food and gas nearby.
So, I know I got a non-smoking room, but upon entering my room, it was like a snorted an ashtray. There was a mystery stain on the curtains. You are able to open a window though to help air out the room. The bed was clean and cozy. The bathroom definitely needs some TLC, but it was acceptably clean. And there is a small questionable coffee pot, a microwave and a minifridge. This place seriously needs some upgrading.The facility is very confusing. Its a huge maze with no maps, irectory, or signs to point you where youre going. No breakfast. Im assuming its because of covid. It tells you, you get a breakfast, but I dont consider that true.. The only options were various over processed prepackaged pastries (little Debbie cakes, muffins etc). No coffee or hot water for tea in the morning. Did have a cup of coffee in the afternoon and it was barely drinkable.What little staff we did experience, they were polite and nice. The maid was also respectful of our belongings and did a good job keeping it tidy.Location I fine. Gas stations, dollar stores, restraunts and a grocery store are all near by. And its close to main highways. Only an hour drive to Geneva.
It is one of the better hotels in the bath area. Wish it had an elevator due to health issues and difficulty climbing the stairs. Staff was pretty friendly and over all the place was clean and neat.
Beautiful rooms. Everything youd expect from Wyndham. Super 8 made the right move with this property.

When I first got there I asked to check my room. Behind the bed on the box springs was hair from other people, bathroom had stains in tub, asked to look at another room , room was better then the last room no hair this time , sheets where really old and stain, dirty on the outside cigarettes butts outside by the door all over the ground, shopping cart in the door way to entrance to inside, rooms had a strange smell , people just random coming up to you asking for a cigarette, people who i think that was living there 24/7 yelling stuff to you out the window when you come back to your room. I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN, I was actually scared to be there.

The Super 8 is very good, the breakfast is currently closed due to Covid 19 but they do have free coffee from 6am until 5pm. Also first come first serve on a big Texas cinnamon roll. 3 floors and no elevator. The housekeepers always make sure if you need something you get it.
Has truck parking in the back, reasonably priced. Has a couple of fast food restaurants close by ( Subway ) is in walking distance. Clean rooms (shower head needs to be replaced)
This was a clean, quiet, pleasant place for a night away in order to get a break from the daily grind. Plainly visible from the highway. Extremely easy to access from the highway as well. Shopping and food close by. And, Theres plenty of room for tractor trailers to park in the back. That area is a dirt lot, so pot holes and such are to be expected, so theres really no complaints.
Located this hotel after a horribly experience with a different motel. They were able to accommodate our large group. We only stayed one night however we were very happy with our stay. Owner and staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the air conditioners were not loud. Definitely would come back if we ever ride through the area again!
Stayed at the Wyndham Grand in Pittsburgh the night prior, and other than hotel amenities, the room amenities were virtually identical. Thats not a knock on the one in Pittsburgh, but a compliment to this Super 8. Stay here!
Stayed in a king suite. It was clean and did not smell bad. Dont really have any complaints.

The staff were amazing and very friendly. The room was very clean and tidy. My only complaint were the towels in the bathroom, they seemed to be either stained or dirty. We didnt get breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. Great price though, I expected a lot worse based on the low price. Will absolutely stay again if Im in the area.
Spent 4 days here and owners and staff were awesome. Hwy workers upstairs and beside us were very loud at 5am each morning. Which is going to kill this business if their not careful. They stomped as they walked none stop. Mold in the shower, icky sticky towels. Thank God we took our own. Overall it was ok. Bathroom needs work done to the door frame n floor at the entrance. View was really nice. And the little wood flower stands outside were amazing.
Upon check-in the staff was rather nice and courteous. If I needed anything, which I did, it was immediately taken care of.The room was rather nice, spacious, and clean. The bathroom was OK. For the price of the room there wasnt much room on the vanity. The bottom of the tub needed a more thorough cleaning job.The continental breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. The lighting was horrible. There was only one light to keep the size of two hotel rooms lit. The breakfast itself consisted of all the standard hotel breakfast fare except for hot food. All heated items were either warmed in the toaster or microwave. No pancake or waffle maker in sight. For the price I paid, its disappointing.

Location was very convenient, it was right off the highway and parking was plentiful. The room itself was clean, washroom was a little dirty and the exhaust fan was quite soiled and noisy. Ac in the room was also quite noisy, however it worked ok. For us we found the room quiet and slept quite decently. The breakfast we skipped(my wife did not like it) and went elsewhere. The coffe was terrible. Service was good though. No complaints to the people.
5 stars for getting exactly whats expected. Rates reflect expections and as always you get what you pay for. Staff was helpful, friendly, patient with my hearing and polite. Clean bed, clean towels, no smell, and plenty of parking. Breakfast is light; cereal, yogurt, waffles, toast&hb eggs today. I stopped here with my wife while traveling and left clean, well rested, with some food in my stomach.

Easy to access off the hwy. There are plenty of food places close. The rooms look like the picture for the most part. I love the large photos over the bed. The beds were comfy and nicely made. The rooms are a little dark but nothing opening a curtain cant help with. The bathrooms were clean. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel thats Prestine then this hotel isnt for you. But if your looking to stay a night or 2 on a budget and you want a clean hotel then its for you. The staff was super helpful. I asked for a few extra pillows to put on the side of the mattress so my kids wouldnt fall off the bed, the staff were very accommodating. The breakfast bar was quick grabs mainly, however the lady who came in to check it was awesome. She interacted with my 18 month old. Its always good to see a smiling face. Great job, super 8!
The price of the room was great. The staff was quick to check us in, for a very late check-in. The room was clean, but unfortunately it was very humid and had a strong musky odour, like mold. We got used to the smell eventually... Good place while traveling, but wouldnt stay more than one night.
Fantastic hotel at a reasonable rate. The staff and owners are polite and helpful. Room was tidy, comfortable, and a nice size. Sweet smelling soap, a flat T.V., a larger sized mini-fridge, microwave, small coffee maker, and free high-speed internet were all included with my room. There is also a decent continental breakfast every morning. The hotel is right off the highway and in walking distance from gas stations, a grocery store, pharmacy, and a good number of fast food restaurants. I would definitely recommend the place and would stay there again.
Truck Driver - there is truck parking. I booked my room using the app. The staff was friendly and able to get me checked in early so I could get some sleep. Room was clean and the cost was cheap. Wish I could have checked out the local food. The night staff was friendly and got me checked out so I could get rolling again. I would highly recommend this hotel.
About the worst thing that can be said about this place is it’s a little dated. It is otherwise very clean and well maintained. Location is great, right near groceries, drug stores, and the interstate. It’s not a long drive to downtown from here either, which is great because the downtown area here is quaint and full of EXCELLENT food (see my Liberty Street Pub review). Effort was clearly put into the guest WiFi as well. Always a huge plus for me.
Easily accessible from the freeway. Has truck and trailer parking thats ready to get to. Beds are comfy, staff is friendly. The only thing they could be improved is if ADA height toilets were installed. Rooms have been nicely renovated and there is a fridge and microwave in the room.
Cheap($60 plus tax) and surprising nice. I front desk worker checking in was very nice. The one this morning not as much. Maybe took it the wrong way but he didnt seem to be friendly... Maybe it was just me though. Would definitely recommend especially if they have good prices(not sure if that was the regular price or a discount/sale.
I was very hesitant to stay at a Super 8 but we were just passing through and needed a cheap place to stay. I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were basic and clean. For what it is we had a good experience! As someone who doesn’t normally stay at cheap motels, I would stay here again.
We arrived very early in the morning to keep from falling asleep at the wheel and the first room smells like cat pee. The second room was nice. the night desk clerk was horrible the morning desk clerk was a wonderful person. I think I would have given it a much better if you had I not had to deal with the evening desk clerk and the 10 minutes it took him to answer.
This motel is OK... The corridors are very hot and muggy. The room that I was put in was tiny but cozy... My biggest complaint would be that the drain in the tub when I showered did not drain so I had to stand in a puddle of water... For me, that is unacceptable. Fix the drains...... Other than that, breakfast was the normal Continental style breakfast and I appreciated it.... I probably wont stay here ever again tho....

Room was dated, decor gave an unwelcoming and un-cozy vibe. Could easily hear every movement of upstairs guests, like living in a cheap city apartment all over again. Normally Id argue that you get what you pay for, but Ive stayed in cheaper hotels that were of much better quality than this. Would not book here again.
We only stayed a night at the Super 8 Bath, getting there late in the evening. The room lived up to all we needed. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. A decent shower as well before we headed off the next morning.
The room was as expected, which is a good thing. It was a nice size room, everything was clean, and it was comfortable. The location was perfect, as it was right off the highway. We may return to the area in the future and would have no qualms about staying at the motel.
Affordable, clean, and cozy. Stayed there overnight during my trip. Breakfast is included in the price, but suddenly I missed it, so make sure be there before 9 AM.
This place is a disaster. We stayed in room 314 and the proprietor of this should be ashamed to rent out a room in such a state. I took photos of some of the issues with the room. There were many more but frankly, I just wanted to get out of here. A list of some of the problems with this room are as follows: the room (which was labeled non-smoking) reeked of cigarette smoke, sticky carpet, mold around shower unit, broken light switch, (completely broken off of the wall) missing smoke detector, (completely unacceptable and a serious safety risk) dirty sheets, stained furniture and blankets, coat rack dangling off of the wall from one fastener, broken/missing door safety hardware, and a seriously neglected air conditioner complete with hanging temperature probe. The only reason we stayed here rather than searching for another motel is that we were both too fatigued and unsafe to drive. In retrospect, I wish wed have slept in the car.
Ive only stayed here once but it was very clean & quiet. Very close to I-86 exits and adjacent to everything like banking, fast-food restaurants & service stations. An affordable nights stay for a busy traveler in the Finger lake region!
Basic, affordable, clean and convenient. Easy check in and check out and no complaints from us, could maybe give 5 stars if we haven’t stayed in nice places but for the price I’d def give a 5 star recommendation. Forgot to take photos of the room before we slept but they are nice enough.
I stayed at Super 8 in Bath, NY Dec,17 - Dec 19th with a friend. We had a great time. We were even able to bring our pets, a small dog and a large cat. The staff was welcoming and very nice. They made sure we had a very nice stay. Owner and her son were very friendly. We told them if we get to go back to the Finger Lakes, we will stay with them again. You will have a nice time at this Super 8.
My family and I were homeless and The Department of Social Services put us there for a month. The owners and staff were wonderful!! They were very nice and understanding. The stay was adequite for the area. Much better than a simalar hotel I stayed in that had a woman i the lobby asking for a bandaid because she cut her hand on her crack pipe. Not really into negative reviews, but maybe stay away from a hotel in bath that you will stay your Days Inn.
The place is good and the staff is friendly. Only thing is they need to buy new towels the ones they have are all stain up. Other then that good place to stay. If your looking for a high end place to stay this is not the place. It is basic.

Room was very dritie had about four inches of dirt on the box springs.the room stunk of cumin so bad I had to go buy a candle so I could stand the smell of the room hard to understand the staff spoke very little English. Not a place I would recommend any one to spend anytime in that dump. Very unsatisfactory of a place too stay super 8 should be ashamed

The room has a strong diet when we first entered it, it smelled of tobacco and patchouli. One of the electrical outlets were pulled out of the wall. Lighting was not very bright, almost insufficient.
2 star hotel. Grown ups using kids bikes for transportation all hours of the night...u do the math.

2022-06-08Very nice place to stay with my family. Clean room, clean smell, quiet town. The rooms are being renovated, so there was some construction going on (but not noisy at all at night.).The bathroom door had trouble closing, and the outside doors to the hotel do not lock. Not super worried though- like I said, it was a quiet little town.No breakfast (their Covid policy), but there’s a Dunkin Donuts right down the street.Management and staff were kind, helpful, and accommodating.

2022-07-11My husband and I just returned from a 2 night stay at this hotel and we very much enjoyed our time there. Our room had been recently renovated and everything was very clean. It was also a great value - we paid $212 including tax for 2 nights, which allowed us more $$$ to spend on wine at the Finger Lakes Wine Festival at Watkins Glen, about a 40 minute drive away. Good location - within a couple minutes you can be in downtown Bath, plus theres a grocery store, drugstore, and Dunkn Donuts within just a couple minutes drive. I rarely like hotel coffee anyway, so I went to Dunkn both mornings to get my fix. I would say our expectations were exceeded given that this is a Super 8. We would definitely stay here again!

2022-03-23This place has the best customer service. I the front desk is so polite. I left my charger there and they called and let me know that I left it there. The few times that I’ve ever forgot something in a hotel I’ve had to call them and ask them for it. The room was clean everything worked. Bed was comfortable linens were clean.

2022-07-05Bath is the best convenient place to stay, if you want to cover various locations under 5 finger lakes of NY.This hotel is a well maintained and perfect choice with a worthy budget.I will recommend, directly book the hotel on the visiting day of stay, I prebooked this hotel by booking.com, paid double the rate for the rate available on the visiting day.But yes, hotel is really good.

2022-05-11The General Manager, Atul Patel lied when he stated 2 hours prior to my arrival that he would give me a top floor room, so no one would be above me. And further, away from Noise. He tried to assign me, the 2nd of 3 floors and two doors down from the entrance to the 2nd floor hallway.That is not the 3rd floor nor a quite room.This property’s general manager is a lier. STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!

2022-01-06Room was filthy and smelled awful. Stains on carpet and beds. Toilet started overflowing with sewage in the middle of the night without warning. Managment couldnt give us a different room because they were full. The smell from the toilet was so awful we ended up leaving at 2 am. Called and spoke with the actual owner the next day and was screamed at and hung up on. Looks like I wont be getting my refund. Avoid this place at all costs.

2021-12-31Awful experience - really poorly maintained building and room. The shower didnt drain, the fan hardly worked, there was a hole in the wall around the shower head, the rooms carpet was sticky. The common areas looked very depressing. When I called to complain that the water didnt drain in the shower, the owner didnt even apologize, just offered me a new room or a full refund! I ended up packing up (which was a pain after a long drive!) and checking in at the Quality Inn down the street. A working shower is a minimum requirement!
