Dont take this bus! The operator told me to be at the bus station at 8.50. I was there 10mins earlier and they said they forgot to come pick me up, so they told me to take subway to the bus!

The worst shuttle service I have ever taken. Transportation was not on time. Then they changed our transportation and driver. We arrived at the outlet very very late than planned. The time of return was imposed on us. The driver forced to pay the tip before ending the service. And worst of all, they didnt leave us in a place that didnt pick us up. A place that we did not even know where we were. We had to take the Subway to return home. The driver is very rude and not at all friendly and did not mind leaving us in a place that we did not know.I do not recommend this service at all.

Terrible!!!! Bad credit company!!!!! Dont take this companys bus anymore!!It dropped us off in a very far place, which is not the drop-off place we chosen before!!! Its very inconvenient to come back to our residence. The driver just said there is near to his home, hell not drive To any other place. But it conflicted to our commitment we made before!!difference! ! ! ! A reputable company! ! ! Dont take the companys car anymore, its not the same as the agreed-off location. Say its in Manhattan, the driver will leave the Ferrari terminal and leave it alone! ! The driver said that it is close to his home! ! That place is very inconvenient to return to our residence! Carrying a big bag and walking very far to take the subway, but also to change a lot of lines! In the evening, I arranged things to be delayed!
