So much stuff in ALL the isles couldnt get a kart threw. Left without buying anything. Went to Lowes
My go to HD Store. Always stocked. Reps are knowledgeable and are easily found throughout the store. Everyone is always very friendly, polite, and willing to help.
Home depot has some very nice fixtures lately. The ones in my personal house have held up great. I install them often being a local electrician!

Ive delivered to Home Depots before, and they suck. To find an employee that cares about me, is like finding a virgin at N.Y.U.The receiving girl cant find my in the computer. I called to let them know I was here, 90 minutes ago, which was before my scheduled time.However, after waiting 25 minutes after my appointment time, a far check that doesnt communicate to well, told my to move ( where to? Where? Where? ). Then a guy on the fork lift, who communicated quite well unloaded me in a professional, speedy, manner; taking care of my paperwork.
Home Depot associate came right out with my order. Very Proffessional and efficient. Associate should be recognized! Keep up the excellent work!
A couple of things about this Home Depot in Bellport, the carts are wiped down before you take them. Im confident they are clean when I grab one. This next part of my very positive review will sound odd, but it is not as busy as other stores, and because of that, I have never had a hard time finding help right away. Their associates in the store are friendly and helpful.
I love the curbside pick up at this location. Very convenient to order and pay online and just pick it up at the store, provided that the item youre buying is in stock. Otherwise it might be better to have it shipped to your home for free. Customer service is hit-or-miss. You might get a representative whos friendly and helpful, or you might get one who woke up on the wrong side of the bed that morning. They have a decent stock of goods like garden supplies, building supplies, and tools. So Im pretty sure youll find whatever you need here. But if you dont, then youre most likely going to find it online. Happy shopping!
They changed the return policy. If you paid with cash a month ago for a front door and then for whatever you need to return it but lost the receipt youre wont even receiveStore credit. I understand theft and all but nobodys putting a door down their pants.
These people are doing the best they can with the situation (pandemic) that we are all dealing with. Im sure the store is stocked to the best of its capability and the employees are as pleasant and accommodating as can be expected. My suggestion is if you have any prowess with using your smartphone, do so in order to find what you are looking for. Have an exact need for what you want, go in and get it, and get out. Theres just not enough room to window shop and maintain social distancing, or look for a free employee. Exercise patience and expedite your purpose as much as possible while visiting Home Depot.
Good inventory, helpful staff, have always given my military discount chearfully. Unlike Lowes whoes cashiers omitted discount and where not able to fix it.
Every kitchen cabinet I purchased was broken, defective and 2 were already used in someone elses home ! Still waiting on 2 refunds.
Like any other home depot I guess big, all the things u need for a hardware store. when you dont need an employee for anything they are all around you but when you really need someone they are like looking for a needle in a hay stack.
I really enjoy your guyss new curbside pickup set up. I live in Patchogue so I mainly go to the location in Gateway Plaza, but I had to go to your location once for pickup and if was incredibly simple and straight forward! I didnt have to get out of my car once which was super convenient! Unfortunately at the Patchogue location they dont have a specific area Designated for curbside, well if they do its very hard to manage on the app compared to your location. If you need to get items picked up and youre looking for a reliable Home Depot location , this is the one!
No one around for help. One star for the manager that eventually helped me. Minus 4 stars for the 4 employees that came back late from break and then talked back to the manager and walked away from him as he was talking to them. So rude.

No lines. Well organized. Visited the Bellport Home Depot. Picked up some wood for construction and planting accessories for my garden. Had everything I needed on this visit.
Not what they used to be. Online app. Very inaccurate for items in stock, telephone customer service provided inaccurate information regarding stick resulting in a 20 mile wasted trip. Floor help was argumentative.

Went for some plumbing stuff. Hard time finding my stuff but Brian in the Plumbing section was a savior. Thank you Brain for all the knowledge, help and patience.
Personal opinion, the stores are good, but i feel the Lowes staff are trained far better at fielding questions than home depot, further select home depot stores tell consumers its ok to use weed whacker attachments from cheapo brands like cub cadet and ryobi with echo power heads. The torque from an echo will destroy the plastic ryobi products and you will have plastic shrapnel lodged in your arms and legs.
Okay store, cleaner than other Home Depot stores. But they must do something about this store’s limited stock availability; inventory.

Bellport Home depot is very well laid out and thought it is smaller than the medford or mastic shirley stores it is by no means less stock. There is an upper level which house appliances and home decor. I find this store to be most close to the spirit of what Home depot was 10 years ago. It got me excited again about home depot. It had the smell and look ( well lit ) of a home improvement store which home depot seemed to have lost ( most of them are dingy and dungeon like). As a fan of Lowes this home depot has made an impact on me and I am now becoming a home depot fan because of this store. Hey home depot corporate start modeling your stores like this one an believe me you will crush your competition.

Great store with massive variety from basic true simple hardware to everyday house needs of paper towels..from major appliances to awesome trees and shrubs and very knowledgeable staff to assist when needed and there to ask you if you need!

Aked two employees who werent helping a customer for help, they said they would send someone over 10 minutes two other employes came over and asked if we needed help we said yes and they said okay, and walked away helped someone else. then the guy we originally asked came over and asked if we needed help we said yes and he stood there. we said five times we needed help getting something off the top shelf. he was like let me get a ladder with an attitude, theb complained the whole time getting it off the shelf, threw it on the ground and walked away. when checking ouT cashier also gave us an attitude when the other product we brought rung up by the foot, we asked about it because the sign did not state it was by the foot. Yet another employ with an attitude, wouldnt direct us on how to get it cut either when asked. I would never go to this home depot again.

My 13 yr old daughter was so undecided in terms of what color blue she wanted to paint her bedroom. This was our 2nd time back to Home Depot. Jonathan H. (The cooler Jonathan he said joking around bc there are two in the paint department) guided my daughter to choose a color in a way that maybe a parent could not do (bc we dont know anything! If you have teenagers you know what I mean) Thank you for all ur help! I might still be there if it wasnt for him stepping out of the box .
In general Home Depot has quite a bit of necessary Hardware and accessories that I might need. Progressively Through Time Home Depot is easily understaffed and often when necessary it is almost impossible to find a skilled associate to help you.
The salesman Phil was extremely helpful courteous and knowledgeable, a pleasure being helped by such a kind salesman!

Bellport used to be a great store now its a mess. MGMT fix it !!! Customer service is clueless, self check out girl too busy gabbing. Hour and half of waiting and off to Patchogue I go again. Dept heads in meeting should have came out to make a expensive sale but nope money allocated elsewhere
Went for curbside pickup, confirmed I was there with parking space number, and type of vehicle two times!!! No one ever came out or called!!! Of course after 25 minutes I left

Sold us a Frigidaire dish washer it came to house cracked ...called home Depot and right away said thats not there problem I have to deal Frigidaire....so they just sell the product if there is a problem its up to you ...Frigidaire tells us its home depots problem .....so its 5 weeks and I dont have a dish washer still ....Ill never get from home Depot again ...and I spend about 17 thousand dollers a year there threw my business ...so Ill give that money to Lowes down the road and home Depot can keep the $300 they screwed me for

2022-06-21I dont like giving bad reviews but... the only thing that I can say about Home Depot is that they need to instead of putting you in front of a computer and make you watch training videos for hours, and then throw you out on the floor and expect you to know what to do and what to say to customers, is to give more hands on training. I noticed that when I go into a Home Depot store a lot of the salespersons either make believe they are on their phone or put their head down and walk a different direction because they dont feel confident enough to do their job or theyre just plain lazy and dont want to do it.

2022-04-14I went to pick up my order. Parked in the correct spot. I used my home Depot app, website and then had to call the store directly. After 35 minutes someone finally came out. If you dont see anyone in 10 minutes, just call. Lesson learned. Next ten another store and I wont be as patient.

2022-06-21I called the store seeking help to replace and match some siding that HD installed on my house in 2007!! James in millwork advised me to speak with Jim the next morning as he was a long-standing employee. I went to the store, spoke to Jim who heard and understood my story and walked me upstairs to meet Debbie in the office. Debbie heard me out, told me she needed to make a few calls and that she would call me later. She called back within two hours with the information I needed even though HD no longer does roofing and siding along with suggestions as to what to do next!!!! Just an extraordinary level of personal service from all three of these employees. I have my choice of about 5 stores between houses and I will always choose the Bellport location. The staff here is always helpful and more importantly, available and happy to help.

2022-06-04This store is great. The other location is more of a circus and frustrating when your looking to be in and out when your working on a project and people are there like its a grocery store looking to shop around get in the way and slow things down.

2022-02-13Went in to get cabinets for our kitchen and come to standing down the isle for 20-30 min waiting for a sales associate to come and help. Very upsetting ended up leaving and not getting the cabinets. Went to a different location.

2017-09-14Great store, staff was extremely helpful in locating what I was looking for. They even called the Patchogue Home Depot when they where out of stock on a part I needed to finish a project.
