The Floral Escape was the perfect place for my daughters maternity photoshoot. The colors and creativity of the flower set ups were absolutely gorgeous backdrops… like we were transported into a garden of rainbows.
The verity of beautiful floral backdrops is wonderful. The staff is super helpful and the atmosphere is friendly. You just need to make sure YOU look your best.

Loved this place! Brought my mom here for Mother’s Day & she was obsessed! The backdrops were very well put together & the staff was very helpful, offering to take some pictures for us! Highly recommend! ♥️

We went to the event when it was held at the Queens County Farm Museum. Our day was captured on the beautiful pictures we took at the many floral stations. It was a great experience and the pictures came out phenomenally. Definitely worth the price of admission. Hoping they host the event next year again so we can make it an annual event.

It was amazing time and feeling!!! Lisa was so helpful and giving pose ideas and took loads of pictures from different angles. She made this experience great even coming by myself.
It is beautiful place for photoshoot , but staff is disrespectful in many ways, we came with baby on Thursday ask about this event they said we can come in pay 15 dollars and go through and didn’t mention that we have to order tickets online. We rent beautiful dress for our 9 months daughter, we made number 9 from our own flowers, we came in and they disrespectfully turned us back, said that you have to buy tickets online and there is no tickets for today or tomorrow, but last time they said we can just come In. I went online I purchase ticket for following day, I showed for them and said maybe we can go through it now, we will be quick, we prepared all this stuff and came from far away. One of the girls start lecturing and giving an examples, that girl was super rude and start screaming so other one had to calm her down. I never curse or shout I tried to be very respectful and explain situation, by the way there was no other people at that moment. I asked manager information they disagree to provide, I asked names they said we about to close and you can come whenever you get your ticket for. Very poor customer service, miss-leading information and super disrespectful staff...(Westfield mall)!!!!!!UPDATE OF THE STORY!!!!!So like I mentioned before, I had a child ticket for following day so we went again to the same place. This time there was manager, right away she knew who we are and was talking how we left bad review for this place. She said I have child ticket and I need to have tickets for myself and my wife, but on web there was only option for child, nothing for adults so I bought just child ticket. Our entrance was denied and they disagree to refund for it, that means they stolemy money and never provide services, on top of all while we was leaving this place she said you see those immigrants and all of them was laughing from us. Worst experience and waste of time!
Beautiful installations but the amount of time they allot is not enough for the cost of the tickets. They say you can change as many times as you like what they dont tell you is you have to run to a public restroom at least the equivalent of one city block away to change. They do have a changing area but its only available for influencers. Regular customers who paid do not get equal treatment. Definitely not cool.
I really enjoyed the gsp Paramus location, but we went on a weekday when it was empty. Jenrose was so helpful, especially since I had no idea what I was doing with the phone holders. The pictures came out beautiful.! Im glad they charge that much bc it would be crazy packed if they didnt.My only suggestion would be to wipe down after each family goes through the sections. And make it timed so people dont end up going back and forth.
Lovely place for photoshoot. But no proper management. Don’t ever book at 4 pm. They won’t make 3 pm slot people leave even after their one hour time limit. But rush 4 pm people as it closes at 5pm. Because of earlier slots people not leaving and long queues, it’s extremely difficult to cover all spots. Its disappointing.
The Floral Escape in New Jersey was an absolute waste of time and planning. I went with a lot of enthusiasm and returned with a ton of disappointment. The wait time is exceptionally long, which is not something the visitors are forewarned about. Then the subsequent rushing is another disappointment. No one should have to pay almost $18+ for 20-25 mins and be ripped off the hour they are promised.
Drove 1hr+ hours with my friend via Uber.To find out it was closed because of the “weather”Which is weird because It was sunny ☀️ that day.Anyways if you’re not gonna open at least have the decency of letting the custumers know by really sending an email because I never got one and also there were more people having the same issue.It’s not right because I paid $80 for that Uber just to arrive and it’s closed. We were dressed up for photos and everything, to only turn back and go home.
This place is a total DREAM and the staff are so nice and welcoming! Highly recommend
I had a horrible experience at the Floral escape in Westfield mall. The workers were not following Covid guidelines and were mocking their customers. If you want a fun floral experience, you won’t get it here.

A month agoLove the Queens County Farm it feels like you are out of the city when you visit the farm. The Winter Escape was very nice. It is a nice day to spend the day outdoors communing with nature.
Loved this place! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The workers took some great pictures for me and my family! I don’t normally write reviews but this place deserved it!
I went to their New Jersey location in a mall and it was a joke. They make people reserve and wait and rush. Thats their system. Thats how they work. Reserve, wait and rush. They book more people than they can accommodate, make more money and we pay for it with our time by waiting.
Had such a great time!!! So beautiful and got some amazing photos!!! It wasnt that busy on a Sunday too!

2021-08-07The Floral Escape is located in NY however in NY its only temporary so I went to the one in NJ. Its located in the Westfield Mall. It was a fun experience. They have different beautiful stations for you to take pictures. There is a changing room where you can also change clothes if you like. The staff are very nice and they continue to clean to keep the stations sanitary. It was a fun experience for me as I love taking pictures. I had an excellent free photographer my husband. The NY location is about $20 per person . The NJ was $30 each. You can purchase tickets online or at the location.

2022-06-11We really enjoyed our visit to The Floral Escape in NewYork. The staff was very nice and helpful during my sister maturity shoot. We got so many nice pictures. Highly recommend 11/10 experience for all of us. We will definitely be coming back to take holiday pictures with the baby ❤️

2021-06-22(This is going to be a long review, I just wanted to be very detailed😂)If you love faux flowers and taking pictures, this place is for you! Great for birthday, engagement, graduation and special event photos! Each season they put together different floral installations, which are always so beautiful!I went to both locations in 2021, which are located in New Jersey and Queens and they were both very nice! The New Jersey location was inside the Westfield plaza mall. It was small with only 5 different color sections to take pictures in, but still very beautiful 😩. When you arrive, the front desk will scan your tickets then let you know that you will have about 5 to 10 mins to take pictures in each section. (Although, it might be a little longer because you have to wait for the people in the next section to finish.) In each section there is also ring lights with phone holders so you can take your own pictures.The Queens location is located outside in the Queens county farm museum. With 15 different floral sections, you have a bunch of ways to take different types of photos. I honestly loved this location more because it was bigger, had more options to choose from, and since it’s outside, you have a lot of natural lighting.About the farm: They have hayrides, animals and a corn maze perfect for families. If you’re interested there was a food truck serving street tacos when I went and a little seating area to eat. Also, there’s free parking, just follow the sign that says “event space parking.”Other things to know:- COVID19 precautions we’re taken.- The staff was amazing and super friendly!- Bring your own camera or photographer. (my boyfriend took my pictures 😆)

2021-06-19Went for the second time around to and hopefully becomes a tradition. My partner and I had a lot of fun and was lucky the day we went wasn’t too crowded. The staff are amazing and were very friendly towards us which made the experience more welcoming. Plus meeting Gabby and Karen (sorry if I spelled your names wrong) to offer taking some photos for us just made it extra better. The exhibition never fails to amaze me with their amazing creations and can’t wait for our third visit.😁

2022-07-03The most beautiful place to get photos despite NYC super cold or super hot weather. Their staff is always so friendly and helpful, you can take photos by yourself using their tripods aor you can bring in a professional photographer for stunning shots. I totally love this place.

2021-03-07ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS MONTH OF LOVE EXHIBIT! I actually went because I won a giveaway on their instagram for 2 tickets. It was a very easy setup with The Floral Escape staff. I just picked my day and time and it was set. Me and my boyfriend arrived and there was no one there beside like three staff members. They were in their own separate room divided by big curtains. Whenever they talked to us they were really nice, even when asking if we were almost done taking photos as they were about to close up. They allowed us to use the tripod and professional camera we brought. They encourage you to bring your own equipment because they do leave you alone for the 1 hour time slot you get to take photos on your own.The lighting was pretty good in all the rooms and they even had curtains to block the windows in the room of red roses. It helped for the photos. It is such a perfect place to take photos for a special occasion or even just to get dressed up and have really nice backgrounds! I would totally recommend you to go here! The tickets are around $40 with fees included. Reservations are required. You have to find your own parking but it was pretty easy where the studio was located (Floral Park, NY).
