Really nice store but most employees are completely checked out, and the ones that do care are visibly overwhelmed. I felt terrible even asking for anything.
Definitely a good Walmart in item availability and security, even better for people watching. You can find all types of figures here and it’s more than spectacular
No high paid executives wanna pull up next to someone in a Walmart vest behind the wheel of a Porsche . So they cork the check out lines and make Kyle stock 15 hours worth of cheese in 7 expecting AP to bust out on someone smuggling Smuckers jelly halfway to their suburu. So get in line but dont smile when you got 2 packs of D batteries strattling both ankles so the wifey can use the Hitachi without losing the months billard money. Facial recognition , I gotta laugh at that one.
Not my typical location and that will not change based on today. Expired meat, fully stocked, mind you. Several aisles in hardware and automotive completely clustered with unstocked items. No possible way down them. I did find a few helpful workers, unfortunately though the keys I had made will need to be returned, during the extremely busy holiday season, bc they are too thick and just get stuck in the lock...
Actually found what I was looking for. Better to go when they open, not many people there. And they were stocked pretty well. I found a flavor of slimfast shakes I cant find at wegmans nor tips so that was an awesome find. Guess I went on a good day. The only thing I didnt like was the self checkout. I hate self checkouts when I have a cart full. If I only have a couple items its fine but not for a full cart.
This Walmart is consistently dirty, including items on the shelf, employees are eithernowhere to be found, on their phones, or mingling with each other.
The phone is nonexistent at this location and and there online service is trash as well. They canceled our sons baby formula order only 2 hours before the pick up because it was out of stock. Seriously what awful service. The only good thing is there prices are decent and thats about all they have going for them at this location; as well as convenient location and some decent staff, but that is literally it.
I understand some things cant be helped, like items not getting shipped to the store and what not. But it socks when the same things have been out for weeks and weeks. The horrible attitude problem almost every employee has here is ridiculous, the fact that they cant seem to open any lines on their busiest days, I can go on and on, but I wont. Most of you know what Im talking about. Do better WALMART!
No cashiers.. Employees standing around watching you scan your own things. Shelves are too high to reach things and no one around for help. Employees unwilling to help. Deli closed. RIDICULOUS
This Walmart is more stocked compared to the Lancaster store. Lots of Bengalis work there.A tip for all Walmart shoppers in all locations. Download the Walmart app and scan every item u buy.. because during checkout many of the items are over priced, call a Walmart employee and tell them to fix the overpriced item. Show proof from the app.You’d think a major brand like Walmart would be careful about these issues, but during the last 1 year, I found about a total of 5 items were over priced at checkout.
First time in this Walmart location, immediately noticed much more inventory then a few other smaller locations. Selection was incredible, prices were as competitive as anywhere and there is so much too choose from.
Absolutely amazing store. SUPER STORE is a good description. They have everything from food, tools, toys, garden supplies. Every single thing you could ever want or need...and lots of toys for the grandkids. Mark
I hate how Walmart says they value their employees but yet they have the highest rate of self checkouts of any store. If people really wanted to check themselves out they would just stay at home and order online. We go to a store to be waited on to be taken care of, not to deal with checking ourselves out
I visited late in the evening before the store closed. Many aisles were blocked by skids of product having been moved into the store. There were a lot of helpful staff although some appeared overworked with the amount of product they had to get put out.Most of what we were looking for was in stock.
Went there to use the DC Fat charger. Open! Working! Yeah!Also stopped at the Subway. Always like a good six inch chicken sub
I was fortunate that I was able to schedule a time for pick-up for that day. I received a message when my order was ready. When I got to Walmart and parked in one of their reserved parking spaces for pick-up, I simply let them know my parking spot # , color , make and model of my car and they came right out. Very pleasant young man. I opened my trunk and he loaded the groceries right into my trunk. We never came in contact with eachother. Just like that, my shopping is done.
They could do a better job at organizing but okay for the most part it is pretty busy Walmart finding a spot will take a while
In the self checkout the workers dont really tell customers if they can go to the register. The customers seem lost when it comes to that. Walmart seems to rely on self-checkout more. If they are going that rout then they should remove the rest of the non self-checkouts and make them all self-checkout. Because it is busy when I went

To be honest prefer the other locations of Walmart better than the one on Walden. This store isnt kept as clean and presentable as it could be
Sultan our cashier was rather salty. He kept pushing items in my face to put in my cart, and really didnt care how the items were handled or bagged.

Walmart Walden Galleria exhibts ZERO enforcement of the Erie County mask mandate. Between 2:45-3:15 today I observed both clients and employees not wearing masks or hanging around their necks. It doesnt matter that you have banners and signs when management refuses to enforce the County health mandate.
Horrible! My wife was there 3 days in a row and every time it looked like this! No one stocked at all!!!! Dont go there if you actually need groceries!
Im sorry if anyone says they hate Walmart. Then they arent to bright. Or they have so much money they dont mind paying more else where. The prices are like shopping at save a lot or Aldi but you get name brand products. A lot of times cheaper.

Suprisingly the store was visually not unpleasant to the eyes, orderly vibes, and it was clean. One of the few Walmarts I could say I enjoy going.
If your a person of a darker complexion, such as myself and the Sun is glaring through the front window 1st thing in the morning-I went to the mobile phone recycling kiosk while the sun was glaring through the front window 1st thing in the morning, from over my shoulders directly into the camera! It was not able to match my face (Selfie)with my ID. With that Id probably recommend the store or vendor reposition that machine (especially the camera placements) so that everyone can be photographed without an issues. Then noone will have the issues I had today because unfortunately I was not able to sell my phone back because your cameras couldnt recognize me!
When I ordered my items, they came on time, and that was quick and wonderful for me.

Asked about a product, they didnt even look at the product code or asked what kind of vacuum they just said its out of stock. The price said it was $49 and then they also said oh these vaccumes would never be that cheap. But they have the sticker on there showing its that price. The crew there was horrible, did not want to help or get to the bottom of it,and, on top of that they just spoke Spanish to eachother. Nothing wrong with that considering im puerto rican, but dont talk about us when you think we dont understand it. I now remember why I stopped going to this Walmart in the first place. If the store manager or department would like to contact me, that would be great so we can figure out this vacuum situation.
Tried to curbside order a tv they said 10 was in stock and they canceled my order at the last minute and said it’ll take about 3 days for them to transfer MY money back into my account. Employees are just a bunch of little teenagers who get paid to stand around and do nothing. Always fooling around on their phones. Store could be packed with 1,000 people and only 2 lanes would be open. Worse Walmart ever. Need employees who are willing to work.

The shelves be empty they never in stock unless you go all the way on transit the one on Walden in Cheektowaga ny is the worse the workers are rude and ghetto the mangers are no better .
I understand theres a labor shortage. But why are there 6 employees standing at one end, 6 at the other end, and 3 in the middle (ALL on their phones!!!) and not 1 single cashier lane EVER open?? And this location was like this prepandemic too. No thank you, ill go somewhere else where i dont have to scan $300 of my own groceries , esp when there arent even paper bags to purchase to PUT my $300 worth of groceries into. We are a family of 6, we go through alot of food every week!!
ELECTRONICS CLOSES AT 10PMLazy. Lazy. Lazy. I stood in electronics for about 20 minutes and watched about 500 dollars walk out the door cause nobody felt like grabbing the key from customer service and helping a few people. But Walmart doesn’t care us idiots will be back tomorrow to buy whatever it was we wanted.The manager I approached didn’t even look at me when I asked for help in electronics lol, continued to stare at the floor and mumble that electronics closed at 10.I thanked her and said I’ll go else where to buy what I wanted.The idiocy that comes with Walmart is NOT worth the cents you save on products. I don’t really see a reasons to give that dump my money… but what’s it matter to them, I’m just one person.Later Wally, Target for the Win.I know reading can be a challenge for some…. But please look at the photo attached and show me where it says electronics closes at 10. I’m fairly certain I can read and those two ones together that say “11” looks like 11pm to me.

I went on a Saturday evening, the store wasnt very busy..Ask a worker where the Halloween items are, she throws her arm up to the other side of the store! Over there! 😔What? A worker slams into my cart, which slams into me, I say exscuse You, No manners, Im digging in my purse at checkout & a very large man yells at me that Im in the wrong line. I asked why? Its for cards..I now have to move from a line Ive been in for 10 min. Best for last, went into the restroom, two empty opened bottles of soap! Yep! Gross! Ill stick to On-line.✌😒
It never fails. Half the time we shop at Walmart, whatever we went for is not on the shelves.
I love Wal Mart. The staff is friendly and helpful. Although through no fault of their own some things have gone up and their coolers have been depleted from customer shopping. Can hardly ever get Jonahs Crab claws or leg. But I do love the store and prices. Its helpful,So Helpful
Was clean and friendly, many employees asked if I was finding everything ok. There were some areas of the store that had nearly empty shelves. I was looking at the watches, and had some questions. Linda was very helpful and cheerful, she helped me check out several watches till I found one I liked. The cashier was wonderful, he told me some jokes, asked me some riddles told me some stories. He was very amusing and friendly. I didnt catch his name, but I am pretty sure if you end up in his lane, you will enjoy his presence.

The absolute worst place to shop in WNY. Just a matter of time before something bad happens here. It may already have, I think someone was shot in the parking lot. Dont let your wife or kids shop here. Staff and and managers are clueless when it comes to customer serviceYou will always find opened merchandise on the shelves. Customers shoplift here like its legal. Would shop here because it was close to home. No more, I will no longer take the chance of getting harassed by customers or worse, employees .

Every time I enter a Walmart I truly believe that God kills a kitten I walk into the store and I feel when I leave I got a little bit dumber the staff is always horrible and always in a bad mood and the people that shop there are just the worst of the worst even having to go in there just makes me feel ill I avoid this place at all possible costs but every so often for some unknown universal reason its the only place to pick up whatever the item is Im looking for and Im forced to endure the most tedious shopping experience. For some reason every Walmart smells like Bo and depression

Worst Walmart in the system.. Doesnt except cash at the self checkouts now. One register open with a wait line of about 20 people if you do have cash. Shelves empty with hardly any product! Go to any other store an theyre fully stocked with both self an regular checkouts open. Might as well shut the place down!
Typical Walmart; as expected. If you are from out of state, good to know they have no plastic bags. Looks like they may have had recently, but charged for them. Daughter looked it up and theyre banned here. Environment friendly. Wish we did this in Kansas.

It was quite pleasant shopping in Walmart this evening. There werent a lot of people in the store. All the employees were really working, stocking shelves. Some were even singing and laughing with each other. I even mentioned how pleasant it was to see & hear them enjoying work. When I asked for help, the employees were very nice and professional, and that means a lot to a professional. The bonus was the store had toilet tissue and paper towels! Very good Walmart!
Friendly staff, they helped by looking for iced tea, none available right now, all good, we will check again another time!

It is a very big Walmart and has a large parking lot. You can find almost everything here, from kitchen tools to clothes.
Ive never met a super Walmart I didnt like. Walmart is consistent with their brand and merchandise. Shelves always stocked and I never have a complaint. One stop shopping!
I took this photo while there bc it made me laugh. Who paying that for one bottle of Dial hand soap? This location is 24 hours with low prices outside of this one. Avoid on weekends around regular store hours and holidays because its PACKED. FYI have your receipt ready bc if something is not in a bag (usually dont offer a bag big enough) they will stop you at the door! Furthermore it takes employees a long time to restock their shelves at this location. In addition, BEWARE OF A PHOTO COMPANY CALLED PORTRAITS INTERNATIONAL THAT USES THIS WALMART FOR MARKETING. Employees will try to sell a $20 8x10 family photo must pay another $5 sitting fee. Pressures you into a $189 package. Nice photos but not worth the 3 week wait and pressure of purchasing more then agreed too.

They then only had one side of the self check out going. The check out line were out of control. Open your eyes management and open more lanes up!!

You reget walking through the doors .the place is always dirty with goods all over everywhere . Workers never doing there job you can go in there for one thing your there for a hour and a half .Even self checkout is long then watch u check out and find out the machine dont take cash no more while they stand there in groups of three or more .I cant believe it they spend do much money to move the company and build a nice flesh store to not making sure the store is being run right i love Walmart but this place is gross it even smells u can tell when u first walk in rotten veggs fuit things thrown all over things not where they are supposed to be items not stocked cant get help when u need it i can keep going and going but i wrote enough as it is
This was my first time back at Walmart since early May 2020. I went to the Walden Ave location & it was about 2pm. The store was a mess! Shelves are sloppy, some new merchandise is on the floor in boxes with no one to stock the shelves. Yes, this store is busy with lots of carts & customers so its difficult to navigate safely around. One major problem I had was looking for someone to help me. I asked a woman who was near dressing room & she said she cant help me but she will get someone else . After 5 minutes, I walked away. Then there was a Male employee ( he was wearing a blue Walmart vest) whom I asked , disaster because he did not look up from his cell phone as he was walking, told me no and continued on his way. !! How does a major store like Walmart continue to stay in business? Totally frustrated, I went through the self checkout and left. I dont plan on going back anytime soon.
This Walmart store is small in size, but good parking. It has a curbside pick-up facility. I feel a little dark and not enough clean here in this store. Customers and associates are mostly Asian, especially South Asian. Associates are helpfull. Its a busy store.
I shop at Walmart all the time cause of their great prices. However this location had leaks all over the store with buckets to catch whatever was leaking from their ceiling and not just 1 spot, I noticed at least 3 that customers were going around or plowing right thru the water. It seemed a bit dangerous & unsanitary, but the customer service at the check out line was good.
Use the Walmart app ordered my food the young man theme I had bags he said Ill even bag it up for you that was real nice.
Never answers the phones!!! Not even the customer service line. Its a hit it miss. Several times my drop off grocery order never shows up, and no one calls me to tell me why. I have to call the customer support and they can never do anything about it, so if I have any luck reaching the store I get we couldnt secure a driver to pickup your order. So why not call and tell me?!! Isnt there job to figure that stuff out. Then its well drop it off first thing in the morning. I tell them to call me to let me know my groceries are on the way. One time they did not and my groceries sat outside for 5 hours. Another time a driver took my groceries to deliver them, then returned them back to the store?? When I place an order, sometimes half my list is unavailable. This Walmart needs to really get their stuff together.

I do like Walmart but I dont shop there cause they have been getting bad in different ways..
I bought a air mattress and inside the box the bed wasnt brand new which i didnt know someone must return it or I dont know I never went through that situation before. Finally when I return the item and try to exchange with a different bed, they refuse to do for me saying that Im the one who put an old bed in the box. Less argue less headache i let it go for the sake of Allah (God) and I just decided to walk away.

Place was clean and had no issues finding anything. But the entrance way thief Checkers were broken and every about 45 to 60 seconds would start blaring the alarm that somebody was walking through without paying. Slight headache after standing in the long line for the easy check out
Some better prices than Sams club. You dont have to buy such large quantities either. There are so many items in th he store. Associates are friendly too.
Some shelves are stocked, some arent or out of product and some shelves are stocked with limited quantities, it just depends on what youre looking for.Ive noticed that as far a clothing for boys, girls, toddlers and infants, selection of items fair. It could be better, needs expansion and more styles.Not able to find vinyl table clothes.Hopefully this was due to the recent Christmas Holidays.

Did curbside App twice and had nothing but issues. First time I picked up I waited for an hour. I finally went in and still ended up waiting 20 minutes more. This store is a joke. They dont even answer the telephone. Go to target theyre quick and efficient. Half the groceries ordered and shopped for were incorrect.
What is up with all the rotten fruit and veggies.i get home the middle of my bag of tatores was rotten, strawberries I get to the middle was rotten,kiwi to.its prepackaged.nothing on stock really.walmart in my opinion is going to crash.your workers are not working properly people.they are not chat friendly.who is the manager to all these stores.you should be a ashamed of you lazy self.custermer service was wonderful.i even hugged the poor lady.she took heat from other people.you Walmart drag that type of people in their.i love walmart.i stick to online as much as I can.all your stores are like this.you need a manager with combat boots heavy heart and a cleanup crew.
Theres a variety of reasons to go there,, be it fit for clothes, food, auto fluids and such,, electronics or outdoor equipment and house hold items ....e.t.c,, plus its a great place to explore and enjoy just for the change of scenery,, I go there on Sundays just to browse and get items for Sunday night recreational activities,,😏🤗

Never go to this Walmart it is the most poorly run excuse for a store you will ever find the employees are less than helpful the management is non-existent if you are checking out within the last hour of the day for big kid about getting out of there anytime soon as they close everything but one register and the self-service is closed as well so youre held hostage for at least half an hour if youre at the back of the line this store should be closed forever terrible if I could read it less than one star I would
It was the first time me and my wife and two kids visiting from out of town they follow us threw the whole store until we went to pay for our stuff thats when they seen we had money we really wanted to spend a lot of money but because of that we will never go back there they only did that because we was black and it was kind of late but still never again
Positives: wait for order was super short; attendant was friendly and went out of way to bag items for us; store was easy to access w/ plenty of pick up spots offered.Negatives: half of my order was unavailable with no substitutes, but when I went inside to check, some items were there and the others had subs available that the shopper never offered/chose.
So many things out of stock at this location. I dont know if it is because of the location or because of popularity of the items I was trying to purchase, but I was disappointed nonetheless. It is in a convenient location, very busy and highly trafficked, but they need to keep up with the stock!

This place deserves no stars. I have never seen a worse store, in my life. Clearly there is no management in charge. I don’t know how they’re still in business, the isles are full of pallets, random carts full of cardboard, it’s a terrible shopping experience. If Hell was a department store, this would be it.

Did a refund online and it said to return the items with everything that came in the package to the store and I did when I got to the store they said I needed to buy something to ship it in which they didnt say when I did it online so I wasted a hour letting them know it was my priority to bring the items and theres to ship it or they could have just told me that they would send me a shipping label to send it back really thru with WalMart going to go to Sams club less hassle and friendlier staff

Hate going there. Kids are running around the store, riding the handicap scooters, screeming, and hiding under the clothing racks and no one says anything to them or their parents. I dont go there unless its a last place to look for something. I like their products , but when I go to a store I like to go and concentrate on what I need to buy not dodge someones kids. Talking with some of my friends they agree with me. Someone needs to do something to correct this problem.

The Shelves are mostly empty, not sure if its lack of staff or Lack of inventory etiquette. But besides that nice experience to get some essentials for almost every part of your home life
Mostly everything was good at the store. There were a lot of people in the store and social distancing was a little challenging. But everyone was very polite and tried their best. The reason for the two-star only is because when I walked in the store the Purell dispenser had dry clots in it and the spray bottle with supposed spray disinfectant and it was empty. I wanted to wipe off that handles on my cart before I proceed it. I wasnt able to do that.

Every time i stop there for something i need i cant find. Cant find an employee for assistance. When finally finding someone most are as clueless as I am. Yes i have come across very nice & knowledgeable associates. Mostly in the Depew location. Id almost rather start myself on fire than go to the Walden location.
3 registers were open ,6 ladies standing in front of customer service. Umm do customers a service and 4 of them could have opened a register. I dont want to self checkout my bi weekly grocerys (50+ items). On the plus side well stocked ,clean floors etc .

Never enough checkout lanes open. Went twice left twice. Suggest ordering online. And the music that they BLAST out of the building is to high. Dangerous loud when you get close. I wont go there again.
The produce was awful. They did not have a good selection of items a lot of stuff was out of stock on the shelves. There were only 2 cashiers all the rest were self check out and the bags that you pay for when you purchase groceries were garbage and literally ripped. The store was also dirty.
Customer service is huge. Most of the staff acts like you are inconviencing them when you ask a question. My observation is based on several visits so it was not just one day. I prefer Transit or Hamburg locations over Walden for anything i need.

If ever you need to inquire about a product or services, they are absolutely useless as they do not answer the phone. If you are persistent and patient, you will spend a minimum of 20 minutes to get someone from customer service and then if you need transferred to another department, forget it! Worst location ever!
Not bad till you go to check out. Dont understand why you have 200 people in line and only 2 checkout lines open. Even most of the self check lines are closed, and the ones open dont take cash.
I grew up in a small town where Walmart was really the only place to get everything you need. Now that Im in Buffalo and there are choices I will never go to a Walmart here again. I feel like people are just constantly rudely in my way and they are not seemingly hygienic people. Go to Target. Its a completely different shopping experience and even if you save like I dont know a few bucks going to Walmart its totally not worth it.
With one hour until closing, they have all of the self checkouts shut down. The poor cashiers have lines of at least four people. You can hardly walk down the main aisle. The cashiers were going as fast as they could. They were kind and patient. I typically avoid this location because this is a constant problem. I feel bad for the cashiers who have to put up with so much more during this time.

Its Wal-Mart so you can get many different things there. Its not bad, but they seem to have less of what Im looking for all the time. The aisles are a mess and its just become the place to get some things that are sold out in my favorite stores.There are usually crowds of people, so if you miss that, go there.

I asked a sales representative for help finding sinkers for fishing, he walked up the aisle couldnt find them then just walked away without a word!! Very ignorant, unprofessional and down right bad experience. I will never shop there again!!
I found some wonderful items...school uniforms on sale, a scrumptious let warm and pretty bathrobe with matching pajama pants and a beautiful toaster on sale. They also have Pioneer Womans delightful and colorful kitchen products. Gotta go back for that. But I really went in for a bathroom hardware product I didnt find elsewhere.
This is by far one of the most unorganized Walmarts I have ever witnessed!! I waited over TWO HOURS to have groceries placed in my car from their Grocery Pickup station in the parking lot. I never did receive my groceries, in fact, I had to cancel my order. There were others car who pulled into the lot that came AFTER ME and THEY received their groceries!! I will never shop at this location ever again. This Walmart needs better management, there is no excuse for what I experienced. The level of frustration I had cannot even be put into words.
Disclaimer below. I like this store mainly because its very affordable and has a variety of food products that you cant find anywhere else other than online. It actually has a variety of International Foods as well as foods I thought werent available anymore and familiar foods with flavors never seen. It also has a very helpful, friendly staff that tends to your needs very quickly. I dont like the lighting. I prefer a General Store type atmosphere and lighting, which it doesnt have, but its got Organic products so that helps give it that 4 stars. I am torn having to critique this store because I know some people that refuse to shop here because of some political beliefs involving things I wont get into. Disclaimer: I only speak of my shopping experiences in this store, not about whether or not it has any negative political affiliations, so this is to no offense for those against shopping here.

Ive had good experiences here, but this Walmart in essence is pretty bad. Its very trashy, and I dont mean the customers here. The place itself is just not very well kept. Theres always a ton of carts roaming around the parking lot, and the bathrooms are never really clean. The employees dont seem to care about the place, and the parking lot is literally a war zone due to bad planning and placement
Its Walmart, the lowest prices wins, no one goes their for the stellar customer service. Our only hope is that shelves are stocked and we can find what we need. You may as well just make ALL the registers self-checkout, lines are ALWAYS long and rarely do you have a friendly, cashier that is fast and efficient.
Had a lot of good sales, felt a bit uncomfortable with the amount of people walking around not wearing their masks correctly though. Some people were eating, some children were taking them off and the parents were not correcting the kids. Some kids had suckers in their mouth, guess then you dont have to wear one. Most people were compliant with the rules, but there were several that were not. I saw many with their noses showingGlad I wore my N95! I normally do not. Store was crowded, but I was able to stay away from people...Thankfully!! The whole problem I had was that no one said a thing to anyone about wearing their masks properly. Anything goes I guess!
Went here to charge our EV and took a short walk to stretch our legs. One charger is not working. The other 2 looked good.
People blocking the isle because their on an urgent speakerphone conversation. Mostly by the children working there. You would think Walmart would want a good image, maybe stop treating these kids like workers, and teach them how your supposed to work, it might improve
Needs fast customer checkout. The women helping me in self checkout( I do that because its only ever like 4 lanes open with a million customers in the store.) I dont believe she understood much English or maybe I couldnt understand her. She was very friendly which was Great but when she needs help to help me its like wow!
Terrible customer service!!!! I just had back And stomach surgery a few days ago so I am unable to leave out the house. I used the delivery option online for them to bring my groceries to my home. They sent me a email six hours later stating that three of my items are not in stock. I really needed something similar to those three items if they didn’t have it so I called up there and told my story three times and I got hung up on twice. I finally was able to speak to someone that looked up my information and he still couldn’t help me or add on my other three items knowing that the delivery window had five hours to be delivered!!! They didn’t try to accommodate or help my situation what so ever!!! I asked to speak with the manager, they had me on hold for 20 minutes and I got hung up on again!! This Walmart is extremely ghetto and I would never shop here!!! It’s a 1 star for me!

Needed help with purchasing a specific game so I asked the employee from the electronics dept if he could just look in the system to see if the game was there before I go look at the unorganized ps4 section and he just kept saying I would have to search on my own. So I left and spent my money at gamestop where they looked it up and got it for me.
It was a nice friendly helpful guy in the shoe department. The cashier was nice and friendly. The return Department lady was very nice and friendly as well. The bathrooms did need to clean. Also they need to have more stock put on their shelves throughout the month theres a lot of times when I go in and theres not a certain item that Im looking for that I know that they have had in the past.
Worst Walmart around always super crowded shelves are almost always empty only a handful of cashiers and all of the new self check outs that they just put in are never open. I will drive further to a different Walmart just to avoid that one.
Thank you to the employee today who stopped what she was doing to go into the cooler to find me some heavy cream. She brought the whole case out and stocked the shelf for other shoppers. Walmart has the best heavy cream around.
They advertise its senior hour between 6 -7 only to find out its not . they let you in first but their was a video game released today so they let in people under 60. I got hit by a shopping cart once and moved outnof the way twice. Than the shelves were empty hardly found anything. Than I wanted to by a gift card only self checkout is open asked the girl if I can purchase it at the self checkout she nodded. Than followed me to put it through ( thank you) I asked if its something I could do myself in the future no answer just walked away. If your not a morning person dont work morning. I will be shopping some place else.
The store is very clean the people are very pleasant but the stores cold for senior citizens also you dont have enough scooters to scooter I was riding with the seat was all ripped up and torn up off the seat but other than that I love your store like I said the people of pleasant your food is great but it would be nice if you would have more stuff for the handicapped people thank you and this is what Im giving you a four-star rating and I said if you had enough to take care of handicap itll be a lot nicer but my experience was very pleasant

5 stars because me and my wife always shop here and more less this store more often than not has what were looking for and a cheaper alternative to other competitors.
First timer. Out of state. I have two kids. There was not ONE cart available. Towards the back of the store, there were so many boxes and so much garbage everywhere, I had no where to turn around with in my ginomous cart with the blue sitters in the front. People screaming at each other. This was a bad experience
I justove how u ask for help and they say I aint punch in clock yet but I will get someone and never do. U cant find any help. And there are some water on floors when it rains and it drips from the ceiling and u tell a worker and they dont put a sign by where water is at or even clean it up. Alot of seniors and disabled customers go there. Obviously they get paid for doing nothing and dont care .
Its ok, the prices are good but the associates are unfriendly never seen one smile.. I can tell they not happy.
Walmart on Walden Ave has the Worst customer service stood on line for 20 minutes for a return.
We got all the products we needed. The lineup was rather very long though because only one lane was open (the lane near the self-checkout). I eventually used the self-checkout and got out of the store a little faster than those in the regular line-up. Management should monitor line-up and if necessary deploy additional cashiers like what most other stores. Im still rating 4/5 because my first visit to this Walmart last year was more pleasant than this recent visit.

My go to place while I was living in Buffalo for 6 years. The lines are crazy. I always have that feeling that they are understaffed. Specially in cashier department. But I really have good time with their online pick up department. The employees of that department are nice and helpful to me. They had solutions for all my issues.
Maybe it was the time of day or the impending weather but the shelves in the store were all disarrayed and out of stock. The staff were told not to replenish. The lines at the registers were really long and when staff was radioed from the back to help many didnt turn on lights to let you know they were taking customers. Then as we left - something was going down outside. Many patrol cars were combing the parking lot and a few plain clothes officers were walking outside. I praise the police for doing a great job but Im disappointed that this is needed at Walmart.
I have purchased a box of yoplait yogurt which was best by 03 Nov 2020 and I bought that product on 28 Nov 2020. I was in a hurry that I didnt notice the date. Today when I was just going to give my kid to eat, then I just checked the date and stopped to give her. I am just wondering how can a super market can sell this type of date expired product. They should be more responsible to sell products to their customers who visit regular.
Wasnt bad, but was trying to find a certain item, and most of the workers working the alse had a hard time understanding what I was asking for because they really didnt speak clear English which caused issues,no disrespect for people who dont speak clear English.

I normally try to shop @ this location because its close to my house but after today this location will not get my money. I took my child there to buy some glue & I picked up some stuff while we were checking out the cashier came over & said I didnt pay for that glue he should of ask me if my child didnt really didnt need the glue to finish his assignment I would of returned it ...
Its a nice store it can get very crowded lol even though its a super center, you can find almost anything you can think of this super WalMart have, to be honest some of the people have no clue what they doing, and hard to communicate no offense to any, just make sure when shopping here have patience.
I go to walmart because the prices are the best for name brand items that i like, however everytime i go theres progressively less customer service. i work full-time and when i go shopping i dont want to do the cashiers job as well. this time i was told that the cashier does not have to bag my items in the bags i bring in ( some of the bags had the walmart logo on them ) because of covid, i spoke with the mgr and suggested the cashiers wear gloves and she says its the choice of the cashier to use them....whose the boss here...i just decided to spend my monies elsewhere, like wegmans...

This is your everyday Wal-Mart! Its busy in the day and wonderful in the middle of the night. They have everything under one roof, the staff is as friendly as youd expect them to be, and the lines move fast. I was really impressed with their produce section. Im not big on grocery shopping here because of timing issues, but its definitely worth a visit!
They had one register open for cash purchases and only 6 self checkout on a Saturday afternoon, management should think about stepping down and just be greeters or bathroom cleaners.
This particular branch (Cktg)is not my favorite because I scheduled a civid vaccine and it got cancelled yet no one told me even though they claim they did...no they didnt...the clerk then said oh dorry, notices just went out. Well that doesnt help me since Im here! So also the shelves were quite empty...I dont know why.
Its wally mart what can I say. Best Time to shoo is definitely before 11. Then all the workers are hiding in electronics. You thinks they can assist but you ask them they say oh this is not my department. So why are they sitting back there behind the register???

Pretty good spot. Very big location, clean, friendly staff. Prices are decent, some of the grocery prices probably could be cheaper. Staff are very friendly. Parking lot is large but a little bit difficult to maneuver - many use the west entrance which has no traffic lights and can be a bit awkward with drivers going pretty fast through it.
Keeping up the good job! I loved my experience at the deli/bakery with Deborah... they need to fire the nasty customer experience people like Maria and Elizabeth that seem to straight up not care about people or public affection as well as what they should do when problems arise! Elizabeth did not seem to know how to completely do her job and was short tempered and nasty. Maria takes orders but doesnt care if they are wrong and has a terrible attitude! Deborah was the one to fix these problems, thank you!
The staff here are very cold and not helpful theyre not knowledgeable about whats going on and they are just downright rude they should have people working there that are people people not with attitudes not slamming your stuff around I dont know this is probably one of the worst Walmarts Ive ever been to and Ive been to Walmarts in different states as well
Pickup was slow, 34 mins for grocery pickup.An hour behind due to short staff. One pickup guy doesnt even speak English, literally.I understand diversity but cmon now.
Prices are good however no hygienic practices in place. Get on board and disinfect the carts, not wiping them down with the same rag. Also the Walden store is a bit unsafe unless your carrying. Which I feel one should not have to do to shop.

I have read a few reviews regarding how bad this location is. I must say I never had an issue, probably because I come here super early. So I avoid the large crowds at the registers, as well as in the aisles. I never need customer service cause I know exactly what I need and where its at. The prices and the product quality here is good. Well worth coming here.
Terrible location. Workers here are rude and not knowledgeable on how to do their jobs....they never know where anything is and theres always a problem at the register. Customer service takes forever to do returns/exchanges. Customers here are always stealing...shelves arent stocked in a timely fashion...i always drive further away to avoid this location! If I could rate a 0..i would. Also this location is always filthy!
The employees seem nice, but always busy. The amount of selection is poor compared to other Walmarts. Im not really happy for many reasons. The employees are not trained the way they should be, the self checkouts always have some kind of issues, they try not to have people cash you out so they can save on payroll, etc...
Being disabled and having to rely on the scooter shopping carts. This Walmart location is by far the worse for accommodating disabled people.Not only do they run out quickly, but they provide zero places to sit and wait for a cart person to bring one in!!Out of the 3 Walmarts that are real close to me, the Walden Ave. location is my last choice.By far NOT ADA friendly!

2022-04-15It was great! If you havent done this before you need to try it out. You park in one of the covered parking spots and call in the phone number of the parking spot. Then you just wait for one of the great associates to bring your stuff to the car, they take it out and pack it in your bags and thats it! So easy and professional.I will do it again soon 💜

2022-03-05Walden Walmart is never a go to because of customer service alone its awful. Today no bags at all checkouts nothing posted to bring your own bags . Prices marked wrong on end caps of huge price differences. Although the front end Mgr did his best said store has no bags and price adjusted my itemsWalmart has not been my go to in along time because it lacks customer service and what kinda store do u have without customer service ? 🤔

2022-04-10If one of your managers is called to assist a cashier, that is the perfect time for them to get off their phone. Given the giggling, it was obviously a personal call. The cashier needed help and we were holding up the line for three people. She was close enough to see what was happening. Unacceptable!

Customers can be very lazy and not pick things up like this woman in front of me who let her babies knock books on the ground and instead of picking them up or teaching them to pick them up says, dont worry staff has to take care of that. Most people who shop here are good and nice, but lazy people like that should be told off. Enough kissing customers *** who dont deserve it

2022-04-28The pickup area sign does not have a space for pickup, but right next to it is customer service. You stand in line for customer service for some thirty minutes then are told pickup is somewhere else in the store. Youll be directed to a freezer door with a bunch of employees in there waiting to help you. No sign, no way of knowing pickup is there, horribly organized.

Employees play dumb so they dont have to help you,they hide out in other departments so they can play on there phones, Employees will play on there phone right in front of you and will not take care of you until they are done texting and no one ever answers the phone 90% of the time in electronics you have to go there and look for your self. The whole point of calling is to see if they have something before you waste the gas to go there just to find out that they dont have what you were looking for.

2022-05-22Walmart are always a great place to find affordable groceries. I found everything I was looking for and even found some Keto friendly frozen breakfast items, however, theyre not labeled as Keto. The store was clean and well organized you would expect.

2022-05-12Every time you go in there most of their shelves are stocked unlike the Walmart in Brookpark most the time you go to the one in Brook Park theres nothing on the shelves or is empty but the one in Parma it stays stocked and the people pretty much nice
