I went into this store on June 15 to mail a small package to my dad. I told the associate that I needed this package to be there before Sunday and he assured me that the 3 day shipping is the one that I needed to accomplish that and the price would be 31.15. I told him that money wasn’t an issue I just needed it to be there in 3 days. Well now it’s Monday which is 5 days and the package has still not been delivered. I went back into the store this afternoon to explain my frustration and not only was the associate nasty but he lied about the whole transaction. I have enclosed the receipt which clearly says 3 days on it. I should be charged the regular rate of shipping at the very least and not the 3 day which I was lied to about. I will never use them again and I suggest everyone else does the same.

Be aware that Amazon allows UPS returns that do not need to be packaged. This location believes otherwise and charges you for packing/boxing. The commack location is better

A very nice respectful young man helped me with my packages. He took his time and explained the return process. All young men should be like him. His name was Ryan.

The tall employee Greg is very rude, makes you feel very unwelcome and that he doesn’t want you there. All other employees like Sam and Nick are the opposite and very nice though. Maybe Greg should be more like them because they are great

As usual with the ups store its dark and dingy. Looks like an old dirty kinkos or something. But the employees here were awesome. Pricing was well under usps prices for a large box. Smaller item was more expensive, but I shipped both and it worked out still cheaper. Good people old school dirty shipping environment. Always happy to not get the usps attitude.

Easy to see right off of East Main Street servicing Smithtown and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced for large packages. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.

This smithtown branch has provided exceptional service when compared to the other branches I have visited which I would describe as industry average. The staff were friendly and clearly explained the shipping types as well as my alternative options.
