I have been very satisfied, the problems if any are fixed fast and professional.
Extremely friendly staff, maintenance goes out of their way to say hi and to ask about your day. Very affordable and you get a nice community around you.
The power goes out on a regular basis. Maintenance on water is usually given a warning of 24 hours with no hot water, but usually becomes 24 hours with no hot water, then 48 hours with no water at all. While maintenance gives warnings to the dog owners that they need to clean up the dog poop left in/near the walkway, it usually is left there after maintenance acknowledges it.
Willowbrooke is overpriced and poorly managed. My rent was collected twice even after being assured it wouldnt be when the computer systems were changed. The office management is slack and unfriendly. Unprofessional and under qualified . I would never recommend Willowbrooke to anyone . Maintenance is good . My townhouse is nice .Very unhappy customer!
We used to live here and there were bugs and mice. Creaky floorboards were terrible especially if someone lives above you. Rent is high and goes up every year. Other tenants were rude and inconsiderate. There was one washer and dryer per building.

Maintenance is inappropriate when fixing things in my home. The office harasses people about everything and they are rude. Ive heard nothing but bad things from ppl that live here as well. I cant wait to get out of here.
I like it here nice place the maintenance crew are good guys. I do hope the windows get change the cold air comes right through.
We have had great customer service here so far. It includes all but electric and telephone service. I only wish there were more washers in each site to use
Brockport area is beautiful the people are friendly. Easy access to the Willowbrook Apartment. Rent is reasonable and the apartments are of good quality.
I’ve lived here almost a year and , it’s been great . Very great staff and also very accommodating.
Apartments are nice. No playground for the kids. Only some of the townhouses have yards.
Everyone is always extremely friendly and helpful!
They make their money off of application fees and deny you for obscure reasons.
I is very well kept up very clean

2022-02-15I have lived here for over 4 years and have loved every moment of it. Office and maintenance staff are always helpful and nice! I have lived in both the apartments and townhomes. The apartments are kept clean and the townhomes are gorgeous! The private pool is great for the hot summer days and my pup loves the dog park! They love pets here and the grounds are kept clean and beautiful.

2022-04-10We were treated with courtesy and compassion. They are very professional and made our move here very easy. I recommend 7 stars for Willowbrooke. Our townhouse is very nice and we feel at home.

2022-05-17Well maintained apts, landscaping, and overall grounds. Friendly management. My favorite part of living here is the silence. I hear only birds and nature sounds all day and night. Its great!

2022-06-09This has been the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at, there is no snow removal or ice care during the winter, they have hidden fees and will try to make you sign a lease for a different apartment than agreed upon (definitely make sure you’re touring the unit YOURE renting and read over the lease multiple times as they will claim to include certain amenities that if you read through your lease aren’t actually included, the apartments are old and outdated with appliances in them as early as 2001… yet they’re charging 1000$ currently for just a 1 bedroom apartment that has paper thin walls, rude and loud neighbors, and the management is known for being negligent and rude.

2021-05-11Great apartment complex! The landlord is so kind and really makes you feel welcomed! The pet policy is really amazing compared to most apartments in this location, the maintenance crew is 10/10 always comes whenever you have a problem and solves it quick. In the summer there’s kids and dogs everywhere and it really creates this homey atmosphere. Also the price is great! In the winter they keep salt by the doors so you don’t have to worry about slipping on the ice which is very convenient. 10/10 would recommend this is an amazing complex!!

2017-06-20A had more than 3 times packages stolen from my apartment complex that were supposed to be delivered and I never received them. There are no cameras to determine who stole my items. In addition when asked with help for maintenance promises were not kept. For example, we were supposed to have a hole filled and painted but it has never been painted. Overall overpriced. Dog owners do not clean up after their pets as well.

2020-07-20Management is horrible, impossible to get in contact with. I moved out 2 MONTHS ago and still have not received my security deposit back or any word of when it will come. The front door is supposed to stay locked at all times but the lock was broken for the entire 10 months I lived there. In addition there was a massive ant infestation during the last few weeks I lived there. DO NO SIGN A LEASE HERE
