Trevor came to our house on time with a smile. He was able diagnose and clear out a blocked drain at a very reasonable rate. We called him a few months later to install a sump pump in our rental. Again, got to us quickly for an estimate and completed the work within a few days. He left the site neat and clean too. I highly recommend them!
Uppercut is excellent! Trevor and Sean are responsive, prompt, reliable, and very knowledgeable and informative. Ive had them do a few jobs, including replacing my boiler. Everything went very smoothly. I definitely will be calling them for any plumbing needs going forward and 100% recommend them. Im happy to have a plumber I can call and feel good about. They was great people and that they came to my house and did a good job very professional. Told me step-by-step what they doing they completed the job within one hour got it done no issue anything. Trevor and his team are top notch. I have been burned and when I realized Trevor had a company, I ran to the phone. His team was able to diagnose my slow leak was due to a dishwasher going. My husband and I bought a dishwasher Friday night and Saturday morning, Uppercut picked up the new unit and had it installed in my home within a couple hours. Uppercut’s definitely got my business for years to come.
Trevor and Dave came right away to fix an emergency plumbing issue in my mother’s home. They were professional and very helpful! It wasn’t an easy job! Rates were totally reasonable for all of their hard work. Really appreciate it!

Pipe burst and I called Uppercut, they replied back within 15 minutes and had someone come so promptly. Whole thing was fixed in 90 minutes and it didnt break the bank. Super grateful for their responsiveness and quick fix!!!

With so much competition these days..it’s tough to find a new reliable trustworthy experience plumber furnace /AC. Professional .. do your homework look around I found one .. They call themselves..”uppercut inc. from reading their reviews there a five star service..these guys are reasonable price, courteous and very professional . It was a pleasure talking to Trevor the owner over the phone ,he scheduled me within a couple of days, just for a service on my furnace . They did a Great job. I guess I found my new oil guy .
I live in an old house and have used Uppercut on multiple occasions. They are accommodating, professional, and good at what they do. When something breaks or I find a leak, I feel better at least knowing that it will be taken care of quickly and at a reasonable cost.
Top notch! Trevor and Sean were great, they took care of a drain replacement on a shower that was done incorrectly on a foreclosure I purchased, Sean also looked over the whole shower to see if there were any other issues since I was having a lot of problems, if you want the job done right call uppercut!
Ive used Uppercut Plumbing twice now and extremely satisfied with the service I received. I Second time I had a leak in the basement. Sean didnt have any availability for the same day but still stopped by right after finishing a job. Right away he decided that he had to catch the store before they close to fix the problem for me asap. He said I would be mopping all night and he couldnt just walk away. I told him I really appreciate it and he said its the right thing to do. They are also very fair with their pricing. Ive heard so many horror stories about plumbers ripping customers off. The fact that they dont create imaginary problems for me to pay for, theyve earned my respect and I will continue to use them in the future.

Exceptional Customer Service and Knowledge. Uppercut plumbing will be my go to for either large or small jobs, they do it all. Prompt service and quality finish work. I have to say I received VIP service lol...Trevor came in and solutioned a leak in the basement of one of my rentals, then examined how I can save even more money by doing some repair work.I highly recommend this company. Overall, I highly recommend Uppercut Plumbing! I had a leak from my shower that was leaking into the basement. After getting an insane quote from another company, I contacted Uppercut and spoke with Sean O. They could do the work that actually needed to be done for only $250 when the other company was suggesting a $7,000 job (yes, seriously). Uppercut was a no bulls*** company. They were reliable and punctual, very personable guys who came and got the job done in less than 2 hours.
Uppercut Associates, Trevor, was very professional and prompt in answering our original service call request. Sean followed up with handling the additional work required.Uppercut Associates was a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any plumbing jobs.
Uppercut was recommended to me by a family member because my boilers circulator was in need of replacement. I called to inquire about their availability and discussed the issue I was having and ended up making an appointment. Sean arrived 30 minutes late but was great and knowledgeable. He recommended replacing my expansion tank as well and had to leave to pick one up from a nearby plumbing supply store. He replaced my circulator and expansion tank, drained all my zones and made sure my boiler was working optimally. He completed all of the work in less than 2 hours (including the time to pick up the new expansion tank). When he wrote up the bill I was charged a higher rate than my family member and was also charged for 3 hours instead of 2. When I asked why he said he had to charge for travel time. When I made the appointment I had asked if Poughkeepsie was to far, knowing that they were located in Newburgh, but they said it wouldnt be a problem and made no mention of having to charge for travel time. All in all they did good work but I probably wont use them again.
I called Trevor on Sunday evening. His tech Sean called me to set up a time at 2PM on Monday. Sean finished his other appointments earlier than expected and was at my apartment at 11AM on Monday. He wrapped things up by 12Noon. Great Service!

2022-05-25The crew at Uppercut Plumbing was super speedy and installed a tankless water heater in a couple of days for me and redid some of my pipes. All of their work was super clean and they charged a fair price. Would highly recommend to anyone.

2021-09-03I spoke to Trevor because I had broken the plastic screw on my fill valve . He was very friendly and professional. I spoke to another plumber service and they were going more than double the price. He also the sent the plumber the same day. Because of the affordable price, I ask him install 2 more fill valves on my other toilets.David, the plumber , came to my home and he was extremely professional and friendly. He replaced all 3 fill valves quickly . I’m extremely pleased with their service , affordable price, and professionalism. I would recommend Uppercut plumbing to everyone. Thanks again!! I will definitely call them again if I would need any plumbing issues!!!

If you want high level service and a complex job done at light speed, UPPERCUT is your plumber. They showed me all of my options without making me feel like their profit was the driving factor, and were timely and efficient. From the first phone call with Jim to schedule until the job was complete, we had a great experience. I have (and will continue to!) recommend these guys. 2021-04-10I didn’t listen to my husband when he said he couldn’t install a faucet. Two weeks and no access to running water, I googled plumbers. It was a customer’s review that made me call UPPERCUT. I had exactly the same experience! Trevor was great. Sean installed my faucets. He talked me through everything he was doing. Very personable and professional. UPPERCUT also installed my washer and dryer. Dave provided the happy ending I needed after my frustrating experience with a big box store. I called at 9am, Dave was at my house by 130pm the same day. 2021-05-25I am serving as Executor of my cousin’s estate, and several plumbing issues manifested in the house following her passing.The first was a pool of water from a bad connection on the boiler. I got connected with Uppercut Plumbing using the Thumbtack app. That first call led to many other calls directly to this company… because, hey, when you find a Good Thing, you keep it!This time, it was a huge back up and out pouring of water from the washing machine drain. Preparing for the worst but hoping for the best, a team of two plumbers was sent to the house, and showed up, literally within an hour of my calling! Tell me when does that ever happen?!? I will tell you when it is happened to me before… And that was when I called them the three times previously!The team arrived thinking there was a huge problem that would require the “big snake.” The lead professional asked some discovering questions and determined that he would use the smaller device first, to see if it would alleviate the issue.
