The store is perhaps the smallest Walmart i have ever been to but it was clean and the staff was very helpful.
Absolutely terrible customer service just left there about 11:00 p.m. on Monday the 27th and whatever manager is on was absolutely terrible with customer service absolutely should be fired I will be contacting customer service as soon as I get in the house I recommend nobody goes there because they assume everybody is yelling however they never have anybody which is why they assumed I was stealing something because it was already back from previous evening just as an FYI do not go to the grease Walmart on West ridge Road when the female night manager is working
If you need to head to a Walmart this is the most decent in Monroe county. Warsaw has a clean amazing Walmart. Elm ridge is runner up . Its not gonna e spotless people ,remember it is still Walmart :-p they have a very sfocked pharmacy / OTC / personal products.
The woman (short Caucasian medium length Brown straight hair) here today was very condescending and rude. When asked where to find school supplies she said that they were there keep looking turned around and walked away. Instead of being helpful she decided to shame us for looking for school supplies saying “it’s January, that stuff comes out in August” Walmart teach your employees how to treat people respectfully
Its ok, not the best walmart Ive been to, but it has everything. The exterior is a bit shabby, parking lot needs some work, and the inside feels a bit old and not well kept. The store layout could use some work in my opinion. The customer service is ok, but not a lot of cashiers and things move slowly (but I think thats pretty common in most walmarts).
The store was clean and not crowded. If youre trying on clothes it might be a wait, but the workers were nice and chatted with my hubby while I was trying on some clothes.
This has always been my go to Walmart. Its close to where I stay and very convenient.Im real old school and still love to watch DVD MOVIES. The collection here is always great. They never disappoint me. If your into Horror movies like I am... then you most certainly need to come check out their selections 👍🏾Customer Service is always great and the store is very well kept.Everything is easy to find. Theres never really a wait in line and thats a wonderful thing.Most definitely recommend this location. Has and will always be my spot 💯FYI... THEY HAVE ZERO BARS HERE!
Avoid using your debit card here. Someone tried to buy stuff online with my info but I noticed it really quick. But other than that, its just another Walmart.
Smaller walmart, usually well stocked. No grocery section for fresh fruits or vegetables, and no refrigerator or freezer section. Clean and lines were not long

This is a clean and organized store. They had what I needed and a good selection.
Only 1 checkout with an operator. The rest were scan and go. I think Walmart can afford another operator register.
So I ordered a coat for curbside pickup, and when I arrived they tell me its delayed. Then I wait and nothing! Then I get another text that they canceled the order altogether. A waist of my time and gas.

Its Walmart... This location is better then most of the Rochester NY stores. Just like every Walmart they have 20 cashier lanes and only 1-2 open. Staff is a lot better more friendly and willing to help.
Being able to just go in get what I need and get put within 10 mins is a great experience.

So happy to see them employ so many people with different levels of disability. As someone who cares for the sick it made me super happy to see the employees and customers happy and satisfied. Supervisors were around to make assist if any additional help was needed in such a quiet and subtle manner.
I shop here on occasion. One of most honorable stores to stop by and shop. Its a great store.
There are hardly any cash registers open. The lines move very slowly. Plus everything is usually thrown around and on the ground.
The most surprising thing I found about this store is that it has the best selection of Fancy Feast cat food of any store during this shortage!
This store allows me to bring my puppy 🐶 Ive been going to this Walmart my entire life. What else can I say...its Walmart. They basically have everything.I bought these cable ties the last time I went to Walmart. I am a seed breeder and Im using the different color ties to label the branches by strain. Blue for Durban poison, orange for jokers candy. Etc..Thank you Walmart for always having what I need to make my business grow😁

I went to the store at Dewey Ave in Greece to exchange some shoes that were a bit bigger needed the right size. Went to the service desk and the lady ask me if I wanted the money back in my card. Its been two day and still doesnt show on my back card. Ill give it another day and see what happens.

I went to this Walmart last Friday, everything was going great until I encountered a very rude associate by the name of Veronica. She had the nerve to yell at my mother in law and I to Back Up! there is not enough room for your cart and standing around here I was in shock I had to leave that area as I was with my step daughter too. She is very rude and was even rude to another customer there telling her rudely I cant hear you! You have to speak up! Yeah will never shop there again!

This place is extremely unprofessional and rude. My friend was literally just trying to find and buy a pair of house slippers because her actual shoes were completely soaked through. AP followed us through the store even AFTER we paid for the slippers. Rude employees and management. AP and Management should learn how to do their jobs. I’d rate less than a star if I could.

Why don’t yah pick up the phone what’s els yah doing at the customer service desk because yah most definitely not doing yah job yah should be ashamed of yah selves it should take 5 minutes of the phone ringing waiting for someone to pick up and my friend said horrible horrible communication but if you can get back o her on her application she will definitely be delighted but other than that get yah shizzznet together and pick up the phone for these customers

The one in Greece... electronic section no lines and employees were VERY helpful in that department. One guy Even looked in the back for me on his suggestion!
This was the most ratchet Walmart Ive ever been to. It looked barely put together. Things were falling off the shelves, the aisles looked like they had been haphazardly thrown around, just so they could all be squeezed together. People were bumping into each other left and right.
I’ve shopped at this Walmart for over 10 years since moving to Greece and have never had an issue til the other day. I am a disabled person who suffered a stroke 2 years ago, which means I am not able to get around like I used to. Whenever I enter this store there are usually the motorized carts available and I am able to shop. Well, Sunday afternoon when I entered the store there were no carts available which was no biggie until I saw a Walmart Associate on break with a cart parked next to her. My sister and I then watched this woman get up and get into the cart to ride it to the register she was working at. I was shocked and appalled. She parked it and didn’t want it touched. My sister went and asked another associate about the cart and she was told that she could ask the woman for the cart. She told the person no and a Helping Hands worker saw what was going on and he then proceeded to get the cart from behind the register, he wiped it down and rode it over to where i was sitting waiting for a cart to become free. Thank you, Alex. I was finally able to get my shopping done for my Christmas decor. Walmart you need to do better and get ur associates in check. We called management when we got back to the car and he was irritated and embarrassed because he knew exactly who we were referring to because he’s had spoken to her about using the carts while working. Hopefully this never happens again.

I cannot complain yet! What I needed was in store. Yet store was a rubble sue to stuff not being stocked. Seems lately thats Walmarts theme. Managers I know are working hard with staff. But when I go in store and see staff talking of over w0 minutes in same spot about everyday life its a problematic. It shows how long it took for check out and how staff is not utilized correctly. Walmart needs a General not a friend!
Theres always enough parking, and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The lady in clothes helped me find the wallets and was very nice to my son. Despite having a wild 2 year old toddler running around, the employees are always so nice and pleasant.This Walmart is not as large as the Walmart on Dewey but it is much cleaner and the staff are much nicer.
If you are some one who enjoys not being bother by sales associate s this is the place to go. They want you to use an app to find the price instead of marking product. Then there is the working for the company. YOU are now the clerk, cashier, and bagger all in order to shop here.
Shop here often. They always have what I need and the associates are nice and they are helpful. Only minor complaint is that music when youre walking in from outside. Its really annoying but not enough to affect the rating.

I tryed to purchase a few bags of landscape gravel and was having trouble with the cashier who did not have the QR Code to scan at the checkout. I walked out to the garden area and spoke with Randy. He used his hand-held scanner to get the code, walked into the store with me to the self checkout, then arranged to have an associate meet me back in the garden center where I picked up my bags. Randy turned a frustrating situation into a successful purchase and experience. Kudos Randy... youre a conscientious employee.
This Walmart is one of the slowest, dirtiest stores by FAR. Save your energy. The workers don’t care enough to be efficient or even quick; rather they roll their eyes at you or offer any other possible rude remark. Awful.
I went to Walmart to buy some plastic totes that were shown on sale in store for $2.50. Regular price was $4.98. The ad stated that the color of the tote was white. When I got to the store not only wasnt there any white totes but on the Shelf I didnt see the sale sign or a space for white totes its like they never existed. I brought a gray tote up to the service desk where I was met by the store manager. She scanned the tote and stated Sorry, thats the price. No other help was offered.To say Im disappointed in Wal-Mart is an understatement, and I will avoid them if possible
Like other Walmart locations, I quickly go in. Get what is needed and head out, the only issue is how on the busiest days there are only a small few registers open sadly. This is depending on which Walmart you go to shop honestly.

As pleasant as Walmart always is, standard status quo.I do question why they dont seem to be carrying new trading card stock.One nearby walmart already removed their trading card isle all together, and this one is heading in that direction.I always agree that players need to shop at their local game stores, but sometimes walmart has deals that just cant be beaten! 😩Please dont stop carrying trading cards! Sometimes I can only afford retail price!

Only 1 cashier working now. Trying to force everybody onto self-checkout. Not worth My time to wait in lines and then check myself out. Ill use other places for most items now. Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Food Lion often as cheap or just slightly higher prices, but at least I can get service from a cashier there.
This walmart is awful. Its been the least taken care of Walmart in the last 30 years but on top of not being a super center the employees are aweful. There was some 50+ electronic lady who was swearing up a storm and in her drama at +10 volume. Super doo doo.

Called every single department in the store and tried every option on the phone menu and can not get anyone to awnser. I am extremely annoyed at how bad the management is there, literally no one will awnser a phone there. It is just bad business practices. Go to any other Walmart but this one. Not to mention when youre in the store you cannot get anyone to help you and it is almost impossible to find an employee. This store is ran like trash.

Curbside pickup is so convenient but it was especially pleasant due to the young men who waited on us. Tyler and Austin were thoughtful and considerate, making sure our order was safely loaded and that we were aware of the changes made to our grocery list. When we tried to tip them they explained that they cant take tips but we can take the money intended for them and donate it to the Golisano Childrens Hospital. These two kind individuals are worth hanging on to. Their kindness made our whole day

Stores seem to be empty and unkempt likely during to emplyee shortages Im sure but good prices except on food and the wait time due to the shortages to pay for your food is extreme youd think you would want to get the money asap considering the inflation on the food..🤷🏾♀️

It good for maybe a quick purchase, but its not a place you go for shopping. It feels like more like a place you would go for a quick bday gift or looking for decorations or outdoor items. They have some snacks but other than that I didnt see much.

Having gone to this Walmart many times, makes me knowledgeable about this store. This Walmart has all the clothes, underclothes, and outerwear at the entrance. These deals are amazing. Cotton underwear at an unbeatable price. Bought 2 shelves that required assembly, at a low price, and they were flimsy... Great athletic styles for plus-sized women, as well as fashionable blouses. They have hampers that are great quality at an unbeatable price. The store departments are well organized and visible. No restaurant sitting in this store. All of their food is groceries. Nice workers at this store. The Dewey Walmart and the East Ridge Rd Walmart seem to be more crowded and have more crime. Plus a few shady employees. Affordable 3 in 1 printer, scanner, and copier in one are at Dewey and West Ridge Walmarts.
The electronics department cashier needed help and it took 7 minutes for a senior worker to come and help him. When he asked over the radio for help from a specific manager he told him he couldnt help because he was collecting change. I work in retail and would never say that to one of my workers over a radio no matter how short handed I was.
Nasty workers none want to help. They give you dirty looks and roll they’re eyes. Nasty miserable dirty old manager. Never will I step foot in another Walmart besides Brockport again. Beware. If you like disgusting people that love confrontation then this is the place for you!!

This is a super Walmart with extensive merchandise . The prices are great for bargain hunters. Always be on the lookout for clearance sales and closeouts for the season to get super deals . Parking is great and so is the service. You can also do your grocery shopping here for added convenience. The prices for food are very competitive with other local stores.

I went to this Walmart to get a water bottle today and I had an A+ customer service experience.To give you some context, I am not good at finding things at the store. I must’ve wandered around for half an hour before deciding I was not going to find this on my own. After asking 2 employees, I was finally, I thought, in the general vicinity.And then when I got there I still couldn’t find it, so I asked an employee named DeShawn who worked there if he could help me find a waterbottle, and he’s like yeah for sure and he brings me to the bottled water. And I’m like My bad DeShawn! I’m looking for an empty water bottle. Or like a blender bottle would be perfect, like one of the ones you make protein shakes in, and he’s like, oh yeah for sure! and he brings me to where all the protein powders are and goes, “Here you go!”By now I’m getting exasperated and I go, I’m sorry DeShawn, my communication skills have clearly come up short here, I don’t need the protein powder, I need like the vessel the protein powder goes in. Really I need any kind of semi-permanent container I can put liquid in with a cap. I’m defining for him what a water bottle is as Mark walks up. Mark looks like Seth Rogen from the second half of pineapple express. I’m still in define water bottle mode so I tell him I’m looking for some kind of large-ish capsule to carry liquid in, or you know a blender bottle would be great, or any kind of transportable bottle for that matter.Mark goes into full thinking mode and is like, yeah we must have those here, and I’m like exactly! He goes did you check the sports section? I go yes! He’s like exactly what type of “bottle” are you looking for? And I started explaining the bottle again and said any empty bottle that wasn’t filled with another liquid would do. And, I kid you not, we stood talking like this for at least 5 full minutes, meanwhile DeShawn is looking at us like we’re from another planet.We eventually give up and decide the water bottles just can’t be found, and as the conversation concludes, Mark reaches into the box he’s been holding this whole time and puts a blender bottle on the shelf directly in front of where we’re standing.I’m like Mark?! Blender Bottle?! He’s like, oh my god that’s what you were looking for?! I’m like yeah! DeShawn did you see this here the whole time? He’s like yeah I brought you right to it and you said you didn’t want protein powder. . .All in all a top notch customer service experience, deducting 1 star for questionable bathrooms.
Compared to how this ace is represented in Ohio i must say in rochester they still have pride in their store and their guests. I would drive here every day before I stepped another foot in steelyards....if I could.
Im not a regular Wal-Mart shopper and this is not the store I would normally visit. I found exactly what I needed. Check out was fast. The sales staff was pleasant. I will visit this location again. Its worth the drive.
When I went to get a shopping cart, apparently they have changed what they are using to clean their carts with. It smells like some kind of chemicals when people are treating their lawns. When I asked the manager what they put in the spray. She stated Im sorry we dont have a flowery cleaner However she couldnt tell me what is in the cleaner.
The money we save over weggies is great. With a family of 8 in one house, the food cost is a huge bill! We get almost everything here. We get out meat and veggies from local places as the quality seems to be better. Other than that, we love it here.

Turn the light off on the self checkout register if you plan on adding money to it. Dont stand directly behind customers while they ring items. Its intrusive and sends a message that you dont trust your customers. Not to mention she was closer than 6 feet. No one was behind me so there was no need to linger. The store wasnt that busy either. Also, I asked Tracy nicely to come back when I was finished and she just backed up a little more. But still lingered. Every black person using self checkout doesnt steal 🙄 #Annoyed

Okay so its not that bad but please will you stop having people follow people around the store. Legit I was browsing to see what I might want to buy, and I tend to take my time, and every move I made this one woman was practically up my ass and every single aisle everywhere I moved to and as soon as I went into the bathroom I came out and there she was not even three feet away and glancing at me from the corner of her eye. I asked her what she wanted and she said oh nothing just looking around. Stop having me spotters follow innocent people why dont you follow the Hoodrats that dress funky and jam stuff up their skirts

There are signs and labels EVERYWHERE. Other than the normal 6ft apart, they have the directions on the aisles etc. What they dont have are signs at the end of the self check-outs that have the conveyor belt that state they only take credit cards. I unloaded my cart only to see it up at the register. Although they have associates at the entrance checking that people are wearing masks, there is no one walking the store enforcing it. People either take them off or put them under their noses
While I was shopping an associate Max overheard me asking where an item was he not only helped me find it, but also helped me and my boyfriends mom load up the car. He deserves a raise for going above and beyond for customer service! Im sure they arent paying him nearly enough for the job hes performing!
Interesting people there. Jewelry lady who worked today 7/14 had to leave at 4...she was like rushing me because it was 3:59..i understood, and asked if i should wait for the next employee on the shift..she just brushed me off after that and rushed me some more to look at ring sizes and told me to order it online, and scampered off yelling out loud that her shift was done or something and paced quickly to count her Drawer...it was like she was way way way too obvious to rush me at the end of her shift..so I give this experience a 2 out of 10. I hope there is better customer service next time...

Walmart was great but was misleading in kiosk machine,it states that had a cellphone kiosk that buys phones and Ive walked 4 miles just to hear that they dont have that certain machine....

I enjoy going to this walmart because it is not a supercenter walmart therefore it is not as packed. What i dislike is alot of the staff lack customer service skills. Just about everytime i go there i am only greeted by a cashier when cashing out. While shopping i have never been greeted by staff or even asked if i need help finding a item. The staff working around the store seem to talk among them selfs and show no interest in helping out a customer. Other than that i like this walmart.

This store has an uncanny ability to attract the citys least considerate shoppers. From what they do to and in the parking lot to the way they mistreat the store itself. But as long as Walmart continues to carry Lego, I will continue to visit from time to time.

I am disappointed that I cannot return a couple of items that I purchased. Unfortunately I have broken both arms was unable to try on the blouses that I purchased. They do not fit now I am stuck with them. And its not like I could try them on in the store. Wish there was something they could do for me. Ive only been home a half an hour with them all the tickets are still on them
Okay this is your typical Walmart there is nothing 2 amazing or extraordinary to report here. You have your front doors those are handy. You can get in and out of the store with no problem. Theres also a roof to keep the rain off your head. The AC works pretty nice so if its hot outside its pretty well climate controlled. If you want to call and see if they have a product ahead of time thats where youre going to find your biggest pain in the neck. Theres absolutely no way youre going to get ahold of anybody in under 30 minutes
Id give no stars if possible, trying to spend money in N.Greece Rd. Walmart, no one is in store to help paying customers! No one in automotive or sporting goods! Trying to spend hundreds, only employee i saw was toooo busy organizing two day old Halloween stuff! Now Ill do all my shopping online, I hope you guys have to close your doors! You definitely dont want success!
A Walmart not crazy crowded! It may not be big, but its got everything youll need. The cleanest, organized nice clearance aisle too.. pretty clean, quiet. Relaxed shopping!

Those spectrum guys are super annoying, please remove them.They just added self-serve checkouts to the store and I usually hate using those, but an associate Brian pulled me from the long lanes register and assisted me all the way through the self checkout process. He did not only help me checkout faster, he was such a sweetheart and guided me Step by step on how to use the self checkout machines. Its so easy now! He definatelly deserves a raise and I love shopping at this Walmart. Small and has everything I need. Great customer service!
Automatic checkout. Only one clerk with a long line next to completely empty automatic (8) check-outs. Obviously not wanting to use the automatic checkout. Employees stocking shelves could have been at checkout, if there was one. A trip that should have taken 15 minutes took l/2 an hour., Customers asking where products were. Too bad. I spent a lot of money at Walmart, but Im not going back.
They never have enough cashiers!! Always a pain to check out. I feel sorry for these cashiers, they do the best than can.
Worst customer service ever. I had to print some pictures at the photo kiosk, so when I was done I had to wait to get an envelope and wanted to pay at that desk. The employees behind the desk were openly bad mouthing other customers, calling them names loud enough for anyone in the area to hear. Also, when I requested to pay at that register I was told no, you have other stuff in your cart, go up front. I only wanted to pay for the pictures there but they couldnt be bothered to cash me out. Nasty attitude, inconsiderate, and down right mean. No wonder Wal-Mart has the reputation they do. Ill stick to Target from now on.
Great store if you still love the small Wal-Mart stores! The hustle and bustle is rarely there so you can cash out quicker. Personally, I love it and hope the smaller stores are always around!

As far as nestness/cleanliness, it is like most. Constantly boxed everywhere because people are trying to stock or refill the displays. Random products in places they dont belong. Despite all this I feel like they usually have ample stock compared to other places and have several varieties/options depending on what youre looking for.Dont expect more than 2 check out lines to be open though ..
On 5/17/19 at 2pm, I went to this Wal Mart for a simple return but its not about why I was there more so how i was treated. The customer serivce representative was very friendly and greeted me with positivity and respect! What an amazing employee! Unsure of his name but i pray he gets recognized for his amazing customer service!#IHATE #DEWEYWALMART #ELMRIDGE4LIFE
Very bad experience unfortunately purchase a cell phone and other things turns out I did not need they refuse to return them even though I tried to do it immediately got a manager involved that had such a sourpuss on her face you think that money was coming out of her own pocket absolutely horrible management skills I tried to be as nice as I could and although I was able to get my money back she look at me like she wanted to put a knife in my eye Im not joking such a bad experience
We were just picking up something we ordered. Werent in there very long. Did see a woman wearing a bunny outfit that looked like pajamas haha. But I couldnt get a good picture.
Very helpful staff were out today and helped me find what I needed to move! Thank you! Only thing I would ask though is that you please carry rolls of thin foam sheets for between plates and to package breakables. Prices much better than Lowes on everything from Oxyclean to rolls of packing tape and storage bins! Awesome! :)
Called a head to make sure they had a tablet in stock and the person on the phone said yes . I get there an hour later and the guy said they didnt have any. I dont understand why employees are telling customers false information. I wasted my time and money coming here. Better off going somewhere else
Absolute joke. Received a microwave for anniversary gift and wanted to exchange for one that wasnt broke within two months of purchase (I have 90 days) and because I didnt have receipt, was told there was nothing they could do. Meanwhile, saw three people do exchanges or returns without receipt during the 20 minutes I waited for a manager to come assist me. They knew it was purchased there because there was a barcode on it they could reference and it was still an item they carried and had on their shelves.
This Walmart is very outdated. I like that I can get in and out quickly. They need to have a few more groceries. Just a few. The front end staff is miserable. The clientele is what you would expect from Walmart. I’d prefer a newer super Walmart but this is what I have so I make due.

Have been attempting to add items to my order but site will not let me choose the size I want. Have attempted a few times and the site freezes.
Im a clearance rack girl. I was able to find several items in plus size in the clearance rack. Im a very happy customer. Your cashier was very nice and cheerful.
Clean store, staff was very helpful with finding what I needed. Even took me to the item. I would recommend this Walmart over other Walmarts in the area. Better selection and more of a friendlier staff.
This is a an older Walmart, so its not going to have everything as it is not a super center. It is also not open 24hrs.This store carries milk, has a Redbox, and a mobile phone and optical center. There are no restaurants in this store, although this location has tried to incorporate one in the past.Lines are fairly short. Check out times are around a few minutes on average.
Shelves are empty employees are hit or miss with their customer service ability most of them just dont care
Really good store. Do not have enough checkout lines open when its really crowded. And no express lanes if just purchasing a few items.

Terrible to say the least. Bought Mac n cheese for my sons military care package, for he is on deployment in middle east. The price rang up incorrect and to make a long story short I waited 11 minutes until the price that I new was correct finally got adjusted properly. You asked and that is my crappy experience I had today @ your store. I am a loyal Walmart shopper. Maybe I should shop @ wegmans instead,in the future.
Same as any other Walmart. Good prices, big selection. So glad they have the Ryan Toys Review products (wasnt sure if they would yet), my son wants all of those for his birthday lol
People who work there are not helpful at all! Asked an employee where memory cards were, she pointed and said around the corner and never even looked at me.. so unprofessional! If you dont like your job quit but be thankful you have one! This store needs to have seminars on how to treat customers! Disgusted

Smaller Wal-Mart does not have a large food store but very good at the general merchandise and Id usually well stocked.
Another disappointing experience at Wal-mart. Everytime I go the staff doesnt greet you, thank you or smile. The only thing good about Wal-Mart is the prices but after today Ill be taking my business to Target. I get treated 110% better at Target and prefer their customer service over Wal-Marts. This isnt the first time the cashier slowly rung up my items without saying hello, or even look at me. But I have noticed anytime I go to the makeup isle I have an employee putting makeup away and never excuses herself or even bothers to move from the middle of the aisle. I have worked in customer service for 13 years it isnt that hard to put a smile on your face and act like you care. It isnt difficult to act like a decent civilized human being but at Wal-Mart it is. ✌✌✌

This isnt a supercenter. I prefer shopping at this walmart if i can. Its not as busy as others and i never have a problem finding what i need. Its also fairly cleaner than other stores.
More people than I thought but no problem finding a cashier to check out fast.
90% of Walmart associates at this location seem bothered and act rudely when asked for help. Not to mention it is one of the more ghetto Walmarts in the area, would rather commute to Walmart in Brockport then shop there again.
Went in for some gift cards. Looked around a little. An employee helped me with the self checkout with buying gift cards. I havent used the self checkout before. Everyone was very friendly.

Terrible experience, i left feeling disrespected and violated to feel judged by someone cause of how I was looking. To be talked too like i was Less human and to be put into a category with someone else and I didnt even know the person, we happened to be looking asst the same item that was in the wrong spot and we started speaking. Being discriminated is the worse feeling you can get especially when you live in upstate ny. Then when you review your cameras and you realize that i didnt do nothing wrong and you couldnt even apologize. That sucks.
Walmart employees should be able to speak English in order to work in a sales and on the floor itself, very difficult to try to find something when two different languages are colliding...
Love the stand very courteous , If you ask a question the staff will take you to your item (unlike other stores) its a smaller stores so everything is easy to find
Way to Getto just like Dewey Ave and Henrietta and oh yes Hudson Ave .. Wal-Mart has become the king of the 1st of the month and 3rd week of the month.. Target is where we go now.... Sam is rolling in his grave the poor guy. Shame on Wal-Mart on what they have become....

Their return policy during Covid 19 was a complete joke. Closed changing rooms .. you can touch everything in the store but God forbid you bring an item of clothing back that didnt fit they wont allow you to return it. The location in Greece NY needs to be shut down its so scummy.
I went to the store on 07/15/2016 around 4pm. My young daughter had to use the restroom. So not knowing where it was I asked an older lady in electronics where they were. She looked at me then looked at both of my daughters and looked at me again. After almost a minute of awkwardness she told me it was up front by the customer service counter. Then she tells me that I am not allowed to take her in and that she would have to go in on her own because they dont have family restrooms. I have always taken her in the mens room and have never had an issue anywhere! She went on to tell me she is trying to get one put in but since there isnt one I am not allowed to take her. I reluctantly let my 7 year old take her in because I didnt want to start trouble. After thinking about it I am first off upset I just didnt do our normal routine and take her myself. Seeing how dirty the store was I can only imagine how bad the restrooms were. Second I shouldve talked to the manager about the lady making a natural situation seem weird. Never again will I visit that store!
There is a sense of poor management when the parking lot is full of carts and pieces of garbage. I self checked out so that was good. Maybe they have good days. That is definitely not today.
It was awful! Employees sitting around on their phones and very rude if you tried to ask them for help. Store was a mess and no one seemed to care. Take the time and go to Brockport.
They have all you need and save alot in food etc but need more cash registers because those lines are crazy.
Excellent shopping experience 11/11/19, purchasing an iPhone. Owen who is from OSL, helped us with the purchase. He arranged to meet us at the Elmridge store at our convenience. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Owen is a credit to Walmart and OSL. I plan to use him in the future and will highly recommend him to friends and family.
Went to Walmart Northgate Plaza ! I wanted to buy this treadmill. They said online it was available in store for pickup. Well I asked for someone to help me the guy says someone would be right with me! Well 20 min. later no one. Finally got a manager who looks but only to tell me nope we dont have one! She says according to the store they have 2. 1 was the display and she didnt know where the other one was! How can you misplace a $290. treadmill? This happens all the time here! So they called Elmridge Wal-Mart and they had one! So after speaking to the manager again I asked if she could give me something for all my troubles. She says Ill give you s $10. gift card. Lol well I took it and went on my way! I hate Walmart! Yes I did go buy it at the other Walmart and they gave me the online price.
The person on the register was so slow. I could have keyed in the codes by hand and I havent run a register in 35 years. Other then that all was good.
Stock Down in some food areas. I know this is not a Superstore. Bathroom was clean
Like the self check out and have no issue paying for paper bags...but there should be a sign just stating the bags are 5 cents. Good store and convenient.

2022-04-16I am never usually in this part of Greece. Had to stop and get dog food for my dog. This stores layout is different than other stores and didnt want to waste time looking aimlessly for fidos food. Asked a clerk and they said to go all the way down the aisle, on the right. Found it in a jiffy and was back on the road for home. Lots of people shopping as it is near Easter. But, I strolled to self checkout and was done in two shakes of a bunnys tail!! It has better womans wear than the others? Why is that?

2022-05-06The Walmart wasnt as clean or as organized as the ones that I usually go to. They only had one express line open and the line was extremely long and moving slow. The only good thing I can say is that an employee told the gentleman, that was behind me in line, that the customer service desk would cash him out. Needless to say, we both went there and they cashed us out. I wont be going to the Hudson Walmart again.

2022-05-25Not a supercenter so basically a Walmart without food. The do have some staples like some dairy but can be low or out of stock on some items. Still if you are looking for the other things Walmart is known to carry you should find what you are looking for. Unfortunately those Walmart brand staples can be hard to impossible to find. This Walmart is no different. For the most part plenty of name brand products at higher prices. Like everywhere else some empty shelves as well.

2022-05-03Everything about this place drives me crazy there rules if I use a debit card to buy something have receipt but card changed I should get my cash one think no no receipt a gift card from. My bank said that not how it should be . Food sometimes still on shelfs after expired date city store prices three times outside are store prices. No one speaks and dam English

2022-05-26Does anyone pick up the phone at this location. It just rings and rings and no one answers. Sometimes its best to know if they have the products that customers are searching for. Instead of wasting gas and not having it there. I get it people are not working but if youre busy place me on hold and let me know that I will be a few minutes on hold. smh
