I have had to go to this UPS location a lot this year. Everytime I have gone the staff has been helpful and nice even on the busiest days. Each time I have sent packages USP ground they arrived within a day or two and in good condition. Very pleased with their service.
I have been coming to this store of many years now. 99% of the time I have no issues, except maybe waiting a little longer then I would like. The employees seem to really enjoy their work.On particular visit stands out in my head, about 3 weeks ago I was trying to get some documents bound, I had been to 3 different stores and they either refused to do the binding because I had the papers printed or they wanted an excessive amount of money. I came to the GCP store, asked if they could bind some documents for me, the manager asked when I needed them I told the manager Monday at 11:00 am, it was Saturday at 3:45 pm. The manager said no problem it will be ready by 10:00 Monday. Fast forward to Monday it’s now 9:05 am and my phone rings, it the manager from UPS, “I am calling to let you know your order is ready if you want to come get earlier.”Point of my example is to say, these employees go above and beyond to get the work done and they do it with pride. I will be returning again!
Terrible customer service. Im used to the helpful UPS drivers and the helpful people that work at their distribution centers. They people were rude and not helpful. All I wanted to do was box up and item and ship it. It should have been easy money for them to make. Maybe they should be in a different business.
I understood we are in a very difficult environment nowadays but there is no reason to be rude. I usually go to the one on Utopia Parkway who has the most professional service, never have to worry even if they dont give me a receipt. I came here today because I was nearby and want to ship a big box with UPS preprinted label and saw ALOT of signs on where to stand and wait, felt like it was a little bit of an overkill. I dropped off the box with the most grumpy employee and when I asked for boxes, instead of telling me that they are running low, he immediately told me that I have to have an account? I told him yes, my company does and he begrudgingly tells me he is running low and some back and forth later, he gave me some. Before I can ask him for just one more, he just walk away... I get it that he could be under stress working in this environment right now but seriously, you dont think I am under stressed too having to ship the goods too for my company? I went home to pack the balance of stuff and went to Utopia and guess what, more professional service provided. Never again in this place.
I bought a large box that cost me $35 bucks here because I have a huge item to fit, after check out I’ve been told 3 times that I can’t packing in the store, if you can see thru your eyes, I was trying to take the huge box and my item out of store, IT CANT BE CARRY WITH TWO HANDS! I don’t expect anyone’s help but com’on🤷🏻♀️
Amazing service! I went in there yesterday and saw a line of at least 5-6 ppl, was about to turn around and leave, since i didnt have time to wait. The manager was able to provide quick service to everyone with a smile and asked every customer how are you? is there anything else I can help with? I was out in less than 5 minutes. I have been there previously where he has helped with various issues. As a business owner myself, this is exactly the kind of employee I would want working for me!
Just called the UPS store; Gentleman who answered left me on hold for like 10 minutes I thought finding out the answer to my question; He then came back and asked for my phone number saying that he was helping customers. I told him it would have been GREAT , if he told me that to begin with and then hung up on me. I called back to talk to the manager, with NO response. Your HYPE about yourself is GREAT...You NEED TO WORK ON YOUR ACTUAL SERVICE!!!!!
Garden City Park Store #4989 has the most amazing employee named, KAVI BHATIA...KAVI Helped me today with an order that had to be returned to overstock.com... The 2 boxes were so oversized The emailEd /printable labels were sent wrong... KAVI Was determined to help Me... He found a way to receive the email that’s also wouldn’t send from my iPad. He even spoke directly to overstock for me on my behalf to expedite the proper labels. This young man has amazing computer skills and patience with his Clientele. Sincere gratitude to him and his store for their help today.
Very kind and helpful, today I was there I need extra help with the shipping label, that I was not receiving from where I had to send the package this young gentleman help me to speak even with the company, when I received he even printed for me. They really go behind what you expect for service.I prefer go there even if is a little farther away5 stars deserved.
Excellent service, they truly go above and beyond. I have a box for my business at this store and could not be more pleased with their attention to my business needs. Miguel and his team have always seen to it that customer service and attention are always their first priorities.
The absolute worst experience ever with any store anywhere. The two fools inside the store are completely worthless. Full of bad information and refused to pack (NOT SHIP) thrice packaged cremains. Then refused to give a UPS envelope (you know the ones that are FREE from the drop boxes? I was making and did make a purchase of over $10.i guess that’s what happens when you have 2 16 year old little boys working. Will post receipt for proof
I’ve been using this UPS store mainly as my location to drop off packages I need to ship back/return.There’s usually 2 people working and even it’s just 1 they have you out of there in no time.Today I dropped a package off and the guy working was especially kind and smiled.Thank you

2022-05-10This store has always been great for Amazon returns until yesterday. Amazon says during the return process that a box or label is not required for returning via UPS. I go to the store and the male worker said I needed a box for my item. No worker has ever said that to me before. I have always returned small items without a box before, and its never been an issue. He wouldnt let me return it and tried to get me to buy a box. I ended up going home. This was extremely inconvenient for me to have to come back again.

2022-02-28Yesterday Sunday 2/27 around 1:30pm I wanted to purchase $9.75 worth of boxes. Unfortunately I only had a $50 bill, the young woman after checking the drawer and counted about 7 or 8 ten dollar bills in front of me, plus I saw fives and singles too, asked me to go next door and ask for change. Really?? She had enough change there, who is responsible for making sure enough change is in the register? The customer (me) should go and ask for change from another shop without purchasing any goods from them? Or should the employee go after ringing me up and get all the proper change the store needs (your store was empty at the time) she didnt even ask the young man working next there if he had change in his drawer. After I said Im not going next door and that she has sufficient change for me, (four tens) dont lose the sale, she just smirked and said okay.. Just so the owner knows, you lost a long time customer along w that sale. Better customer service training and respect for solid customers is needed.

2022-06-26My wife have been using service at this location at least twice a week for over 7 months. The service is great, and very fast, every one make sure the clients don’t wait no more than 2-3 minutes. Its very important, since every one lives a very busy life….!

2020-10-09This Ups store is really great and awesome customer service. The lines are always small as the staff is great at multitasking and moving the line along fast. There are lots of places close to my home that I could chose to shop my package and amazon returns but I go out of my way to go to this store because of their service. They have won my loyalty.

2022-02-14The worst store I ever visit, they over charge for printing 5 times or more. I can’t believe they charge me $3.75 for one black&white page while I could print the same page in color for just $.76 in Staples store. I would never use their services again shame on them that’s obvious stealing!Reply:Your reply is so weird and unprofessional! It was only One Single page in black&white that I printed, which 5 pages you are pretending I printed?!! You overcharged me for ONE Single page again I paid $3.75 for ONE page and you are posting lies here!!! Weird Store!

2021-03-13This post was for the Garden City Franklin Ave location. Not Garden City Pk.I would not recommend this location to anyone. The way they handled losing my package was completely unprofessional. The manager Dominic did nothing to help expedite getting my refund in a timely manner and is totally unprofessional and rude. I was the one inconvenienced not him. He should be doing everything in his power to accommodate me. I will be taking this matter up with corporate! If I could give this location zero stars I would! So very disappointed with their lack of experience and professionalism!
