Beware of the shop fee and rounding up to the nearest dollar on the credit card. Very deceptive. An inspection and oil change was $96 - $4.58 was a shop fee. Bill came to $95.98 and was rounded up to $96. Seems petty, but you do that 30 times a day and 7 days a week and theres some $$ to be made.

I called yesterday to see if they had open appointments today for a simple oil change. The phone ran for quite a while and then a rude man answered the phone. Before I could even get a full sentance out he yelled start at 9 and hung up. When I arrived at 9, the man behind the counter looked me up and down in a very inappropriate manner and said something in another language to the other man workin there who was doing the same thing. I was told my car would be ready in one hour. They were not busy so I left the car with them and went on with my day. When I had not heard from them by 1:00 I called to see how things were going. Same rude man yelled not yet ready and hung up on me. An hour later I showed up to check on my car and they had not put it up on the lift yet. They finally did my oil change while I waited and proceeded to charge me 41 dollars. Most other places have charged between 25 and 30. They had my car all day on my only day off and I was unable to do any of the things I had planned. I was made very uncomfortable by the staff and I will not be going back.

Walson Auto Service Center is the best place for automotive solutions in Long Island. Tom and Mike are running this place from a long time. They are best in quality providing and customer service is also best part of this place. Staff here is not new. Harish, Mo ,John are working there from a long time. Very talented staff.This place has very busy gas station in town because of best price and high performance gas. Ali and Nasir are the best guys on gas pumps.Very nice and clean place.They provide quality!

Stole $25 dollars from me when the machine told me to see cashier. I have cashier $25, but when I pumped gas it ended up charging my card. When I noticed this, I called, and the attendant or manager, owner, I dont know, was obscenely rude. He acted as if he was personally victimized and refused to really even listen to what happened. Threatened to call the police on me for asking for my money back. I will be speaking to the bank about this one. Bad business owners.

Even though I live 40 minutes away now, I still come here. They take care of a large majority of my familys vehicles. Definitely recommend!
