This Sweetgreen used to serve the adjacent wework but it closed. I hope the location will remain in business as they are no longer so many offices around. Sweetgreen offers locally sourced salad, customizable but I find that their combination is always very good.
The people working here are quick with your order and accommodating with modifications. The food and ingredients are always fresh. They are also locally sourced, and they have a chalk board of where the different vegetables come from in the area. I love their pesto vinaigrette dressing! The seasonal salads and warm bowls are always amazing.
Love this place! Went for a non profit event held at this location and it was wonderful. Had never been to a SG before and was pleasantly surprised with how gratuitous the portions are.They have a great ideology in partnering with NPOs and I was very impressed.The salad with falafel is almost TOO much -- which is shocking for salad. The great beverages, chalkboard of farms they partner with, and the customer service was excellent.

Service was 10/10 and food was 12/10. Had the Buffalo chicken salad and it was tasty from the first bite all the way to the last.
I love Sweet Green but this location is not great. My roommate ordered the fish taco bowl and I tried to order the harvest but ended up with a Caesar. They were out of most ingredients for both ( I ordered around 730pm) was told to choose different dressings because they would need to go downstairs to get the dressing that comes with both. They literally dumped tortilla chip crumbs into the taco bowl. It was the most unattractive bowl ever. I should have taken photos but didnt. I gave 2 stars because the employees were not jerks, they just seemed overwhelmed.

I’ve never seen anything like it at this sweetgreen. Usually I love the chain. Not here. I waited 20 minutes behind 3 people to order while the employees chatted and cleaned and a massive line accumulated. Still completely engaged in conversation amongst themselves. Won’t ever go back.
Staff a little clueless. Location a little messy. No T.P. Tables unclean.

Had to wait a bit longer than my pickup time but honestly they were swamped for lunch and they were still pumping out salads nonstop. If youre pressed for time avoid the lunch rush but didnt take away from how delicious everything was.
This is my goto place for lunch. Have been eating here for almost two months now and it never disappoints. Ordering ahead via sweet greens app makes it even more appealing.
The combo was great. A few items I dont care for on their own but in the combo, it worked.
Used to be my favorite SG! 2 days ago I went there with my girlfriend, this girl without uniform and hat and gloves served us ! So rude Amd dirty , we both found hair in our salads! Girl it’s a 15 dollars plate ! It’s not Popeyes here ! If I was eating close by ! I would call a manager and have a talk with that girl! I’ll be back there soon
Hands down the worst sweetgreen in nyc. Always out of items. Today they’re out of chicken (how is that even possible). I Question if they have a manager. 3 times I’ve ordered pickup it’s 30 or more min late. Get it together for the sake of the brand.

I love the salads and don’t mind spending that much for a really good salad! But they need to hire more competent staff that can keep up with the flow of people com in! And when you order ahead for a reason to have your salad ready when you get there! It never is! And when they mix the salads all the good stuff falls out on the floor:( other than that I love the salads! Just new staff needed!

The staff took off their shoe in between of putting veggies to the bowl with the same hand twice. They shook the shoe couple of times, put it back and continued adding veggies, repeat again, and all that without even trying to hide that. Pretty terrible especially for the price, and sweetgreen marketing pitch as sort of a more upscale salad place. But maybe that’s a good thing, they do it openly at this place hehe. Very “appetizing” - special shoe source - spicy! :)UPDATE:I was offered a refund right after posting the review online. Also I was not asked to change anything in the review.
Ive been a frequent customer of sweetgreen for almost 2 years now and I honestly dont like the new mixing technique. Ive given it a try at 3 different locations and the salad tossing just looks lazy and my salad is never mixed well like in the past. And this location always seems to run out of bread. 🤔 BUT on a positive note..I do enjoy the new bowl design! 😬
Clean and fresh great ingredients, they locally source as much as they can. Plus they make all their dressings daily.
I work in the neighborhood and have visited multiple times. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. Portions are HUGE and there are plenty of menu options, or you can just build your own salad. Highly recommend for a quick and healthy bite. Make sure you have a card to pay with as they are a cash free establishment.
Placed an order at 10:20 am. Order was supposed to be ready for pickup by 10:45. Had to wait another 10 min past that time. What’s the point of ordering ahead? All 10 minutes I was inside there were no other customers at the store. Terrible.
My nutritionist said it was time to get serious so when I ran across this sweetgreen right by home I took myself in for the best custom-made salad I have ever eaten. The restaurant is immaculate, The A/C was fulll-blast (I like that in the summer). My helpful salad-maker coached me thru each ingredient including the freshest piece of salmon (they call it Steel-head) Ive ever had that I didnt cook myself. Loved my salad and first-timers experience--and they deliver!
Amazing salad chain, usually have better options for salad types and taste a bit better than Chopped. However, they do not chop your salad and ordering it online means you have to mix the toppings yourself when you pick it up.
Love SQ and a very frequent customer! But this location is a mess and super off brand for SG. I always have significant customer service issues here and recommend you avoid it unless you have lots of extra time and patience!
Love Sweet Green but this place is always understaffed. No matter when you go here there will only be two or three people making salads and the line is a min of 20 min. They are also usually out of bread and two other ingredients you want.
Always delicious; so glad theyve finally and in full force come to NYC!! Now I dont have to go to DC or Baltimore to get a delicious salad. So beyond their competitors (especially Chopt which lost its way almost immediately), its not even a fair race!
One of the more spacious sweetgreens Ive been to, although this place definitely still sees a mad lunch rush. Kale caesar all the way - and the hummus is pretty good although the potion scoop is quite small.
It was my first trip back after like 2 years and I was sad to hear certain items are no longer BUT the workers are super sweet and do a good job.
This is my favorite Sweetgreens location. In addition to mixing excellent salads, the staff are warm and friendly even at the busiest moments. And its super sunny with a lovely view.
The employees are lethargic as they are understaffed and overworked. Theres constant issues with pick up items due to technology issues.
I dont quite understand why the nuts arent in a separate section. I get the kale ceasar because I have a nut allergy. but the cheddar crisps that they put in it are right next to the nuts....and I watched while nuts were being scooped, crumbles of nuts pall into the other bins. if I hadnt been watching and asked for no crisps they would have been put on my salad risking my life . thats a terrible set up. but other than that all good =)
Its a sweetgreen. They have salads. The staff is friendly and helpful. The park right across the street has public seating and often has live music on summer weekends.
I could eat salads for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (okay, maybe not breakfast). Living in NYC, the worst part for me was always the lack of good produce, so this last trip presented a nice surprise with a sweetgreens where I could get a delicious salad. The service, while nice, was anything but organized, smooth, and quick. They were definitely chaotic and slow with a line that continued to grow. Luckily, I was in no hurry, which I cant say is true for the other NYers.
I had given 2 stars 3 months ago for 2 consecutive late pickup orders.Now, 3 months ahead, EVERY weeeknd Ive ordered the salad was NEVER ready on time.Customer service gave credits but thats negligent of them NEEDING A SPECIFIC WORKER FOR JUST TAKEOUT/DELIVERY.This is NYC. Every second counts. They lost 6 customers from my office today which sucks cause the salads are soooooooooo damn gooood!Best wishes Sweetgreen, no more green from me, GET SOME TIME MANAGEMENT!
Horrible experience!!! My order was missing and instead of getting help I got yelled at by Gabriel. 20 min later still no salad or info on when it’s will be ready. If it will be ready..
It’s pretty good! But like everywhere in US I assume, had the impression sugar was added somewhere. Be ready for self service, it’s not a Restaurant, salad bar I would say.

I ate the Harvest bowl. It was delicious and the harmony was good, but I sprinkled a lot of sauce.. The seasoning was weak, so I kept pouring it.. You have to stop in the middle. They give you rye bread as you like.
A perfect place to eat healthy, vegan, gluten-free and for a very reasonable price considering that this is New York.

2021-11-01Amazing food but order takes much longer than scheduled time. Ordered online for pickup but had to wait an extra 30 minutes. They have quite a few staff but order volume exceeds that. They need to prioritize store pickups over 3rd party delivery. Fresh quality food!!

2021-05-16I primarily subsisted on Sweet Greens in America when I didnt feel like cooking. Often from the store at the Back Bay in Boston but also here in NYC. What excites me as one of the field is the concept. It is simply fresh and fast. Exactly what a customer wants. The quality is always excellent and the staff is courteous. From time to time I had the feeling that under pressure the hygiene measures have suffered something, but that is completely normal - when you work on such a high readiness. For those who eat meat, I recommend the plate with hot chicken. You will not regret it.

2022-04-02The quality went down dramatically. I think it was my last time I got my lunch here. My salad looked like a trash can today with a chunk of cheese, onion( they I asked to skip) no egg ( who knows why) and wrong dressing. I will miss old days
