Wendy is truly the best voice teacher my daughter has ever had! She continually exposes her to different music, works on her breathing and technique, and gives her opportunities to perform at many different events. She is extremely flexible in scheduling, and always happy to see us. Wendy is a first class teacher, willing to work on audition pieces, scenes from musicals, or classical pieces. We highly recommend Wendy for any student looking to improve their vocal technique!!

My children have been taking lessons from Wendy for about three years now, and I can’t possibly say enough good things about her. Not only is she tremendously talented and well versed in her craft, she is also able to translate that into a learning atmosphere for children that is patient, encouraging and appropriate for all levels of ability. Wendy helps my children achieve their goals, but also helps them see beyond, challenging them to seek more and reach outside their comfort zone. I’d recommend her to anyone and for all ages. She’s just wonderful!!

Id never sang in anything besides my middle school chorus before meeting Wendy but from my sisters recommendation I started working with her and now thanks to her incredibly personalized, informative and very friendly teaching style and lessons, after just two years Ive gotten the chance to sing around the country at various competitions for classical singers and have made connections to colleges such as Oberlin Conservatory and Eastman School of Music. For anyone who wants starting fresh into singing like I did or anyone experienced looking for new and professional view points on their technique and voice Id highly recommend seeing Wendy and starting with her as soon as possible!

Wendy is incredible! She is highly qualified with a wealth of knowledge and understanding of vocal mechanics. But more importantly, she is adept at communicating her expertise to her students with easy to understand adjustments, visualizations and techniques that produce fast results. She immediately recognizes the strengths and unique talents of each of her students and promptly develops an action plan to capitalize on them while developing weaker skills. She builds self esteem and confidence by respecting individuality while improving technique at just the right pace to create fast, observable improvement on a consistent basis. My children have been working with Wendy for years, and I have witnessed her tailor fit a program for each them that continues to yield success on a tangible, competitive level.

My daughter does amazing here with Wendy! She expanded her range & she can sing so much more! Wendy is a very good teacher who cares about her students! She strives to get them to competition & the kids all excell! She works hard to make her students better people! 5 Stars!!

Wendy is an absolutely wonderful teacher. She has experience with all ages due to her many years as working through Kindermusic and I met her through our local community theater. I came to know my voice in a way I never believed I would when working with her. I took lessons for about a year before taking a break due to starting college and working full time.If youre looking for a voice teacher Wendy is the person to go to. She has sent several students into national and internation competitions and they have always come back saying what great experiences they have had. A wonderful person and teacher.

As a parent it has been such a blessing having our daughter at Sound Foundations. She has truly blossomed as a singer with the individual and quality instruction that she has received from Wendy. Our daughter has done singing engagements and earned roles in performances that would not have been possible without the skills learned here. Wendy has helped my voice so much and puts a lot of effort and care into all of her students. I tried a lot of voice studios that never worked out and I am so happy that I found this one because it is by far the best. An absolutely astounding woman. I’ve been taking vocal lessons with her for a little over a year now and I can absolutely tell a difference in my voice. She’s incredible and has made not only me more confident in my voice, but my friends more confident in their own. She loves all of her students and you can tell that she truly wants to see them succeed. She’s an amazing vocal teacher and refuses to let you give up or feel like you aren’t doing something right. Everyone should go to see her because affordable and amazing! I couldn’t ask for a better woman to teach me about my voice. 💞
