We LOVE our local library! The staff here is wonderful!
Huge library, many varieties of resources, plenty of space , you can see how much progress was done!!
Totally a waste of money for the taxpayers. The old library just needed a small update . You be lucky to see 5 people inside using this place in 4 days .
Nice library, but it as if people dont even try to be quiet in the library any more, and by people, I mean those whom actually work there.

Good to find some resources, but dont have alot. They will try to help you if needed after saying they dont have the staff to help.

Library is nice lots of books and movies. Gym is a joke.

2022-06-14I love this library! I take my 5 year old here all of the time. The kids section is amazing! They have a great selection. This library is very clean, and the employees are very helpful.I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I cant wait to go back!

2021-03-14I honestly miss how cozy the old library was, but the renovations have helped make it more of a 21st century space. They have the kind of study spaces that you might expect of a college, and its nice that Spot is down the hallway...though the hours at that location are strange and not in line with the librarys. I would have given five stars but it was a little loud inside because some community members were using the seating near the shelves as a discussion place. It also lacked the discard book sale that Ive come to expect from most of the Erie County libraries.

2020-10-03This library is beautiful! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I brought a client with special needs and the staff were very accommodating. They gave me no problem when my kid made noise. He cant help it. They were so understanding. Well definitely come back here

2019-09-20The old library was fine. Just needed updates. This one is crazy big and has lots of room that is used for absolutely nothing. ( high ceilings instead of loft space). Nice selection of books but they dont accept donations so that doesnt make sense. No added parking so you have to walk half a block to get in. Not good for people with health issues. Its nice but wasnt worth raising the taxes to build it.

2018-12-09The new library is really nice and clean. The study rooms there are very quiet and a good size of a room. Although the new library missed some major improvements compared to the old library like less books. The Spot Coffee café from what herd was it was supposed to open when the new library was open and they didnt even start building and modeling it at all. Overall, the new library was pretty good and nice. Also they need more parking.

2021-10-30Recently updated library and community center. Great for early voting as all is on one floor. Spot Coffee is another plus.

2019-10-20Little selection of books. Many of the shelves are half empty. Also apparently they dont check their return box at the end of the day. Returned stuff an hour before they closed, didnt have time to walk inside so used their box. Now overcharged for items and theyre closed on Sundays so Ill be charged for more than one day. (Not going to pay it.) So far no problems at Orchard Park library, would recommend them over any other local libraries.

2020-01-11Wonderful library. Clean, orderly, easy for handicap to move around. Staff, specifically Kelly went out of her way to help everyone who approached her.
