Best phone store experience Ive had. Not just from one visit, Ive been going here multiple times a year for about 2 years now. You will never leave the store mad and feeling trapped like you typically would with any of the other phone carriers.All the employees are great, but Ive specifically been helped by Hannah about everytime which Im thankful for. She is quick, efficient, and personable. I try to only go when Hannah is working.
My husband and I came into the Auburn location last week And we both left with new plans And new phones. We were very satisfied with the professionalism of Hannah and store manager Dan. We would recommend switching to t-mobile to anyone in the market for great service.
The auburn location has a very fun and knowledgeable staff working in there store they were very professional they helped with all needs and made pretty awesome recommendations on the things myself and my girlfriend would need for our new phones thank you guys for keeping awesome customer service alive
Rob was extremely helpful! Made switching from AT&T very easy! Had my phone all set up and screen protector installed before I left, and I was able to keep my old prepaid number! Store was nice and clean, appearance of store stands out from the rest in the plaza. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to make the switch and great customer service.
My husband and I visited the store today for new phones and the customer service we had went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did we leave with the phones we went in to get but also new home internet that we didnt know they provided !!!! If your family is looking for great service and actually customer service that will take the time to listen to your needs and wants I highly suggest coming to this wonderful establishment. Gino is excellent and I couldnt be happier with my customer experience. I reach out for help on my account after two years and this guy not only remembers me, but remembers my circumstance and is able to help me fully in 10 min. Its nice to feel heard and taken care of! Thanks, Gino! You rock.
Best phone buying experience ever they went above and beyond to to help me get wat I wanted and help me with my screen protector that I had broke no even 3 hours after getting my phone thank you so much Dan, Hannah, and Jordan I will definitely be going back to this store with anything I need help with they are they best and have a great atmosphere
Absolutely amazing experience! Helped my switch from Verizon be as painless and easy as possible! Very knowledgeable staff, and extremely friendly! Had a great selection of music playing and really just had an overall great atmosphere! I will definitely be recommending ALL of my friends and family to make the switch!
I worked with Jon Curry at this location, and he helped me switch from Verizon to T-mobile. The process took only about 30 mins as Jon explained all of the benefits of switching to T-Mobile beforehand. I live in a house with a metal roof so Jon even called customer service for me and a booster was overnighted to my house at no cost. A T-Mobile technical support specialist helped me set up the booster and called back twice to make sure my service was working properly. I definitely recommend T-Mobile.
Yes on 8/17/2021 I stopped into the T-Mobile store to purchase a sim card and plan for an unlocked phone I have, when I first entered two girls came from the backroom I asked if they had the sim cards for prepaid phones one girl looked at me like I was nuts asked three times what I was talking about (the other girl just stood there said nothing) then I think it finally clicked, she started the process immediately tried telling me my phone wasnt compatible because it said no service, I pointed out she inserted the sim card in the sd card slot she emediatly started arguing with me and said if Im going to give her a hard time she didnt have to wait on me , horrible customer service in this auburn NY location I will be calling TMobile and reporting the complety incompetent staff
The girl in this store is Rude ! She would not help me and when I asked for her supervisor she said no ! Would not give her employee ID number OR her bosses number so I insisted that she do so and SHE KICKED ME OUT OF THE STORE !!! I called the store and she answered and said she still would not give me her bosses name or number !
I had decided to try T mobile, as in my area o ur current providers signals would fluctuate greatly. Result I g in dropped calls.Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted. When I was waited on all my questions and worries were resolved. Everything was explained and I ended up with way more than I thought I would! For my first payment the amount was lower than I had planned and the monthly payments are extremely affordable. Plus I walked away with a handset, tablet, wireless charger and more all below what I figured my monthly payment would be.Oh so far the signal is working great here at home

2022-05-31I stopped in recently to purchase a new phone and put it on my plan. Hannah helped me pick out one for a great price and helped me set it up. She knew what she was doing and I feel very confident in her help. The other employee in the store was also very friendly and greeted me as I walked in. The employees are great and I’m content with having t-mobile even more now.

2021-12-10I stopped into T-Mobile on Grant avenue today to switch my service and buy a new iPhone and I felt compelled to acknowledge the impeccable customer service. It’s too common to feel like you’re just receiving a sales pitch but the employees at this location took the time to be attentive and make sure I left happy with both the service and the device I purchased for my personal needs. All while making me comfortable and even having a few laughs with the whole team! I wholeheartedly recommend this carrier and more specifically this location. Hannah was fantastic. She was very professional and I could tell she was knowledgeable in her field and that made me trust her. I look forward to dealing with them in the future.

2022-02-01I was in about a week ago to get a new phone for myself and have my phone switched over for my son. I was greeted by Hannah and Daniel. Hannah did amazing with assisting me and my son and even stayed after hours as our phones were still being switched over. The atmosphere was great and everyone was very helpful, My son and I were both satisfied customers!

2022-03-11Stopped in to grab a case and screen protector for my iPhone after a drop did pretty good damage to both. Dan was excellent, he wasn’t trying to sell me the most expensive items but instead listened to the type of case I wanted. The one he recommend was awesome and it’s definitely a lot sturdier than my previous case. On top of that, he took a moment to look at my account to ensure I was satisfied and if I was maximizing all of the benefits offered by T-Mobile. Overall a great experience, I can’t recommend Dan and the rest of his staff enough. Please go see him!

2022-03-28Best T-Mobile store Ive ever been to in my life. Blows Verizons balls right square off. Hands down best customer service, making sure I was taken care of and happy at the end of the visit. If you have anybody other than T-Mobile, curb stomp your phone, and join the John Legere cult, now that is HOT!

2022-03-20My husband and I stopped in to the Auburn store to upgrade our phones/plan yesterday. The Customer Service Dept called my husband to verify the upgrades and minutes after the verification call ended, everything the associate (Jordan) entered was wiped off the system. This lead to 3 hours (literally), of phone calls between the other associate, Hannah, the Store Manager, Daniel, and their Customer Service Dept. Over & over they called the CS Department just to be told my husband’s phone was previously turned in/upgraded. Apparently when the Destiny Mall store processed a previous upgrade for us, they made it look as if my husbands phone was turned in and replaced, rather than the actual phone that was replaced. I still don’t understand how that could happen considering my husbands phone was working… But after 3 hours, the upgrade was finally completed because of Hannah’s persistence and her diligence in not taking “no” good for an answer, as well as Daniel’s Managerial skills. All the while, Jordan worked on my upgrade, which went through without a problem. Daniel, Hannah, and Jordan are a credit to the T-Mobile name. They went out of their way to address the situation and took personal interest in making this right. Kudos to a great team!

2022-04-02Daniel and Hannah were awesome! (Managers)They went above and beyond and set us up with phones and internet service. We felt really comfortable in the store in the Auburn plaza by Applebees. They took their time and explained everything really well. We are saving a lot of money. We were very unhappy Verizon customers. And now we cant wait to continue our business with T-Mobile. So thank you for our positive experience. We will continue to recommend this store and service. 2022-04-25Switched over our mobile service Saturday. Everyone was so helpful, especially Jordan. They got us signed up with their 55+ Magenta Max plan, new Motorola phones and even transferred our numbers so we didnt have to change our numbers.

2022-06-30Hannah, Daniel, and Kaylee were amazing at helping select new phone, tranfer data, get trade in and plans set, and just make everything simple. It was a total PLEASURE to have Hannah help us, and I hope she and her team stay here...need more TMobile associates like them!!!
