The UPS Store in other cities:
The lady at the store is so rude. The people in front of me were clearly shocked by her attitude as well. She said “if it has a label put it in the box” then it was my turn to go up and i didn’t have a label i needed to print one and she said “you’ll have to go somewhere else my printers been broken for 4 months” i just walked away. I needed my box taped too. Definitely felt like she would have said no if i asked.
I did an overnighter to this location thinking it would be best since the “customer center” is only open for three hours and the package wouldn’t be outside in the rain. I guess the store was closed an hour before the posted hours on the UPS website and on the door of the store because I guess when the driver showed up there they couldn’t deliver it. Called to ask for a refund and what do you know they couldn’t do it because the “carrier” (they are the carrier lol just say WE) fulfilled the request by changing the delivery date to tomorrow evening. A day after the deliver date is not overnight. So no refund lol. Save yourself the headache. If you overnight something, just have the location changed to the customer center THEN it will actually be ready for you when you get something overnighted to you.
The woman who runs this location in the morning is just ridiculous, there is no reason for the rudeness. I went there today and she sat in her car and only entered the store as customers came up. I have contacted the corporate office regarding this ongoing behavior. I thought with the move to this new location things would get better but they have not. Its a shame because the older gentleman that is there in the evening is so nice and helpful.
The staff working here shows no respect to customers. The store also closes sometime during lunch time (I guess it depends on the time they go for lunch). If you dont want to enter the place that makes you feel you own the staff hundreds of dollars, go to another UPS store to save your time and mood.
This UPS store used to be a few blocks away and moved to this location recently. I cant believe the difference of customer experience before and after the change of staff/location. I had absolutely 100% pleasant experience with the previous staff over the past 5+ years. I would give 0 star for the current staff if I can. I stopped by twice. First time, 8:40am on Monday, door was closed!! I saw another gentleman sitting in the car waiting outside. Second time, I ran into the rude staff many other reviews mentioned already. It was a small item for amazon return, a job couldnt be easier. The attitude of the staff was just outrageous.
My first time in the store the man at the desk had an extremely rude attitude. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day. Two weeks later I go in and he has the same rude attitude! I have never experienced such rudeness at a business. How do they get away with this behavior? Never again will I go to this UPS store. I will drive to the E. Genessee store instead.
This is my 2nd encounter with the woman who runs this place. The first time was over a year ago returning an Amazon package and the only reason I remember her was because how rude she treated me that time. This time was exponentially worse encounter with her. Attitude problem doesnt cover it, she was actually hostile and demeaning. I am NEVER using this location again and will tell every damn person I know! -10 Stars if possible.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. Ive been there on several occasions to drop off amazon returns among other things. The first time i experienced this lady I gave her the benefit of the doubt and assumed she had a bad day. But every time Ive been there she is horribly rude and doesnt want anything to do with this job. I wish I got her name. I know I am not the only one who has experienced her unbelievable behavior. She should not be working a customer service job. I will never go here again. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to another UPS store.
I am actually relieved to see all the negative reviews about that horrible woman. I thought it may have been something I did. She was so down right mean the second I walked in I thought I must have horribly offended her just by being there. She gave me no prices or options for shipping, just took the info and demanded my money. I should have just walked out but honestly I was fearful of her and just paid and got out. I did express my displeasure though. At this point I’m doubtful my package will actually get shipped or arrive undamaged. We’ll see. If there are any problems I will just eat the cost of the package rather than go back there, my experience was that bad!! Please please avoid this location at all costs!!!
A woman here a bald head lady she was very rude speaking to customers very snappy I always get a reciept for some reason she is not able to do a simple task. She needs some re training or if u gonna be rude to customers this is not the right job for you young lady!! You need to go work in a warehouse or something that doesn’t deal with customers THE ABSOLUTE GHETTOOOO!!!
We’ve been to this store twice. Basically, the owner/employee doesn’t want to ship anything, and would prefer only the mailbox customers. Unlike other UPS stores, there’s no available shipping supplies or written information in the store. Both times, she was visibly irritated that we wanted to ship something. Very sour faced, absolutely unfriendly, borderline hostile actually. Felt like we were imposing on her. The incredible thing is that UPS national leaves her in charge. How she stays in business as a franchisee is anyone’s guess.
I would give it no stars if I could. I have gone to this location twice and both times the female working there has been nothing but rude. She always has an attitude and it is to any customer that walks in there. If you work in customer service you need those skills and proper communication. I will drive farther from this point on if I need to use UPS again.
Really horrible staff. They never pickup their phone. The woman that works there was disrespectful and didnt care at all about my business there. I went in today and they are supposed to be open but no one is in the store. No notices, nothing. There was another person who also wanted to go in and we just had to leave since the person simply decided not to come in today.
I recently purchased an iPad Pro from Best Buy in preparation for the upcoming school year. I am a teacher, and therefore am very dependent of this device to do my job during the virtual learning. Due to my short timeline, I paid $21.99 for expedited 2-day shipping. Two days later, I received a notice on my door indicating that UPS had attempted (and failed) to deliver the package to my apartment and that it would be rerouted to the nearest UPS access point, which in my case is the Nottingham Rd. location. I will also add that 5 people were home at the time of the attempted delivery and nobody heard a knock. Things like this happen, so at this point, I am still giving UPS the benefit of the doubt. The next day, I received a confirmation of delivery to the store from both UPS and Best Buy, and that the item was awaiting pickup. According to the confirmation the delivery was also signed for by a UPS employee (I will not name the particular employee, but based on prior reviews, you can probably make an educated guess as to who that employee is). Upon arrival, I was treated dismissively and told that the delivery had not arrived yet despite the electronic confirmation I had received. They suggested I come back later that day to check if the item had arrived. I visited the store 3 times that day, and spoke with the owner several times, who indicated that the package was indeed missing, but that he had no power to rectify the situation because he was barred from making a claim through his internal system. He told me I would have to make a claim online or call UPS customer service line. Needless to say, these were dead ends as well, and I am unable to file a claim on a package that has been marked delivered, regardless of the fact that it has vanished. Making a claim over the phone is also impossible according to UPS customer service.Fast forward 7 days, and I am out $900, 6+ hours of time attempting to get answers from UPS, and still have no iPad.I do not recommend using this store unless this level of corporate ineptitude is your idea of cosmic humor.
Absolutely everyone in this neighborhood knows that the woman who manages this store is actively, aggressively hostile to all customers. Its almost comical, except that she will likely be responsible for this business failing. I now do my UPS businesses online and use the drop box over by SUs campus or I go over to the USPS, where the employees are polite and professional. Its a shame. When the UPS store was on Julian Place, the people running it were so nice and helpful.
I would drive 50 miles to another UPS store instead of ever going to this location again (which is two blocks from my home). The normal worker that I have had frequent interactions with is the most absurdly rude customer service “professional” I have ever met. To the point that I really wanted to ask her what was going on outside of work that leads her to treat people the way she does? She physically can’t hide her obvious annoyance, better yet PURE ANGER that we have clearly inconvenienced her so much by dropping off a package that we have probably ruined her entire day. So so so awful.
Believe all these reviews! Worst customer svc Ive ever experienced. I, like others rarely review anything. The experience must either be exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. This was the latter. Rudest, meanest CSR ever. She said, with her back to me, whattya want? I said I need to send 2 small shipments back to Amazon & have the QR codes. Ill need a receipt for ech(the last time I sent a few small shipments back from this store, (1) didnt arrive @ Amazon and it was the one they didnt give me a receipt for) . No response, kept handling a couple small pkgs. I was the only one in the store. When she finally turned around, I again said I needed receipts, not knowing if she had heard me the 1st time, as I got no response. She said I heard you the 1st time, Im not deaf! I apologized and explained Ive been told I mumble so wasnt sure if you heard me. I asked her if shed had a tough day. She said no, its been really good. On my way out she said have an extravagant night. Cant say Ive ever heard that before but it came across as some kind of dig. Being in a raging pandemic w/a struggling economy going into the holidays, I doubt anyone is being extravagant.
They are only allowing 3 people in their store at a time even though they have at least 6 to 7 stickers on their floor allowing for appropriate social distancing. This forces multiple people to wait outside in the freezing cold. They only have one person serving people at the desk at any given time which means people have to wait outside for extended periods of time in the cold. With mask wearing and people standing on the circles to keep social distance there is absolutely no reason only 3 people should be allowed in. This place is convenient to where I live but I would rather drive further away and stay warm than freeze in the same amount of time.
Don’t go to this store!Don’t go to this store!Don’t go to this store! The woman in this store literally ask her consumers who want drop off (cause I’m not the only one) GET OUT because she don’t want give us a receipt for the drop off. Worst experience. If you want to ship something by UPS, don’t go to this store! Why I need the receipt? Because my package was lost in this store before. They won’t help you find it since you don’t have the receipt which means you can’t prove you shipped your package in this store.
Unbelievable! I have never in my life encountered such rudeness. The women running this store should be fired. Shes highly aggressive and deplorable customer service. Dont waste your time in this store. I immediately left and went to the ups store in Fayetteville. So relieved that Customer service was the focus of my business with the . Do Not go to the Nottingham Ups store!
This review sums it up best: If you need to ship items, avoid this location and go to the store located at 4465 E Genesee in Dewitt. Staff is rude and does not want to help and will be agitated by your presence.I dropped off a couple things every now and then there and always had pretty bad customer service from the infamous lady on the stool. There are many words to sum her up but I wont put them in a Google review. Last time I dropped something off my package was lost and it was an ordeal to get it resolved. The employees more than likely knew I was dropping off an expensive pair of shoes being sold to StockX as I had a prepaid shipping slip.Best advice though: avoid this location at all costs.
I walked into an empty store, and waited for a few seconds at the counter. A girl appeared at the entrance of another room and asked, “how can I help you”. She stood there approximately 15’ away, and I was surprised she didn’t approach me, probably because of the COVID thing. Anyway, because of her defensive, and in my opinion rude behavior, I will never go back to this store. Completely unprofessional, appearing to care less that I was there. Grudging in every manner of service.
Saw that this UPS Store opened at 8AM, though Great, I can drop off my package on the way to work. I arrived a couple minutes before 8. 8:05, another potential patron left as the store was still not open. 8:10, I decide its time for me to get to work. Thanks for wasting my time. After reading these other reviews, glad I didnt have to interact with Angela, she sounds like a real charmer.
Wish I had read the reviews before coming to this location. The woman behind the desk had the worst demeanor and made me felt like I had gravely inconvenienced her by showing up to have a package shipped. Ill never return. If you dont want to be abused, go to the Onondaga location. The extra drive and gas are worth it. Im surprised corporate has not revoked her franchise.
I had the most unbelievably negative experience from the rudest, and honestly what appeared to be the MEANEST staff person ever! This was at The UPS Store in Julian Plaza, Syracuse, NY. The staff person in question refused to provide her name when asked but thanks to a very kind and helpful staff at another location, I learned that her name is ANGELA. The irony in her having this name cannot be understated, as she is pretty much the opposite of angelic in her interactions with customers. I have frequented this store for many years and prior to this experience have never had a problem with the staff in this location.Upon entering, I was the only customer in the store. I said hello very nicely, but received no greeting whatsoever, and only what I can best describe as a scowl from the non-angelic Angela. When I put my prepaid package on the scale, she eventually barked a question at me. She threw my package aside and gave me the receipt without a word and continued to scowl and look mean and miserable the entire time. Her overall hostile attitude was stunning! At this point I asked to speak with a manager, and she first asked what it was about. When I told her it was in regards to her lack of professionalism and her overall demeanor, THEN she stated that SHE was the manager. (I was skeptical at first, as anyone with her antagonistic personality is not suited to a management position, much less dealing with the public). I explained to her that her behavior was very unprofessional. She denied it, and smirked and laughed with her younger coworker like a middle school girl. When I asked for contact information for her supervisor, she at first said she didnt know it, and then pretended to look it up on the computer. Eventually, she said she did not know who her supervisor was. When I asked her name, she refused to provide it and said Stop talking to me, sir! (I kid you not).I called that very day and spoke with someone at The UPS Store Corporate Offices, and left a message regarding the incident, provided my contact information and asked them to have you call or email me. I never received a response from the store owner, but just today found his contact information (His name is Kevin Fallis) and sent him an email. We will see what happens, but I got the idea from other UPS Store employees that Angelas hostile personality is an ongoing issue with customers and that the owner doesnt do anything about it. We will see if he contacts me about this.UPDATE ON 2.6.2019: I have upped my review of this store by one star, because yesterday I received a callback from the store manager, Kevin. We spoke for about a half hour and he was very kind and concerned with my negative experience. It sounds like staff turnover has been a challenge with the 3 UPS Stores he and his wife own. I appreciated the time he took to speak with me, and as a result, will attempt to visit this particular store location again. I will report back on my experience whenever that happens.
Only because zero stars is not an option. Believe what others write. The person working there was downright rude and refused to help me and provide a receipt for my rather expensive UPD shipment. She said I had to put it in the cardboard box and that she is just doing what they told her. My wife received a receipt from another location which tells me she is plain lying.
Believe all the bad reviews. I never post reviews but my experience was so bad I decided to. The gentlemen in front of me had a package ready to ship and just needed the code on his phone scanned. The person working the counter just said no, the scanner didn’t work. They didn’t even attempt to help or tell the customer where they could be helped. When they finally got all my information they printed everything out, slapped the label on the envelope, then asked me to review the information. One of the letters was wrong in the recipients last name and when I pointed it out, they made it seem like I ruined their life. They huffed and puffed as they went back to grab the package again and print out a new label.Seriously, believe all the bad reviews and go somewhere else if you want to be helped.
Would like to give no stars. After waiting weeks for an appointment at this location, I get to the store and no one is there. The store is closed even though they show being open. How does a business run this way? Was told to make another appointment. Make another appointment and hope that someone is there next time? No thanks. I’ll go to fedex from now on. Must be nice to show up to work whenever the hell you feel like it.
It honestly seems like this is a hidden camera show where they see how people react to the most awful customer service situations ever. The employee there consistently screams at customers. She closes the store at random times without any warning. She often sits in her car and barks “what do you want” if a customer approaches the store. It’s insane that UPS allows this to happen.
I just left this store to drop off 2 packages the women in the store was very Rude, unprofessional, had no consumer service manners, Unpleasant . I was only there about 1 minute and the experience was so Negative that I came on the reviews and apparently saw that everyone had a negative experience with her. Her name is Angela. I dont understand why they allow her to work there with her negative attitude. So even though this store is only 5 minutes away I would rather go half an hour away and have better customer service then I had with her , I will be making a complaint with the head quarters they need to know what kind of people that they employ!! I will never visit there again as long as she is working there!!!
The woman who runs this location is incredibly rude. Not only that she also overcharge you by telling you the rate of UPS Air when you have UPS Ground which is cheaper. She was charging me 37 dollars for the delivery which when I got a shipping label online charged me only 19 dollars.
NEVER, EVER, GO HEREDear UPS Store,I just want to thank you. If your employee hadnt greeted me by screamingDONT YOU KNOW WHAT TIME WE CLOSE?!?! , I never would have met the kind, understanding, and efficient people at Federal Express. Now I didnt realize that the store was closing in 12 minutes, but how long does it really take to print an address label? No worries. Ill NEVER darken your door again.
I feel comforted that Angela still works here. Ive witnessed some wild things at the new location. I think a lot of people have- thats why there are so many google reviews. They think, Did that really just happen? and check google for validation. At least thats what I did. Now I just drop off packages, tell her to have a nice day (she says it back!) and leave. Angela, I dont know if you read these, but I support you. Ill be seeing you with my return packages after one of my hypomanic shopping sprees.Side note: I wish Sean Kirst still worked for Syracuse because he would probably write a great piece on this UPS store.
I have been to this store 3 times. Two of the times that I have been to this store, they were not open during their posted COVID hours. The one time someone was actually there, the staff was incredibly off putting and acted like they were just doing me a favor for a service I’m paying for! Will never go back to this store even though it’s right down the street from me. Not worth the time or mood!
Its amazing to see all these bad reviews - every one of them well-deserved! - and realize that nothing has been done to correct the situation for months now. I went to this store last night and was flabbergasted by the rudeness I encountered. I have literally never experienced anything like it from a counter person, and I am nearly 70 years old. This is the first time Ive ever felt a need to take the time to post a negative review, but, really, this place is just awful.
Terrible place the woman is rude. I also had a package delivered here...went to pick it up and the office was closed during business hours so i left....called all day...no answer. Called the next day she answered at 10 am when they open at 8 she said she was open i drove there at 1230 she wasnt there! Mind you im 12 miles away from this store. No note on the door nothing! Find another UPS store
If I could give it zero stars I would. 2 of the last three times the woman was rude and brusque. More of the same as the other reviews here. I was treated as if I were an annoyance and a bother, not a customer. Will try other UPS locations. I wont put up with this kind of abuse. Ill use FedEx when I can, but returning Zappos shoes have go via UPS. (The third time I went, a younger woman was very pleasant, although she did throw the boxes on floor)
Im actually too scared to go to this store to return my Amazon packages. The last time I was there, I walked in with my package and the woman who worked there yelled what do you want and when I held up my package she just yelled NOPE and walked in the back. I stood there confused for awhile until she came out and yelled computers are down. Then I walked away. I dont understand why this person still has a job after the way she berates customers and Im used to being berated all day as a high school teacher-- she is really next level!
The woman who works here is ridiculously rude as said in other reviews. I unfortunately had to deal with her multiple times. The first thing she yells when you enter the store is “What do you want”.She even threw my receipt and item on the floor and yelled back at me don’t ever come back to the store when I pointed out her manner. I was beyond shocked.
I totally agree with Ms. Braunhitzer. This is the third time of dealing with this rude service....even a rude response from the I AM THE OWNER while many were distancing outside waiting to go in. Three strikes and youre out...Genesee St. UPS, here I come. I get good reports about that store and the people in it. I may have to drive further but it is worth it to be treated nicely.
In short: If you need to ship items, avoid this location and go to the store located at 4465 E Genesee in Dewitt. Staff is rude and does not want to help and will be agitated by your presence. The owner and staff working here should not be allowed to conduct business if they arent looking to provide service to the community they are located in. The staff member working here is always miserable, hesitant to help, and is easily agitated when a customer requires any type of assistance. In all the times Ive been to this location, the woman staff wearing a hoodie is either smoking outside, playing on the phone, or sitting on the computer. If youre just dropping off a return with no receipt, you might as well walk into an empty store and walk away without greeting them. However, if you need to ship items and would like some sort of professional customer service, I would suggest going to the location at 4465 E Genesee St in Dewitt - they are located about 5 minutes away from this store location and the staff are a lot more courteous and helpful.
I went here a couple of weeks ago to return a package and the customer service was horrible. The store clerk was sitting on a stool on her phone when I walked in and didn’t even look up to acknowledge me. It doesn’t seem like she enjoys her job at all. Although this location is close to me I won’t be returning here to drop off any more packages.
Cant believe Google removed my review? Must be because I was too literal and verbatim about the clerks swearing. Horrifying experiences to say the least. Clerk is an angry woman with shaved head who should NOT be allowed to interact with customers. Scowls, cuts you off mid sentence, plays ghetto music in store, swears in every sentence in front of customers. Found her one day to organize boxes, if you can call that throwing boxes across floor. Some of them was marked fragile. This was literally FLINGING them from shoulder height like a frisbee. All the while yelling f--- this, f--- that, sh-- f--- sh-- m-----f-----s. Another store associate was a young slim girl. Received notification that my package was delivered, but she pretended to look up information and flat out denied that my stuff was there. Package was important, and something felt really off so I kept insisting she look for it. Kept saying it wasnt there without even looking for it. Eventually she gave in and went to back storage room, and found my package. Sitting there in plain sight. Unbelievable and shady as heck. The whole store needs investigation by corporate. All other reviews here are accurate to a capital A.
This is the closest UPS store to me and after several times of using it I’m done. Every single time the attendant is just being gruff. I don’t want to but I will drive extra to go to another location. The attendant is always short and seems annoyed to help with anything. Cue Chappelle’s show “Pop Copy” skit.
I would honestly rate this location a -1000000+. I have had a handful of experiences w/ the infamous “lady of the stool“. She definitely makes you feel like you’re an inconvenience, I’ve just learned to ignore her ignorant rude a** (excuse my French). Definitely will be going to a different location moving forward.
I don’t leave many reviews, but I’ve never encountered such an unprofessional, rude clerk. She had AirPods in while working - she was visibly offended when I spoke up to repeat what she couldn’t hear the first time! And I refused to leave my prepaid package in the dilapidated box in front of the counter without a confirmation of receipt of any sort, which she refused to give. Everyone has their problems - doesn’t give you the right to take it out on everyone else.
Bad customer service, the employee (Angela) is very rude and unprofessional. She wanted me to leave the package without scanning the label or giving me a receipt. When I asked her for a receipt, she rudely said that I have the tracking number because I printed the label from my email. Eventhough this store is not far from my house, I prefer to go to the other UPS store on East Genesee rather than dealing with her rudeness
I used to come here all the time, there were two gentleman that were utmost respectful and provided an amazing customer service experience everytime. Now two ladies work there. They are the most rude and disrespectful people ever. Was just there today regarding a package that I signed for and I told her I did not and showed her the last box I signed for. The tracking numbers were different. Mind you, I then told her I think it is here can you check it for me. She said sir call the customer service and find out.I asked again....she stomped away into the room and asked what my address was. Comes back with my box. I wont give it to you without ID. Okay lady maybe try Do you have your ID so I can verify it is you? jesus christ. Never using this UPS location ever again.
I just called UPS Store corporate to complain about the hostile employee who works there. I have been waiting since August 15th for a fax from my doctors office. She has the absolute worst attitude. When I enter the store, She treats me with animosity as if I am interrupting her day.
The owner is the worst person ever. Like deadass.Dismissed me after 2 seconds and went on to help someone else without even letting me tell her what I need. Was rude as hell, when I left the store for connection came back and she seriously said “hey how are you?!” Then saw it was me and was like “he’s back” with another worker giggling in the background. Never coming back here again and calling corporate. Don’t know what’s her problem, but I’m paying customer don’t deserve to be treated like a second class citizen. Just so she can go and help her friends.P.S: Try to be a better person everyone. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FOR ANY REASON!! Edited: the woman that works here is horrible! Left her headphones on the entire had me repeating everything. I returned DirecTV equipment to them on August 20th and they still havent shipped it out as of Oct 9th! Called and left messages to speak to the owner and never received a callback. !
I came for the prolific 1-star experience and I was devastated to find it..... NOWHERE to be found. Agggh Sksksksk. No, I genuinely believe all the terrible reviews. I understand I mightve just gotten lucky. Shawty WAS rocking the Bluetooth headphone--but only ONE. I repeated myself ONLY ONCE. 🤷🏾♂️ I think I may have a different definition of rude. As a matter of fact, I know I do. Aggressive (tone) ≠ Automatically equate to rudeness. I wont waste anymore characters on a soapbox. Im neither defending nor attacking anyone. I got GOOD (enough) service. And much like a rideshare experience: disregard petty/minor grievances, so long as nothing catastrophic happens--give the 🖐🏾! SuWoo! Too far? ... Youre prolly right.
Clerk is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was nothing but friendly and polite, yet was treated with contempt. Unfortunately I visited this location some 6 months ago and had the same experience (feeling like I was a huge inconvenience). Will be going out of my way to go to another store.
Employee left for lunch leaving note saying she would be back after 15 minutes but did not have the time she left the store. I waited for over 20 min before she arrived. Several customers were waiting in the parking lot by the time she showed up. No apology for being late but instead acted rude to every customer that had been waiting. Terrible customer service
No stars, actually. I went to their website to schedule Notary Service that was listed with days & times available. Received their e-mail confirmation for my time and their location . Got there and told they dont have that service. Thanks for having me go across town to jerk me around.
This store is Close to where I live Nottingham area but I go to Dewitt store because this person is so rude and ignorant ... I know for a fact that people have complained about her but they do nothing ... so much for customer service and I hate to give her one star ...

2022-06-08This store is normal now! The mean person is gone! They are aware of how that jerk (Angela) ran the store and treated their customers, it’s the total opposite now. Don’t be afraid to go drop your packages at this UPS anymore.

2021-06-16I went to return an Amazon purchase on a really busy day for me. When I arrived, there was a sign taped to the door saying that they were opening at 12:30 on that day. This wasn’t reflected online. Luckily, I got there at 1:20 so my timing was just right. Except they were closed. Which means that no one had even arrived yet. There was a poor guy waiting outside on the sidewalk with two large boxes and it looked like another person was idling in their car waiting for the store to open. Who knows how long they had been there. I had to jet, so now I have to incorporate another trip to a (different) ups store. What a waste of time

2021-12-18Kevin was friendly and filled out the shipping form accurately and efficiently for me. When it got busy, another employee came out from the back to keep the line moving.

2021-04-02I wish we could rate these like Reddit by taking stars away. I went in to send two packages out today and I should have read the reviews first. I didnt know I needed to do that for a UPS store.Terrible customer service. The worker that was in the location acted as though I was in her way. Im sorry, thats not how customer service works. I didnt come in with an attitude at all and I DIDNT expect it to come from the person that works there.Read the reviews they are all the same. Do not work with this location.

2021-08-16I got curious and wondered why a UPS store would have terrible reviews. So, I mailed something from this store. The clerk was both helpful and professional and polite. I’m not sure it’s reasonable to expect anything more.
