Very sweet staff and helpful. They dont ask you a million times if you need help like the pink store. The staff were very knowledgeable when I asked for specific items. Very pleased with my purchase tonight.
One of my favorite stores - everyone here is wonderful, including management. They just reopened 8/3 and are following excellent safety guidelines. For now theres a greeter at the one entrance (the other remains closed) and directional arrows on the ground for traffic flow. Associates are statistically placed throughout the store and everyone is wearing masks. POS is reduced & there are plexi barriers for safety. One positive effect of the pandemic has been an increase in customer service everywhere, and this VS location was already offering great CS before all this!
They have the best scents with their perfume and body spray lines. They really cant be beat! In my opinion they arent checked out enough for there scents lines! Just love them and I am super picky about the scents I wear! I have only ever found 2 scents I like at bath and body works. Victoria Secrets also keeps their amazing scents and doesnt do away with them like bath and body works frequently does. So you can find a favorite and stick with it! My personal favorites are pure seduction, bombshell, and love! Check them out !
I took my 12 year old daughter bra shopping. Victoria Secret was a nice and peaceful atmosphere from beginning to end. She was able to be fitted for a bra and once we told the fitting specialist the types of bras she was interested in, several bras in that style were brought back to the fitting room for her to try on. They even keep shirts in the dressing room for customers to try on to gage how the bra will look under clothing. After my daughter tried on the bras, the fitting specialist took her directly to the area where she could find the styled bra she liked in her size. Pricing was less than I expected.
This store is alright. They need to clean their floors a bit....too much hair bunnies floating around and their merchandise tend to be on the ground. Staff are selective to what type of customers to help...which is weird as this Victorias secret not Simone Perele or Luxe....oh well. Overall okay selection. I do appreciate them having a separate store for pink items

I ended up opening a credit card to get extra points. I love the styles, just wish the prices werent so high.It just always seems like you have to spend an arm and a leg to purchase items.

Way overcrowded with mostly style-less items for females.Purchasing department, that is straight females store and look over current styles. I do believe you even can Google. They Never have a good selection of lg boyshorts and to many thongs and xs,s stuff not enough lg. Plus, the store is way to far..... but, still love VS -n- Pink!!!!!

The wait for a fitting room was 45 minutes and one of the woman snapped at my boyfriend who was waiting on the line and saying that its too long and we shouldnt wait...definitely 1 star for this store for their low stock unreal fitting room waits and snippy staff

2019-11-07Update 11/6/2019: Im not sure if something changed, but the customer service has improved since my last two visits. Perhaps its because I came in on a Monday night when it wasnt as busy (store was virtually empty). As opposed to being essentially ignored like the last couple times, this time I was assisted by a couple employees - one of whom I think was a manager. They assisted me with a bra fitting and bra selection and all of them were very helpful, friendly, and great to chat with. Plus they had a great promo on bras going on, but VS often has some kind of nice little promotion. The bras I ended up getting are perfect and suit my needs immaculately. Ive been a fan of their push- up bras back when I was a smaller size and younger and I think that wont change any time soon.OLD: Beautiful store, but most VS stores are pretty. They have their PINK and regular store separated and literally across from each other which I thought was strange at first, but I guess they couldnt get a large enough store-front for both collections. The reason that I dont like this location much in particular is because the customer service isnt that great. The last time I went there an employee at the entrance gave me a snobbish look and the employees there in general werent as welcoming as the employees are in other VS locations.66

2022-06-28During the Semi Annual sale your credit card processor for the Victorias Secret credit card specifically was down, really bad timing if you ask me. Us customers wait once a year for the sale to come around and come and spend a on of money but unfortunately was unable to do so this year. Big disappointment

2022-01-29Not crazy about the prices but the materials are very comfortable. I love the different variety of styles and colors and the people that work there are friendly. The bras are long lasting and comfortable so its almost worth the amount they charge, but really just for special occasion in my opinion.

2022-02-26This store had long lines so I approached an associate at an extra register near the exit and was told “no you have to wait in the other line” (after seeing her ring someone out). Due to her unwillingness to help, I will not be returning to this location or brand after my experience!

2018-09-02The Victoria secret was decent. I go in there for their perfumes, lotions and body sprays. I dont shop for lingerie because I am.flat chested and can not fit any of them. Lol😂😂 So I can not give you a good review of the lingerie. To be honest with you i am very picky with scents of perfumes, lotions and body sprays. I did not like the winter and fall perfume collection. However, I enjoyed the summer scene collection. They do have great customer service and they ask if you need any help.jUpdate: I recently bought 2 bras and a perfume from Victoria secret. I could not fit any bras in the store but since they got me fitted and told me my size I was able to get my bras shipped online. Im happy that I am able to fit in some bras but I am not pleased that they dont carry my size in store. Sometimes I dont want to shop online and I want to pick it up on store. Waiting for my bra to arrive at home really sucks. Regardless I am still going to buy the matching panties.

2021-09-03Did not appreciate walking in the door being asked if we needed help, saying no thank you, and then having the help forced down our throat!!!!When you tell a sales associate that has a radio that you do not need any help, everyone in the store should leave you alone!Unless youre working on commission people should come to you.You should not force yourself on potential customers.Very disgusted very disappointed do not appreciate the culture that the store has adopted.Your sales staff does not live up to the standard that your clothing has established!Please reconsider your sales strategy because it does not work for everyone.We ended up walking out because of that experience.WINTER AGAIN WORSE EXPERIENCED THAN LAST TIME WAS LITERALLY FOLLOWED BY 4 TO 5 DIFFERENT SLOPPILY UNPROFESSIONAL WOMEN THAT JUST KEPT HOUNDING AND BADGERING US IF WE NEEDED HELP WHEN WE HAD ALREADY SAID NO MORE THAN ONCE.THE ASSOCIATES ARE NOT DRESSED FOR THEIR SIZE THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY.NO OFFENSE I CAN SEE WHY THIS COMPANY IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS I WONT EVEN MENTION THE EXPERIENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

2021-02-13The staff is very friendly, the greeter at the door offered a variety of services and I politely declined. The have a lot of cute stuff, but only a small selection for curvy women.
