I called Valenza Plumbing to service my furnace and install a new thermostat. Dominick Valenza and his helper did a great job. Dominick explain in detail when my furnace and water heater should be serviced. I would 100% refer Valenza Plumbing for your plumbing needs.
My husband and I have been dealing with a clogged Kitchen sink for close to 2 weeks. If you’ve ever had this happen then you know it’s really a frustrating and uncomfortable situation to be in. My husband is usually very handy doing things around the house, so after 2 weeks of trying everything, we finally gave up. We ended up calling Valenza Plumbing who came highly recommended by neighbors in our community and the neighboring vicinity via the Nextdoor App.Valenza Plumbing responded right away, and was able to schedule me for the next day, first thing in the morning. Dominick was the one that came out… to say he was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough would be an understatement. He was an Angel sent to ease my mind and obliterate my frustration. He was patient and understanding and even gave us a few nuggets to help in the maintenance of our sink. When he left I was a happy camper. I will definitely be using them for any and all of my future plumbing needs just off of this one encounter… thank you guys.. you were awesome Dominick!!
Selling our house and, of course, the boiler pressure valve sprung a leak. Called Valenza Plumbing. Though not an emergency, they came the next day. Great communication from Eric, the owner. Max was our tech and he was knowledgeable, professional and very personable. The price was reasonable. Great experience from start to finish!! Family owned, honest, local company
Valenza was very professional and did neat and sturdy work. They arrived as scheduled. We had a pipe in our shower that broke away from the drain. During use, water would run into our utility room below. Valenza did an analysis of parts that could be reused versus where we would need a total replacement. They added a stronger bracket to hold up the pipe so it would not come off again . They suggested other things to look into while they were in the utility room - just considerations. I would use them again. Great work!
Everything you could want in a plumber. Impeccable service. They answer the phone and/or return phone calls. They show up on time for appointments. Eric and company are knowledgeable and articulate, stock supplies in the truck and explain the issues and all possible solutions. They are clean,efficient and neat, and leave the project just as clean -if not cleaner- then when they find it.Bills are itemized and reasonable.We have been using Valenza at our office in Newburgh for over 20 years and at home in Cornwall for almost as long. We use them for general plumbing, A/C service and installation, heating service and installation.Highly recommend without reservation.
We needed a well tank replaced. Service was fast and the installation took place without any issues. After installation they let me know other services that they perform (A/C service, furnace cleaning). We made an excellent choice and will definitely use Valenza Plumbing for our future needs.

Our former plumber retired. We are fortunate to have found the Valenzas. A friendly family owned business. Eric, his son Dominic and wife Kim are all involved. Eric understood what we needed. Dominic did the work. Dominic repaired and replaced the inner workings of a toilet, found a leak from a bathtub pipe and fixed it, lowered water pipes and a drain for a washer and did some odds and ends (including putting on a new toilet seat.) Excellent work. On time. Explained what was done. All very friendly. And the cost was most reasonable. compared to others. Yes. A good price for the work done! Highly recommended.

From our initial call, staff provided excellent customer service and scheduling was swift. We received other quotes, but out of all of them Valenza was the best price hands down! Valenza Plumbing came to my house this week and promptly repaired my sewer lines both inside and outside of the house. They were very personable and easy to work with. They cleaned up when they were done you would never know I had any work done. Top notch company.

I have been using them for a few years now. Most recently (today) they came out and took care of the issues I was having with my bathroom drain. From the moment I called all upset they were able to calm me down and reassure me that they could help. They were polite and professional the entire time. They explained the job that needed to be done and there weren’t any surprises or hidden costs. I will continue to use them as long as I own my home. My dogs absolutely loved them too.All COVID guidelines were adhered to.
Not sure what this means, but every aspect of our home that can be improved by diligent, professional plumbing, heating and air conditioning services has been so improved by the wonderful people at Valenza! Valenza, now in its familys 3rd generation of service to our community, has taken excellent care of the Gomez Mill House Historic Sites heating and plumbing needs for about 5 years. They service our boiler and heating system each year and respond as soon as they can to emergencies or problems. They are also very thorough and expert in answering all our questions to explain everything to us. We highly recommend them.
We had Valenza plumbing come to our house 2 yrs ago for an emergency service call due to a collapsed sewer pipe outside of our house and a clog inside the pipes in the house . The guys were very professional and with their sophisticated equipment , they were able to pinpoint our issues and together with The excavator, they rectified the situation . Just yesterday we had another issue with a clogged pipe and leak which we were afraid was going to be a major fix like the first one was .The guys came soon after we called them and again , using their camera and computer system , they found the issue quickly and were able to take care of it rather quickly . We had a new toilet that my husband was going to install and the guys offered to do it while they were here ....which saved us lots of grief and headaches . The guys were super friendly and took their time explaining everything they were doing as well . We would definitely recommend them ! 👍

We had a flood in basement-called Eric and he was here within hours. He made his assessment-referred us to the right guy (septic issue) and followed up later in the day. His son Dominick did the job needed-all in all-they were terrific!!! 5 stars.

Love the guys at Valenza. Had some trouble with the oil burner (need a good clean). Dominick & Max (two of the employees) came through and had it cleaned and running in about 45min. Appreciate them squeeze us in even though they had a very full schedule that’s day.

They have done 3 jobs for us now and we are very pleased. They show up when they say and, if they are going to be late, they call and dont leave you hanging. You know exactly what they are going to do and their estimate is pretty much what the final bill will be. If they do run into problems and have to do additional work, they go over it with you beforehand. Their prices are reasonable. They are professional, get the job done as quickly as possible, and finish what they start. They even clean up after! Highly recommend.

Be careful! They charge for an estimate if you live outside of the Newburgh area. They wanted to charge me $100. I wont advice them, there are many good companies in different places. Look like this company does not know how to make business and make customers.

He has done the most thorough examination of our complex heating and plumbing systems, taking the time to educate us along the way, and there’s no doubt in my mind that we will be permanent customers. He’s been very fair, too, differentiating between urgent needs and longer term fixes. Great service!

2021-03-19On Wed., 3/17, I called Valenza emergency number & within minutes Eric returned my call. He stopped by house to check placement of heater & said they do installation on Thursday. The installation went very smoothly & two young workers who installed unit were efficient & made sure at end all was cleaned up to our satisfaction. 2020-10-10We had an emergency with water all over the boiler room caused by a leaking pipe in the ceiling above the furnace. I called Valenza Plumbing, which was recommended by my neighbor, and left an emergency service call. It didnt take long I got a return call from Eric. He made sure I get my emergency attended in about a couple of hours. The plumber arrived and went to work right away. He located the problem and repaired the damaged pipe. He was thorough and done a clean job, but most importantly he listened and answered questions with certainty. Very professional and honest family business. Now I know why my neighbor recommended Valenza Plumbing and I can assure you will get a quality service from these guys. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!

2021-07-20Thank you to Dominick for always doing an incredible job! Yesterday was his third time at our older home. This time, he repaired an outdoor hose bib & installed a new one for us on the other side of the house. He also installed brand new interior shut-offs for both.The first time, he had to troubleshoot why we didnt have any cold water in our kitchen sink as soon as we moved in. He was able to track down an old valve that was in the off position hidden behind a sheet of drywall in the basement. Once on, it started leaking so Dominick was able to quickly remove the old valve completely so we could drywall over it with confidence.In between, Dominick has been here to provide a yearly cleaning and service to our furnace. Again, the service was fast, professional, & more cost effective than any other quote we received.Wed use Valenza again in a heartbeat and recommend them any chance we get. Thank you again!

2021-07-16Dominick came to my home to repair my furnace that had a minor leak (small drips with no puddling on floor). The day prior I had another local company come to my home to take a look and evaluate my problem. The technician from the “other” company told me that I needed a new furnace for $9000 or he could do temporary repair but it would cost $2500 but there were no guarantees that the $2500 repair would last and I may still need a new furnace. (My furnace is 12 years old.) The technician from “other” company said he was putting new cap on some part. When I returned to the basement in the morning we now had a problem as there was a significant puddle of water on the ground. Fortunately I had seen Valenza signage and I thought to call for second opinion. When Dominick and Max arrived both were professional and polite. After evaluating my furnace and knowing that another company claimed I needed new furnace or $2500 repair. Dominick told me that all I need was tightening of a part and perhaps replacement of another part in future. Dominick also explained that from his evaluation of my furnace we could potentially get another 10 years with it. My cost was his time for the hour! Insignificant to what we potentially could have paid to a local con artist. I highly recommend Valenza Plumbing, heating and cooling and am so appreciative to have found a HVAC company with integrity. Please look no further and call them. It takes quite a bit to motivate me to write a review.
