Ben was great, prompt, professional and informative. I had done business with a national chain for over 20 years and they werent in the same league or price as Washington Heights Pest Control Inc. When explaining my problem to them, they promptly set up an appointment for the morning of the next day. I feel I have new friends
Gabe was awesome, he came in on time, got the inspection of my whole house done quickly and got the problem solved in a couple minutes. He made me a very good price and was good to interact with. He explained everything well and were very satisfied with the result.
David has been very good and very reliable. Reasonably priced. He comes and sprays for ants, changes baits on my termite system. At one point I saw termites and I asked him to spray chemicals, no extra charge. He is very nice.

My daughter saw two rats in my basement today, called Washington Heights PestControl Inc , and they made arrangements to come by the end of the day. 15min after putting the poison and traps out, we had caught one rat!! I am so thankful for their passion and explaining so much to me so I can keep the rats out of my basement better. I highly recommend!

They were recommended by my neighbor. They were prompt, professional, and polite. They listened to what I had to say. About five days later, they came out to do a spot treatment. They were very prompt about doing that. I would recommend them.
Im not sure how well their treatment of our lawn will perform; it has only been 1 week since they came. But they were communicative and showed up and havent bothered me since. These days, that gets 5 stars!

Washington Heights sent their 3 guys over to help with some squirrels that were at my place and coordinated with animal control to have them secured and treated well.

2021-07-27Gabe came out today for my regular service. He explained in detail what he intended to do today and asked me if I have had any concerns that he could address. I live in a heavily wooded area so proper pest control is essential. He was super professional and knowledgeable and I knew that I was in good hands. He worked efficiently and then reported back before he left. The service he provided was outstanding and he took care of everything we discussed. 2021-08-01Washington Heights Pest Control was excellent. We had mice issues in our crawlspace, and I had tried to fight them off myself for several years, but it seemed they kept coming back. We finally bit the bullet and hired them to come out to look for entry points, and I was so glad we did. Jonathan found entry points I never would have found, and did prompt work sealing them up. They were well-priced, professional, prompt, and had great customer service. Would highly recommend!

2021-07-18This pest control is absolutely great and knowledgeable. They always provide proper explanations and cure for the pest. David is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. I have had bad experience with exterminators but i have finally found a place i can trust. I had termites issue in my house and he has done a great job to fix it. I recommend giving Washington Heights Pest Control Inc a try!!!

He was able to get out to deal with our rat problem very quickly and did a great job at explaining his process and working closely with us and our neighbors. 2021-08-13Joel was great. Showed up on time and gave me a call to let me know approximately 30 minutes ahead of when he was arriving. Their answering service outside of regular hours needs improvement, but their actual staff and technicians are excellent. They use shoe covers in home to avoid tracking dirt while in the house and are pretty thorough with explanations.

2021-07-13We were having our roof replaced and found we had wasps in our siding. David came out on Monday morning and treated them. By the time the workers arrived 3 days later, all the wasps were gone. Jeremy was awesome - professional, courteous and on time. Job well done and will use him again, if needed.

2021-06-28Within 3 days of my first treatment - I saw dead roaches on my lawn to which Ive never seen before when I had treatments in the past with other companies. Ben was very helpful and knowledgeable, I felt like he was treating our home as if it were his. Top notch company!
